The guy on the job was short with me and nervously insisted he had to "get back to the job", the office was much more helpful but still said they didn't more how to turn these AI features off. Had I known it was going to be this price and hassle, I would've booked a different company. They did the job. They were late but did communicate that well. Recently purchased a home in Oxnard and hired 101 Lint Busters to replace old clogged flexible dryer vent exhausting into crawl space with new rigid vent line exhausting properly to the exterior. While performing that work they discovered a serious electrical issue unrelated to the dryer and were kind enough to help me diagnose the source so I could deal with it. They also discovered that years of lint had built up inside the dryer and offered to stay on to clean that out for a reasonable additional fee. Found signs of burned lint - previous owners were fortunate there wasn't a serious fire! Highly recommend 101 Lint Busters!
