Called Rocky the same day for a windshield repair, and he said he had availability the next morning. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. I appreciated the repair and timeliness, and also good value. Thanks Aren!

He's been telling me that the scar cannot be removed and you will still see it. What is the point to fix it then? He charged me $145 for one small little chip ( including his travel fee) when he doesn't even have a shop anyway. I told him that I am not happy about the results, but HE SAID HE IS SO HAPPY ABOUT IT. HE WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. I guess He doesn't care about the customers, but only his feelings. He offered me to clean windows with special tools, but you will be disappointed. Totally NOT WORTH IT. I just got ripped off. I have to look for another repair shop for sure.

Other shops charged the same for aftermarket glass and couldn't complete the job until two days later. The mobile replacement took only about 40 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. When I tried to tell him what the last technician had said about making sure it was glued down he argued with me that everything had always been done perfectly, then why was it flying off on the freeway? Then they added over 20k miles to my mileage on my repair order. WTH just trying to mess with car fax? He even had the wrong size wiper blades he was going to put on. Had my windshield replaced, the technician was not careful with the dashcam removal, they left glue residue which we thought was the worst of it until the trim molding flew off on the freeway. Turns out he had not replaced the clips that hold them on and he neglected to glue them down. It is impossible to get hold of anyone, we had to go through our insurance company to get them to send someone out to fix it. We had an appointment took the day off work to have the technician that showed up tell us he could only evaluate the problem. He told me what the problem was and did glue down the side that hadn't blow away but weeks later we are still waiting for the repair that was paid for. They do not honor their warranty or their work. Use anyone else to replace a windshield!
