I absolutely love this dentist office and after going to a handful of other places they were the optimal choice for my dental surgery for many reasons. First and foremost the staff is phenomenal! Whether it's Michelle or Edgar up front at the reception area or Dr Chang or Dr Heinl in the back doing the dental work you honestly won't find a more caring, knowledgeable, or professional staff at a medical office in Las Vegas. They are truly some of the most lovely people I've met before. As far as the procedure I had done, it went perfectly. I had a ton of work done which included 22 extractions and 8 denture supported implants that I wasn't even planning on doing immediately, yet after having my X-rays taken and talking by the staff I was sold. I'd went to a handful of other dentist offices, including the office of a good friend of my girlfriend's, yet none of them quoted me anywhere near the price point that the Affordable Dentures and Implants on Sahara and Decatur ultimately did. The cost of what I had done would have been 15-20 thousand dollars more at any other office I'd visited in Las Vegas, and I'm not joking either. Honestly if I would've went to Mexico or another country to get this procedure done instead, and not right down the street, then I might have saved a few thousand dollars because that's just how much that they worked with me to get everything done. Also that's not factoring in transportation or that dental work done outside of the country would have made it impossible for me to get the necessary check-ups in the States, and that's something people often don't consider. Ultimately if you are looking for a dentist and have been trying to make that life changing experience to be able to eat properly and communicate with confidence again then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Lastly I'm not getting anything from writing this review from Affordable Dentures and Implants such as discounts or other incentives since I'm just doing it because it's the right thing to do. I just want other people who have been scared to change their lives by getting the optimal dental help that they need, whether it's due to anxiety or affordability, to know that there is a place out there waiting with open arms for them. Oh and Dr Chang is The Best dentist ever! I have never felt as worthless as I was made to feel today during my "consultation" appointment. I just spent the last two hours crying with utter despair trying to understand why I was misled into believing that this place was going to be the solution at long last to my dental health issues and the debilitating mental and emotional health problems that developed over time from the many failed attempts to schedule an all on four full dental implants procedure for the seemingly hopeless case that is myself. Basically I was treated like I was less than human, by each staff member i met with, one cruel humiliation after another. I took today off work for this consultation as it meant the world to me to finally meet the team that is going to finally help me through this process. I took a significant amount from my 401k as well to be able to pay for this, but not one person from the staff treated me like the scared and vulnerable customer in their care, rather instead it became clear that these people saw me as an unfortunate situation, and without any attempt at subtlety were laughing at this homeless addict the wind just blew in. I tried to steer things in a productive direction, but it was like I was speaking a different language, and they couldn't be bothered with treating me like I might actually be worth their time as an actual paying customer. I tried to make it very clear I needed the full procedure and wanted implants. Instead they kept telling me about getting dentures which would be the only "affordable" solution for a gal like myself, but how even still they unfortunately require a full and complete payment upfront. I could not get them to listen . Again I'd try to salvage this torture "consultation" by insisting how I did not want dentures, at all, but somehow they'd interpret that as I couldn't afford much, so i i'd need the cheapest option available. I could feel the tears beginning to pool in the corner of my eyes, and rather than completely falling apart in front of these people I just stood up and quickly walked out of the office. I may have escaped the nightmare for the moment, but I will forever feel the scars. read more

I had the ultimate denture package done in American Fork Utah 6 months ago. From the beginning I have had a poor fit and went back for several relines. I now find out that that office is percent closed. I calling the nearest office I find out that to get lowers to fit snug they need $8000 for implants to secure to. This is after paying $8000 for never good fit to begin with. I am waiting for patient services corporate to get back with me to work out a solution. Other wise I will be getting an Attorney for resolution. read more

My cast metal partial broke fast because they messed up the back tooth. I have to use a lot of glue just to keep it in place.What a waste of $900 extra I paid for an upgrade! This is a greedy place that treats people like a number, cheats and steals. They tried to steal a crown from my mouth. You will only see a real dentist once just to sell you a denture. The front desk will change your appointment time for one hour later without asking you if it is ok. I am going to see a professional cosmetic dentist for a second opinion. read more

I had 3 teeth removed here and a partial denture made. I felt no pain during or after the surgery. Had the denture with new teeth in same day. Everyone was nice and I was well treated. It's not cheap if paying out of pocket, but that's to be expected. I would recommend this place if you have missing or broke teeth you need repaired. read more

