Poke bowl central! I really enjoy all the option of protein they have to offer. The service was fast and great! The food was delicious definitely my to go when I don't feel like cooking dinner. Nice clean Resturant with plenty of seating.

I came in and asked for a mix in, there were bowls on the counter that were dry and clean after sitting out under the heat lamp, she looks and that and then hesitates and looks at me and gets one from below that still looked wet. I'm thinking ok whatever, maybe there's something I don't know about how they do things. Then as she was scooping in the rice into the bowl she started coughing hard right over my rice, she didn't turn her head in another direction or stop what she was doing just finishing coughing over my rice and the big pot of rice she was scooping from and then brought it over. Wasn't light coughing either and was loud. Her coworkers didn't say anything or they didnt notice. As a healthcare worker I got so grossed out... Then when she took my bowl to the register she took her gloves off and wiped her hand on the tea machine and rubbed it in the other one like she had just gotten hand sanitizer or something. I'm guessing the condensation is what she was rubbing on her hands because they were sticky? Like maybe wash your hands because if they were sticky from a short time of wearing gloves that's not swea, it's too short of a time frame to sweat that hard in air conditioned facility and my order went fast because I'm a regular that doesn't hesitate, that means they were not clean before you put the gloves on. Again I'd know because I am a healthcare worker, as a student healthcare worker I learned the hard way that washing your hands regularly is the only way to alleviate the nasty sweat feeling between glove changes. This is a place I come a couple of times a week but after this interaction I don't think I will be coming here. I didn't leave a tip during the transaction but I'll leave one here, management please keep an eye on who you hire and watch them now and then to make sure they have clean habits. For the sake of integrity and serving the public. We do not need another outbreak because one new employee doesn't like her job or wasn't raised right. This specific employee had braces, flower tattoo on her right forearm, Hispanic, and had attitude. Didn't smile until I got to the tipping section of the transaction. Didn't say excuse me after coughing on my rice and stared me down when I saw her wipe her dirty hands on the Thai tea machine. Gross enployee. Server name Jaylen.

Was craving some poke on my way back home from Joshua tree and we stopped here , the service was good. The guy building our bowl was informative and patient while I was looking and asking questions. I thought the bowl size was good. I think it's only one size. $2 difference I think from 2 choices vs the 3. But you can get one of each topping no extra charge unless it's avocado. Generous servings and we dined in. There was a good amount of tables inside and it felt very clean and organized . The fish tasted very fresh as well as the toppings. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area!

I have never waited this long for a poke bowl in my life. Why have 2 associates behind the line if they are just going to wander back and forth aimlessly? Both tried repeatedly to help the same 2 customers who don't know what they wanted (they were ordering together), while I stood for 30 minutes, and was only offered rice. Servers were friendly but the music is so loud it is difficult to be heard or hear others. And again I'm not sure why 2 people were trying to work on one order at a poke restaurant, which is like any other takeout place--everything is laid out in front of you. The couple before me kept asking questions, which is fine--I thought the second associate would come help me. Instead, I waited politely but the second associate did not help me complete my order. Instead he got me rice, and then interrupted the server helping the first couple to help them, and then came back to help me, before finally passing my plate to the second worker. He also kept going back and forth to the grill and the line, and going to the back to talk to the prep cooks. I was under the impression that assembling a rice bowl with already-prepared ingredients was simple and quick. Apparently I was wrong. Edit: portions were also incredibly small, compared to other poke restaurants. They have more flavors of sauce than many other places, but who wants free sauce if your portions are tiny scoops of protein, and you have to spend almost $2 for a single avocado slice? Thankfully today is my day off, because if this had happened on my lunch break, I would have walked out. Tasty, but not worth the wait.

ORDER 2 scoop bowl (4/5) -- blazin salmon + spicy tuna w/ spicy creamy sauce the only downside to this location is they skimp on the protein... other than that, super yummy poke. definitely one of the better poke spots in riv. Although I'm not new to the Ahipoki establishments, I made my first visit to their location in Rialto a few weeks ago. The location is situated in an area with plenty of shops and restaurants, so there is plenty of free parking shared among the businesses. The establishment itself has a nice size store where customers are able to dine in if they prefer. The ordering process is similar to most poke places in the area where you build your order in various steps, similar to cafeteria style. They have a solid selection of items to build your bowl with lots of common favorites for poke lovers. During my visit I ordered a large bowl with their Tuna Luau, Blazing Salmon, and Shrimp over salad. It was good and the various sauces and toppings to complement the bowl worked well. Pricing is a little high and the staff (at least the person helping me that day) are very stringent with portions for proteins and toppings. The person helping me was not pleasant to work with. She seemed annoyed as I built my order, which I couldn't understand since the whole premise of this type of establishment is telling the staff what you want to put in it. No hello, smile, or acknowledgement when I would thank her or engage with her. Staff overall seemed more concerned with talking to each other instead of engaging with customers. Extremely bad look. I can always depend on getting a tasty poke bowl from Ahipoki locations and although the service has not quite matched what I've experienced from their other stores, I would return for the convenience of location when in this area of the Inland Empire.

