First Class was the company we ended up choosing not only because they offered a much better price, but their reviews online were excellent. I take my time to research people that I do business with and even if I have to pay more for better service I will do it. I worked closely with the owner Yolanda via cell phone and she was very responsive and great to work with. They arrived on time and took the kids to Mission Escape Room in Anaheim, followed by dinner at Lazy Dog Restaurant, and capped it off driving by Disneyland to waste some time. Our driver was Francisco and he was excellent. We would highly recommend First Class for anyone looking for a limo or a party bus. The previous company I used was an astonishing $500 more than First Class and the next close was $400 more. Our go-to for big parties or a night out will be First Class moving forward.

One of the easiest parts was arranging transport from the John Wayne airport to a hotel near Disneyland for 2 separate groups of 5 including LOTS of luggage. I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation. I couldn't have been happier with the service and highly recommend them!

I called them and they said in their system they were "requests" and they were NOT going to send anyone. See "confirmation of booking" emails attached -- these said they were both confirmed. They refused to do anything -- not even send a formally denial or cancellation to document that they no showed. If you want to actually have them show up and get to your destination, book anyone but Black Tie.

First want to say thank you for the great service last night! Every time I've used this company, they have not disappointed. I've read the other reviews, most of them describe how amazing this company is, the others that had a problem, to me, seemed like they did not read the terms. When booking my reservation i read and accepted the terms. Others may have not read it and just clicked agree but it clearly states the deposit is non refundable. David also mentioned to me every time I've booked that the tip for the driver is going to be included in the total and has always sent me a confirmation email before all of my reservations confirming the price, hours, locations, everything! Theres nothing more I could ask for, this company has got It down! Not to mention the limos are always clean, bars always filled with ice and cold drinks, drivers got here early and on time not to mention respectful and professional. They really make sure you're experience is going to be great. I've had other horrible limo experiences with different company's but AFG limo will always be my first choice from now on. read more

I was referred to Clint's Limo service through a long time friend which is always cool because I like to take their opinions seriously, but sometimes it can also make me weary. Thank God this wasn't one of those times! Clint was so professional from beginning to end! Not only is a wine tour a time to relax and have fun with your friends, but to add a limo takes it up a notch. On top of that, a company that makes you feel welcomed and important takes your experience up four notches, which is five notches overall (or is that six? lol)! Convert those notches into stars, and that's why I rate it so highly on Yelp! Great people to deal with , I will recommend Afg limo to my family. I used AFG Luxor for the Rose Bowl Event beginning of the year. We used their black Sprinter party bus and it was a wonderful experience. The company texted me my driver's information the day before. I had expressed that I was very nervous about being there early in the morning and their driver Frank was at our home 20 minutes before . The Sprinter was gorgeous and had all the bells and whistles they promised us. During our event the driver was in constant communication with us and despite the crowd he picked us and transported us home. A few in our group had too much to drink and Frank courteously offered to take everyone to their individual homes so they could pickup their cars the next day. Overall a five star experience. I will certainly recommend this company to friends and family. read more

AFG limo is by far the most helpful of all previous limo buisness' i have delt with. Their online site is easy to use and when i called to make a reservation they were very helpful. This made our guests feel scared, uncomfortable, and pressured. Adolfo also arrived approximately 45 minutes late, causing us to miss most of our cocktail-hour photos and ultimately delaying our wedding by about an hour. When I contacted the company, I provided receipts showing that he was late, but they initially claimed that I was wrong and that he had arrived 45 minutes early. After I sent a screenshot of Adolfo admitting that he was running late, they responded that they could now speak with me about the situation, but they never followed up. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. The driver's conduct and the customer service team's failure to address our concerns added unnecessary stress to one of the most important days of our lives.

Once inside, the AC wasn't working and it was hot (it was working when I checked it out a few weeks prior), the sound system sounded horrible, almost as if a speaker was blown out/super staticky, and the driver didn't even open the door for us to get in. I had to open the door for my wife and I as the driver just stood by watching. During our reception, I received a few calls from the owner asking me why I didn't tip his driver. I explained to him that the AC wasn't working, the sound system was busted, and the driver didn't even open our door to get in. The owner ignored my explanation, totally negated what I just told him, and kept on insisting I give him an answer as to why I didn't tip his driver. I told the owner if he was so concerned about the driver's tip, that he should tip him using the extra hour I paid for (which we didn't even use). In my opinion, there are better limo companies out there. Seems like this business just wants your money for subpar services.
