So, here's my story, I used a CC to rent and insure a Dollar rental car. (Prices approximate)…read morethrough Expedia, I might add. Cost $490.23 for the car and $140 for insuring said car...after the fact....meaning I used the same card for the insurance, but not the same day. We got to the front desk, told them I'd paid already, and they told me they needed to hold $200 plus I added $71 fuel cost which is $271. I proceeded to give my wife's credit card for the hold and the fuel. When the receipt was presented to me, there was a charge of $985, needless to say after seeing the receipt, I had to change my drawers. Now, long story, short, we worried through our whole trip about that charge, because it was a new credit card and we had no idea that that was going to be the charge on the card. And I was imagining all sorts of difficulty in trying to get that money reversed. Returning the car was a piece of cake. All that was needed was to leave the keys on the dash and walk away, which is pretty cool in my book. But still, I wondered or I should say, my wife and I wondered what the disposition would be of the final bill, and we had to wait a bit to see what would happen. (Suggestion: this is a pay at the Desk rental car company, that is why there was the large charge on the second credit card, however, I'm glad I reserved it early, they seem to have had a plethora of cars there.) Will we didn't receive a final bill but a few days later my wife and I were elated when that $985 had been returned on her new credit card, so we did indeed only pay the $630 or $40 needed which I'd already paid. So, other than worrying about that major expense on one card we were relieved to see the money returned, back on the Second credit card!!! So I'd like to say kudos to Expedia and to Dollar Rent-A-Car for a somewhat nervous but happy Experience, even though it was slightly stressful. If we had had foreknowledge of that big expense being returned, we likely would've not stressed so much, that said I would recommend dollar, they treated us fairly, and pretty good!!!

The rental was paid in full and the customer service rep insisted that that was an estimate. The car we were given was not what we signed up for and later we saw that we were charged extra for it. They also charged some additional things that we did not agree to. There were many phone calls made and I think to save yourself all the headaches it would be in your best interest to do business elsewhere. It's not worth it.

I decided to roll the dice and hope for the best. I prepaid for a full-size car (Toyota Camry or comparable). When I went to the desk I was greeted, and did not have additional add-one pushed on me. I declined everything except the EZ-Pass. The comparable car was a Kia Optima which only had 11,000 miles on it. Car was fairly clean. Return was quick/efficient and I promptly received a final invoice via email which reflected what it should have. I'm happy to say I had a positive experience here and would try them again should I rent a car in Boston.

The counterwoman was great, our Elantra had 6500 miles on it and drove like a dream and check out/check in was quick and painless. I'm only dinging them a star because the car was dirty on the outside and needed a good washing. It was spotless on the inside, however so I didn't say anything. E-Z was a pleasant surprise. I'd use them again. One tip: do not do the pre-pay option for fuel at any rental agency. It's always a rip off.

From your room it's like a 5 minute walk across to Logan Airport and Delta check in.... I was flabbergasted by this simple convenience by Hilton & Logan Airport... Now my room was clean and great shower heat & pressure for cleaning the body after a long sweaty day. Super huge Samsung flat screen TV for the room and great corner view of airport all thanks to my Hilton Honors upgrade. Now my only complaint was the front desk indicated we were to received $18 each to use on food or beverages. So we decided an evening snack and cocktail was I order. First off I ordered a White Russian but the waiter took it upon himself to upgrade liquor shot for $20 Tito's without asking. Plus he didn't credit us for the $18 x 2 for our bill. Not a big deal on the credit but come on if you give it then I want it. I'll be back at this hotel for sure just for the simplicity for traveling in a busy airport.. I salute you HILTON !

For a busy area it is far enough away from other busy areas to be friendly for air traffic. Security and rideshare drop off were a breeze. I am going to ding them on the rideshare pickup though. The signage works but it leads you to a somewhat creepy underground garage area. Someone was waiting there asking people if they needed a ride. GPS is way off because you are underground. Hey, it worked for me, but it also doesn't seem to be the best planned out experience to make this happen.

After waiting for an hour, someone from the back came out to help the agents. Karim told me to go to the end of the counter. I was almost afraid that I would not be served and have to get back in line. Once I saw him at the computer, I relaxed. Karim have me a Honda Accord, which was perfect for driving to NH. Upon returning, Karim just happened to be there as I drove up. Karim helped me when time was tight for me to get my flight. I was so grateful for the excellent service. Maybe Boston Logan Budget needs to have someone like this out front more often. There has to be a better way. It is demoralizing to take a 3 hour flight and have to wait an hour for a car rental. I take responsibility for not downloading FastPass. I only had 5% on my phone and wanted to make sure I had my reservation information.