I was craving for Spam Musubi so stopped by to just get a quick bite after I got out of work @ 3pm. As I entered the place there was no line or diners so my order came quick. Was just dissatisfied with the size of the sliced spam. I remember it being thicker slice than this . The proportion of the rice and spam is not acceptable. The ice creams and macarons are what I want to try on my next visit .

Not even worth the one star. Service was quick, however they were pretty rude. The fish did not taste fresh, it even smelled weird. I love love sushi. But I honestly just could not eat this. I never asked for refunds but I would have had they not closed for the night. I completely regret the $18 I spent. It was so not worth it at all. Avoid this place! Let's get an actual GOOD restaurant in its place read more

Small portions compared to other restaurants, sad we ended up here. Staff was extremely slow and not very friendly. Expensive, clearly prices went up which I understand for a recession but when your scoops are so dang small and charging $15.50 for a "large" is crazy. At least going somewhere else with that price it will be fresher and larger portion. read more

Overpriced. Compared to other spots this is my least favorite. You mean I have to pay more for more than 1 sauce? I came for the sushi, not the sauces. Also, since it's the bowls are that expensive Ahipoki should change they're prices from $$ to $$$... just sayin read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR POKI, WASTE OF MONEY! Don't get me wrong the food was absolutely delicious, but at the same time it's EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE for such SMALL PORTIONS.. i finished my food in 10 spoonfuls or less.. they say the bowls are only $13.00 but when you get to check out they tax you so much that the food isn't even worth it.. read more

I had a great experience poke wise! The fish was fresh and sauce flavors were good. I arrived at 9:13 so a couple minutes before closing and I do apologize for the inconvenience but that was my lunch break since I work nights. I felt very rushed and I understand but making the bowl doesn't take much time anyways so there's no point in rushing. Nonetheless I would return and encourage others to do so as well. Hoping to try the spam musubi next time. read more

Health and cleanliness standards are not here! The grill is absolutely gross. You could visibly see the char on the grill. While the Caucasian girl( didn't get her name) was cooking the pork on the dirty grill for someone else's order, she then try's to put my Salmon on the same grill. I asked her to not cross contaminate my salmon with pork and if she can please clean the grill. She huffed with an attitude and then put the salmon on the other dirty grill. I prefer clean food with no grill residue or cross contamination between fish and pork or chicken. So, I just walked out. This location is a HELL NO for me. I didn't know asking for a clean grill for you to cook my food was such a chore but.. ya know ... You would think after so many bad reviews this place would find better employees. Horrible customer service employees and managers have an attitude because they don't want to do their job because we arrived 30 minutes before closing and apparently they were all done and the register was closed? 30 mins before closing ? After asking to speak to the manager she rolled her eyes at us, and told us to leave. As a shop owner myself if these were my employees I would be livid that they would be turning away customers. I will no longer be supporting this business. read more

Everyone's saying the food is decent, but unfortunately this was not my experience. First when I go in there it REEKED of fish. Now.. I used to work at a poke spot and yes in the back of the store it smelled a LITTLE BIT but this was bad. The lady who was taking my order looked like she didn't wanna be there and trust me I get it, a long day at work but at least have a smile on your face and respond to someone who says thank you and to have a nice day. Okay back to the actual food. It was OKAY at best. I got salmon, spicy tuna, and shrimp. The spicy tuna and shrimp were okay. But the salmon was honestly disgusting I couldn't finish my bowl. It smelled REALLY fishy, like it smelled up my whole room. And it made me throw up. It was honestly just little things after little things that made my experience not so pleasant. read more

First time here and will be the last time. The girls working had the worst attitude. They were mumbling and when i leaned in and said "I'm sorry" because I didn't understand what she said, she rolled her eyes. At the register we were asked if we wanted chopsticks or forks and my dad said "I'll take a fork please" and I said "I'll have chopsticks please" the woman looked at me as said "you can only have one or the other" my dad was like "there's two of us with different preferences, so we'll have one fork and one chopstick." Never again will we go back based on customer service alone. read more

They changed the containers they use to 1/3 of the depth of the original. For the same price you now get 1/3 of the servings. I'm super irritated by this. Go back to the old size or lower your prices! This is a rip off. read more

