But it's safe to say - this McDonald's needs to work on their customer service and I'm glad we can squeeze this thing into tight quarters.

My grandparents lived in Colorado Springs growing up so a final stop in Limon on the way into the Springs or on the way out has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, and the rest stops have had their highs and lows over the years. As a child we always stopped at the Colorado Gifts rest stop, which was chock full of trinkets and was super fun as a child. As I got older though, they never gave the place a facelift and it became a pretty sad sight. Nowadays I usually pick the one that looks the best from the outside and having had good luck at TAs across the country we decided on this one for our pitstop on the way home to KC over the summer. I have to say, in terms of other Travelcenters of America locations this one is a little average, if not a little below average in terms of cleanliness and overall modern appearance. It was fine, and fit the bill for what we needed, but it could use a bit of a facelift to meet the standards of similar locations I've visited across the USA.

No food was available the morning we stopped unless you had time to eat in the restaurant.

Save your money and buy a McDonald's coffee before you waste any money at this place. No one here knows the first thing about making coffee and it always tastes like hot sweet water or milk. I've never bought something from this place that actually tastes like coffee. Staff and owners are stingy and you can taste it in their products. You'd have better service and would be treated better as an inmate at the county jail. I could go on and on and on about this place. Just stay away and buy some instant coffee at a local gas station. read more

Small businesses like Ahimsa Coffee warm my heart! Pam (the owner) brings a wonderful warmth to her customers and makes a killer Americano! Turns out these aren't just any old beans....... Pam has traveled and lived extensively throughout the world and pours that knowledge back into her coffee house! Limon is now a spot on the map we have circled! Quick on off access from I-70!!! Traveling from San Diego to Kentucky and was feeling tired. Looked up coffee near me and this place came up. So good! I got a caramel macchiato and my mom got a non fat latte and the coffee is tasty but smooth! Service was so nice and I'd recommend this place to anyone. It sits next to Baymont Inn and anyone staying near should definitely stop in and grab a coffee, smoothie or treat. read more

Under New management!! :) The service is so much more friendly and honestly the coffee, lattes and other drinks taste so much more tastier ;) Stop by and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed!! My wife stopped here for a good cup of coffee on our long drive but we chose not to go in when we saw the sign on the door that reads "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." We choose not to give our business to those who exclude others. Sad that being a faith based business gives owners the right to exclude customers who don't meet their standards. read more
