Elite Air is by far the best in the business. I had them install a new HVAC unit for me 6 years ago and they did a great job, got it done in under 6 hours, and were very friendly. Their prices are very good as well. Fast forward to this July 4th weekend, my AC was blowing hot air. I called and left a message with them late last night. They were here at 8:40 am today. Technician Josh was very friendly and got the repair done in 20 minutes. AC is back up and running! Part 2 to my last review... Just found out my ac/heating unit is under warranty and I don't need to purchase a $1450 motor. Unbelievable how companies try to take advantage of their paying customers. Came to my parents house, they did a terrible job... over 300.00 to change a water pump in a cooler. Poor inspection, told parents that pads were good . Not so, pads moldy. Pan had dirt in it, belt was old and should've notified belt to be replaced. could've been a way better experience. Service was on 15 and today is 23.. parents are in mid 80s .. read more

Elite always comes through in a timely manner. I called for a maintenance visit and they got me in right away. The technician was on time and professional. I had Elite Air service install a separate ac in my 4 car garage for $4500.00 before I had insulation and dry wall installed in the garage. After the dry wall and insulation was installed they came out and finished the job. We tried the ac the next day and my husband noticed the beam in the ceiling was leaking a little so he called the owner of Elite ac and he came out immediately and found the leak, a screw or bolt wasn't tight enough and he corrected the problem before any damage was done to the new dry wall that was just installed and painted. He also said he would recover any expense we might have to correct the bubble in the drywall and paint, just to let him know. It looks good now and I don't see a problem in the beam but I really appreciate the owner of Elite ac coming out immediately to correct the problem. read more

Be diligent! One of my business locations AC units went out. We contacted Elite. The owner Tim Gamboa was the service tech who looked at it. Told my manager there were no parts for this old of a unit and it needed replacement at $9200 estimate. Called another AC company Banner Air for a second opinion and they fixed it quickly with a standard inexpensive part. I was totally misled. Only problem with the unit was a defective capacitor a simple common part that fails and all ac guys carry on the truck I was told. read more

Serviceman was disrespectful and I caught him going thru my private things when my back was turned. That's not the worst version tho. When I called the office to report such actions I was connected with the owner. After I explained things his response was " don't call here b@+(#;ng about things" and hung up on me. I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism I would give negative stars if I could. read more

We've had problems with our AC unit for as long as we have lived in our home (six years, new construction). We've called out several companies only to have the same problems the following summer. My parents used Elite Air Services and had such a great experience that we decided to call them as well. From the receptionist to the technician to the owner, we have received absolutely the best service imaginable. They came out the same day I called, they told us the problem, and we worked out a plan to get it repaired. Tim, the owner, checked and found out that our parts were all still under warranty which saved us quite a bit of money. Daniel was the technician that came to our home and he was quick, efficient, and explained everything to us along the way. We've had them come out a few times this summer (cheap, cheap equipment from the builder) and Daniel has come out each time, ensuring cohesiveness and quality continuity of care that we might not experience if we had a new technician every time. Even the receptionist is kind and professional, calling right back when she said she would and calling when they had a cancellation so we received service faster.
