From over cooked pasta which became pasty to very small portions in comparison to other nearby Italian restaurants, this restaurant is NOT up to par. We were absolutely disappointed since the reviews are generally good. My husband has a tiny portion of over cooked Angel hair with rubbery calamari and shrimp and clams. There was almost no sauce which made it tasteless. My chicken was okay but again the side of mushy pasta was disgusting. The only good thing was the house salad. Save your money. read more

This is my second time at this location as I had been here 5 years ago. I usually go to the Boynton location. Our server was adorable and attentive. I love this menu! Most entrees come with house salad but you can upgrade to ceasar or soup for a nominal charge. This time around I went with the veal saltimbocca. The veal is pounded thin and so tender with prosciutto and mozzarella cheese on top. It is so good. My friends all loved their meals too. They had a grilled chicken parmigiana, a Veal Francese, and an eggplant rollatini. I've had them all and have never been disappointed. The best part about the menu is the pasta-bility. There are so many choices for your side you can go crazy. Different pastas or zucchini noodles, or you can get gluten free. Then you choose a sauce from a huge list and then you can add vegetables. Some toppings have an extra fee. This time around i ordered angel hair with marinara sauce, spinach, fresh garlic, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts. It was so yummy and I always have enough for another meal the next day. The prices are super reasonable. Unfortunately, the restaurant can get loud so not the greatest place for a quiet meal. read more

First and foremost; we have been going to this restaurant for years. The food is always amazing; from the house salad, to the lasagna, the many pastabilities options, to the zeppoles and chocolate lasagna (definitely can't skip these!). We've never had any complaints on any of our visits; the food and service have ALWAYS been excellent (and delicious!) Tonight was one of those nights we didn't have the best night. Our curbside order had an item missing. No biggie, we decided to give them a call. After a 25 minute wait my husband got through; and the response on the other end was pretty lackluster. He got hung up on at the end of the conversation, no 'sorry for the mistake' or any phone conversation niceties. This is where it becomes 5 stars. I emailed the management through the website. About 5 minutes later my phone rang. Stephanie, the daughter of the owners saw my email and took the time out of her busy night (the night before Valentine's nonetheless) to call! Professionalism and customer consideration at its finest. She had a nice 5 minute or so chat with me, listened to my concerns, and acknowledged that sometimes people need to work on things like phone etiquette. Not only will we definitely be back for the food, but the service and care that clearly goes into this restaurant makes it a must-visit for anyone considering going. read more

I just DO NOT understand the hype! We have friends that love eating here and it's supposed to be one of the best Italian places in Wellington but we thought it was AWFUL and will never go back. The restaurant itself is dingy and old and needs to be renovated. It's so incredibly loud you have to yell to hear each other. The meals are NOT good or good portions! I had chicken Marsala my waitress brought me the wrong meal and so I had to sit watching everyone eat before me and then when I got it, the Marsala was sweet almost. It's one of my favorite meals and I've never had it like this, funky sweet, off... my husband didn't like his shrimp francese and said I make the sauce better than them, it was overwhelmingly lemon! The pastabilities are practically soup. Drenched in sauce that never thickens... They crammed 5 big adults into a booth though I made reservations so we could barely move or get comfortable. Like packed sardines my legs were jelly and back hurt after finally leaving. The whole experience was awful and cost us over $60 for two meals! read more

People are really nice in AGLIOLIO, the food was delicious, I ordered a Cesar salad with creamy Italian and pasta Penne with marinara, that was al dente with generous amount of grated cheese. I finished my lunch with an Irish coffee to remember my visit to Dublin. I strongly recommend this place. read more

I can't really review thoroughly as I simply picked up a Caesar salad for a quick lunch to go. It was fresh, the Caesar dressing was good. It comes with their fresh baked garlic bread that was delicious. The croutons included are made in house, very rustic but in a great way. It didn't include any Parmesan cheese which is maybe the way they make it? Would've been so much better with it. Pick up was fast as we ordered curbside, it was ahead of ETA but it was also a salad so it shouldn't take much time. A wonderful dinner (as usual) last night was enjoyed by me and my friends. We were seated within minutes of reception in a spacious booth as requested and received prompt, attentive service. I was craving the linguini and clams and it was perfection! Others enjoyed the veal franchise and the eggplant parmesan, also delicious! First time walking into this restaurant.. It took me by surprised because it looked very high scaled. The menu was hard to understand and the food names were very Italian. My husband and I kinda eyed each other and were ready to walk out when our waitress, Amanda stopped by to greet us and take our drink order. She quickly noticed that we looked confused and lost and gave us amazing suggestions on things we should try. We followed her suggestions and boy was our night completely changed. The food was ridiculously delicious and the service was extraordinary. Honestly, if it wasn't because of Amanda, we would have missed out on the experience. Now we have added Agliolio to our top favorite restaurants and will definitely be returning back, hopefully with more family and friends to share our experience with. :) read more

Four shrimp and a ton of pasta do not a take out scampi make. Nor does too little garlic and too much lemon. The chicken Alfredo penne was an institutional grilled chicken breast coarse cut and slapped on to the penne with a gritty cream sauce that could cause the great Alfredo to rise from his grave, slap the cook, and demand a profound apology. The one in Boynton has been pretty awesome. This one seems to have mated with a Denny's, run by a shrimp tightwad. Maybe they think that since Buffalo Grill is a big day for cuisine in horse country, they don't have to try harder. TRY HARDER. Based on your other location, you certainly KNOW BETTER. Take out was good. COVID-19 days. The gals doing the delivery curbside had masks and gloves and were using them appropriately. read more

If you are looking for a classically inspired Italian cuisine, Agliolio is definitely not the place. The menu has a build your own approach. You can get quite creative or you can stick to some classics that are well prepared but not true to the classic recipes. I will offer Veal Saltimbocca as an example of this. Veal Saltimbocca should have a Marsala wine sauce. At Agliolio they serve it with a lemon butter sauce. There are other similar examples. Although not classically prepared, the food is always reliable and consistent. The service is mostly reliable and consistent. I eat here often, so I vote with my patronage . The only downside to Agliolio is the noise level in the dining room. It is very loud, especially toward the back of the room. It can be difficult to carry on a conversation. Other than this, we love it, and we consistently patronize this restaurant. read more

Meh. Most of the food sucks in the Western Communities so this place wasn't out of the ordinary. I feel like a lot of places around here forget to season and salt their entrees. I ordered for curbside pickup and shared the chicken marsala, pasta-bility (with grilled shrimp) and lasagna with bolognese and red sangria. The sangria was decent, and so was the lasagna, but it's hard to mess up lasagna so I could have went to the store and bought frozen lasagna instead. The chicken marsala was sweet and strange. It didn't taste bad it just didn't taste right - and for a place that claims to use grass-fed beef and all of that, they used canned mushrooms . No. The pasta-bility was the most expensive dish out of the three ($12 + $8 for shrimp) and the most disgusting. There was no sauce(!!!) I asked for fra diavolo and I wish I took a picture. The noodles were naked. :( Overall, not a place I'd go to again. My hometown has disappointed me once again. read more

Don't get me wrong the food is delicious but, and I know it sounds spoiled and maybe A little petty but when when a meal comes with a few side dishes Why would you suggest the same flavor profile as your main dish? And, Of course that is what I chose Which was too overbearing in the lemon flavor. I selected veal picatta and when I asked for a suggestion as to my side dish I was told my best bet would be A thin pasta with the same picatts sauce .
