Gross! The exhaust hose popped off and lint was everywhere. Robert cleaned the whole thing. He took apart the dryer which was packed with lint - yuck!! He rescued us from having to buy new appliances or worst. I am so impressed with Robert - his work ethic is beyond belief, upfront and honest. I had some other BS company come out they said for $69 they would clean the vent... they guy refused to clean anything but offered to "re-vent" bi-passing my existing vent and install a whole new system for $2,000. !!!! Can you believe that utter nonsense??? I called around but had my suspicions. When I called Robert he took time explaining very clearly how the dryer is cleaned and how the vent works and told me up front the prices. He cleaned he surrounding surfaces, replaced the broken exhaust pipe and the whole job was flawless- perfect!! We chatted a bit afterwards and I found Robert to be an outstanding human being as well. I waited until around noon on Monday to call back and spoke to the same woman who answered my previous call. She remembered my call after hearing my first name and double checked that all the information she recorded the day before was correct. It was. She apologized and stated the Keith would give me a call. I have still not received a call back to schedule service. My A/C stopped blowing cold and my unit is 14 years old. I guess if KeithHAC is too busy to schedule service on a system that likely needs or will need to be replaced soon for thousands of dollars, I will find a different HVAC company that is better with customer service, communication, and wants to add new clientele to their business.
