Installer insisted that NO storm door opens to 90 degrees. They insisted that it was industry standard and that there was nothing they could do. The owner had to be called and that was an even worse experience. I could barely finish my sentence before I was met with a lot of aggression.......Long story short, it was the wind chain preventing the door from opening properly and I was able to identify and fix the issue myself. Funny how a non-professional was able to identify and fix an issue that, according to them, had no fix. And it was something simple. Imagine if there were really a defect. Industry professionals they are not! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. P.S. the quality is no better than anything you can get at Lowes or Home Depot so don't fall for the quality speech. Only reason I needed to go the custom route is because my door frame is smaller than standard doors.

The doors that was removed had the original locks on them never replaced in 20 years. Now in less than a year I can't lock the bottom lock or unlock, that's a big problem. I will not give them another dime, I feel I was over charged. The owner told me they came back 10 times which is a lie. THEY CAME BACK 2 TIMES IF THEY HAD DONE A PROFESSIONAL JOB, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO COME BACK AT ALL.

Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was.