Stars = ZERO, ZERO, ZERO On behalf of my wife: WARNING, if you want your quality of life and personal health to be put in jeopardy Affordable Denture Las Vegas is the place for you. Be careful of the deceptive and misleading manipulative advertisements, promotional material and verbal statements made, it's deception at its finest not to be trusted and not what it seems, don't be fooled. Such incompetence is rare, but Affordable Denture, Las Vegas seems to have mastered the art in every conceivable way. The denture fabricated from the pre-extraction mold failed to conform to gums after extractions, the extraction process was screwed up the result of sharp bone fragments left under the gum surface, see photo, lower jaw turning completely black for weeks, see photo, and to top it all off, after five months Dr.? Chang threw up her hands in frustration of her inability to produce a serviceable appliance refusing to provide any further treatment or the permanent dentures required per contract, not sure if it was ever intended to provide a final new denture, just reline the temporary and walk away. A fresh new mold had been requested for the final denture, never provided, to assure total conformity to the gums after five months of healing process but Dr.? Chang outright refused. Dr.? Chang solution, provide a financial compensation of one third the original contract price for the "dentures only" and walk away from any further treatment or legal obligation for the consequence of her failure. Total indifference to the damages inflicted on my wife was on full display. And then adding insult to injury it was proposed my wife give back the temporary dentures for a refund of $210, contract price was $999 each, a proposal that would leave my wife with total inability to even crew soft bread, again total indifference to the health consequence of this failed procedure on full display with the only option remaining of filing a lawsuit. It has now been six months since the original extractions and my wife at best can only chew soft bread, her quality of life totally compromised not to mention the physical pain and personal emotional distress inflicted throughout this totally failed process, the damage to her gums and jawbone may be permanent with no ability to utilize dentures. Now I fully understand why Affordable Dentures demands payment in full up front, they must be fully aware of the risk associated with utter incompetence. Once they have your money, they have no intention of giving it back regardless of their failure to comply with the terms of contract, pain, suffering, physical and emotional damages inflicted, even in this case which has all the semblance of total negligent. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED of the potential consequences of trusting your dental health to this practice", do you really want to take the risk???, I would suggest not! read more

I had a broken denture, they insisted they needed X-rays, I did not not think I needed X-rays, did not want the expense, they refused to help me. The receptionist who took my payment for the office visit told me X-rays were required by the state of Nevada in order for them to keep license. I googled that, not true. If I could give a 0 star I would. I wasted my time calling them. I called to set up an appointment for my brother and told them the specific procedure he required and they set up the appointment. Later when my brother called to confirm the appointment they told him they don't provide that service. Note: if Your appointment time is 1:30 come 30 mins ahead. It seems its a first come per served basis. Channel took care of us! She is awesome very friendly she'll make you feel better before the Dentist sees you. She did the prepping of what my Grandma wants her teeth to look like. We were seen by a Lady Dentist (Forgot her name) She is very intense and friendly at the same time. Do not hesitate to ask the questions you have in mind, she has answers for you. (Knowledgable) She'll ask you want you need and what you want. It's very crucial you tell her what you need because if you are looking for the affordable price (ECONOMY) which we took $555 then make sure let her know in great details what you would want your dentures to be. Unless you wanted the above Economy then it doesn't matter because you can change whatever you like until you are satisfied. However, it's a littler pricier than the Economy. Economy is not bad "The Lady Dentist is very sophisticated and meticulous" my Grandma's Dentures were excellent! My $555 is a good investment! However, we run into a ditsy bitty little problem. Of course , make sure you try your new dentures and feel it, remember its all about your comfortability. Normally you get your new dentures the same day. However in our case we got it the next day. We came back to pick it up..... My grandma's dentures were perfect "cosmetic wise" however, bumps and sharp edges were present. The lady who helped us was rushing and oh my my i am not gonna mention her name....... but she is terrible..... She grind and polish her dentures and had my grandma tried it on. My grandma feels the shards touching her gums. We were there for almost 1 hour and half until they close at 4:30 and told my grandma to keep them on for 1 day. Because the gums were adjusting. Oh well... i guess. Next morning I picked up my Grandma and she said her gums were all swollen. Oh boy i called to schedule an appointment. They are pretty booked! So We waited for 1 week for availability. Basically Grandma is using her old Dentures to eat . The day has come (Today) We came in and Liz (helper) helped us. We told liz the situation. She apologized because it should be rushed and i never mentioned the persons name (no drama). Anyways she fixed it and long story short Grandma is sooo happy. She just need to heal her gums that were cut from the dentures. Grandma said its way better! This review is for your reference and not to scare you or what not. This place is Amazing! I don't know what's going on at the Las Vegas office. I called back in October, 2021 to make an appointment, no person answered. That was unusual. I left a message...no one called me back. In November, 2021, I broke my partial. Once again I called, left a message, no return call. After 2 more calls, I had my regular dentist fix it. Their lab didn't do the best job, but it was repaired. I stopped by the office to see for myself. In the office where there is usually 4 people, there was only one person. When I explained what happened, all she did was apologize, say there were people on vacation, & that all calls were going to the answering service. I'm so glad I found this place, the dr.s and staff are amazing! I have dental anxiety and thanks to Natalie, the dr.s and nurses I've been able to proceed with some dental work I've been putting off. They're compassionate and understand, and Natalie has been a tremendous help and has gone above and beyond for me which I'm so grateful for. I paid out-of-pocket for my sister and I for full sets of the Ultimate Fit Upper and Lower Dentures, with 7 year warranties; a total out of pocket of $4,540.00 Plus,in May of this year; an additional extra $280.00 charge for a metal plate, to prevent breakage that had happened four times in less than a year. The front desk mistakenly forgot to give me my Dental Claim Forms for both of us to summit for to my insurance for reimbursement. I made multiple attempts; for many months to get the needed claims information., but the Office manager,Natalie, eventually said she couldn't give me any forms because they can't pull anything up in their system, once they concluded the checkout process. Two months over my pick up due date, upset and frustrated, I contacted Affordable Dentures customer care department, Natasha. Who after another week ,said to contact the Dentist Cher Y Chang, who conducted the procedures, and owns the Las Vegas office location.   I called many times to see if the Dentist would speak to me so we could resolve this problem, but Natalie's response ,on July 21st, was that due to the complaint and bad review; my sister and I are no longer welcome at the Las Vegas location so we need to take our business else where. And that they appear to have lost my lower denture, will not honor the 7 year warranty we purchased, I would need to remove my review and retract my complaint before the dentist will consider taking my calls, refund my out of pocket costs, or give me my lower denture. I told her I believe this is retaliation. Natalie said she would talk to the doctor and someone would contact me about these issues, and than hung up.I still have not heard back from anyone. I am disabled on a fixed income; After an additional 2 months plus, I have little quality of life, without my lower denture that I paid for and have been waiting for. My review is based on my visit to the N Lauderdale location in S Florida. I had a great experience with this location. Dr Marcos was very knowledgeable and patient with me! I was missing several front teeth and very embarrassed over my smile. Actually I NEVER SMILED since losing my front teeth. I was self conscious and depressed. I am so happy now after I got my upper and lower partials. I wear them every day. It took time and a few adjustments but they are finally comfortable. I also had to go back after I lost a few more lower teeth. I won't even send you the before picture with all my missing teeth because I am too embarrassed! Thanks to smoking for 35 years! That destroyed my teeth! I did QUIT smoking. All my teeth started rotting and just falling out of my mouth! But it's TOO late! Damage done. Affordable Dentures and Dr Marcos saved me. Finally, here is a dentist and staff that truly tries to take care of the patient. Dr Chang worked hard to get my implants done and fitting correctly. Yes, there was some pain with extractions and drilling in the implants. Dr. Chang did a good job mitigating pain. Getting implants was the second-best decision I ever made about my teeth. The first best decision was seeking out Dr. Chang and Affordable Dentures for the work. I don't make lots of recommendations unless they are deserved. I rarely write reviews (and NEVER this long), but feel the need to being that reading other reviews brought me to this place! I have a very complicated dental history (a car accident that resulted in a broken jaw, bone grafts, and implants AND years of bad experiences in Las Vegas that lead to fear and avoidance), but knew I had to get my mouth restored. I cried tears of anxiety in the parking lot and almost didn't go in. I am so grateful I did! The ENTIRE staff was incredibly kind and caring from the moment I walked in. There was ZERO shaming (and I should have been shamed!) and they made me feel comfortable throughout the visit and evaluation. They put together multiple treatment options and guided me through the decision making process, with an emphasis on my comfort, not what would make them the most money. I went back two days later to begin the implant process (something I didn't think I could do). I've never had such a gentle hygienist, dentist, periodontist, and oral surgeon (words and their work!). It is VERY clear that they are knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced. Most importantly, they continually made sure I was okay (mentally and physically). They made you feel like you were the only one there, even though they were busy. The team even worked overtime to make sure I walked out with temporaries that day. I have been in recovery for one day and have minimal pain (I took two Advil) despite the removal of three teeth, grafting, and stitches. I have a long process ahead of me, but I know I will be in good hands. Anyone who has any fear of these services should start here. My only regret is I that I didn't overcome my fears and find them earlier. read more