***WORTH THE READ**** 1 star for customer service and 4 stars for the food. I had the counter attendant from hell. I had said half rice and half kelp noodles then she puts half rice half salad and I'm like oh we wanted rice she doesn't say anything but slams the salad back into the salad dish from my tray all aggressive thennnn. Leaves a piece of salad obviously still in there and puts rice over it and I'm like ok??????? Then my boyfriend orders blazing salmon and tuna and she's like the tuna is going to be extra like??????? When has that ever been a thing and thennnnnnnnn she's like aggressively putting everything we want and when I ask for cucumber she purposely grabs the tiniest amount then I'm like can I have more? And she grabs a tiny amount AGAIN, I was very close to just walking out that door. thennn I'm like I want eel and spicy Mayo on top kid you not she drizzles a little in the center of each then has the nerveeeee when we asked for forks and napkins we get to the car all the napkins in our bag are all crushed and ripped like she Fr had it outttt for us and we did nothing. I had ordered a Thai drink they have and it had zero sweetener. Was pretty disappointed. The first time I came here I took my younger brother and he loved it. At that time I still didn't have my taste buds from covid and it's been 2 month since I had it. Now 5 months in and still getting my taste buds back I decided to try this place again. I was highly impressed. The fish was so fresh and everything is so flavorful. I don't remember the name of the salmon mixture but it was delicious and their own cabbage kimchi is amazing. You get a really good portion and the 3 scoop is perfect. This is the worst poke place I've been to. Extremely stingy on all the toppings. I asked for extra edamame, the original scoop maybe had 5 beans on it, and they wanted to charge extra. They charge extra for everything and they give such small portions. They even charge .75 extra per scoop of tuna, due to a "national shortage" which does not exist. No other poke place charges extra for tuna. Very disappointed in this chain. read more

I have been to a few different poki spots now and I think it's safe to say this one just might be my new favorite not only was our server friendly and funny he was patient with us and being the indecisive person that I am when trying a new spot that means a lot so they have pretty much all the regular choices for this time I had a regular bowl that's two choices of fish and white rice now I'm a girl who loves spicy food so the fact that they had kimchi spicy tuna and Sriracha salmon totally blew my mind not to mention lit my taste buds on fire with the seasonings we got the bowl was amazing I also was very pleasantly surprised with these little chunks of red pickled turnips I think or maybe they were radishes but they were so delicious I don't know what they were pickled in but the flavor was just wow I cannot wait to go back and take my boys so they can fall in love to read more

I walk in and they don't even look at me. 4 of them. Then this girl with orange hair stands there looking down. I literally did not know what to do or say. Then she finally looks up and says something. I was creeped out the whole time. The other people are walking around and one looks at me. I felt so uncomfortable. She didn't mix the stuff and I asked her if she could mix it and she says "what?" Then I said never mind. The other girl walks by her and they just act like zombies. Plus they used the same tongs for all the veggies I hope nobody is allergic to anything. The whole time I felt like I walked into a scary movie. Then the people that come after me get greeted. Weird experience and bad awkward service read more

Not even worth 1 star !! Sushi is my favorite food of all time so I was excited to try this place but the food was extremely gross and overpriced ! The girl with the blue streak in her hair was so rude this place is unorganized and needs to actually hire good employees and not a bunch of high schoolers ! To add upon it there was a fly while I was ordering and it landed on my food as the workers were next it to. It bothered me as they seemed obvious to the fact I didnt say anything as I didnt want to waste the food but the fact that didnt shoo away the fly bothered me. Poke bar is far better. read more

I go here and it is always a hit or miss, today I went and it was pretty packed.I didn't mind that the thing that bothered me was the costumer service. There was a girl with pretty orange hair that probably didn't have a good day so she had an attitude. She just seemed really bothered and everyone got on her nerves :/ . I go to AhiPoki often where I live in Arizona and they are always great. I know they have several locations in California as well, which is where I think the are based out of, but none were convenient for where I was located. This location was great for me as it was right off the freeway on my route to/from Phoenix. The price here is in the higher end of Poke places in CA, but is also MUCH cleaner and nicer than almost every other chain I've been to. These guys are consistently good and clean. They also offer a rewards program with is a huge plus because I get to use it even when I travel. I do wish you got more than 1/4 avocado for the $1 charge but that's just me being picky. Reasonable price compared to their competition and always good. Cheers! read more

Visited on 9/3/21. The seafood quality was poor. I think 7-11 sushi would be a step up from the quality of seafood. The mix-in choices were minimal as well, they didn't even have imitation crab meat. read more

Where to even start. I tried eating at this place about 1 year and half ago. Food was fishy and the options VERY limited when trying to pick toppings for the poke bowl. Their spicy mayo is hot and definitely runny. This place does not compare to the location in Ontario. Ontario Ahi Poke is SOOOO amazing. This place not at all. Make the extra 10 minute drive. You will be shocked with how much better the service, food, and topping choices you have. Oh and the service was not at all pleasant during my 2nd visit today in 1 and a half years. I was rushed. After every single thing I said "Is that it? IS THAT IT?". I felt so rushed and embarrassed. All I got was a regular build your own poke bowl with white rice, salmon, shrimp, Edamame, green onion, Cucumber, and spicy mayo. This is about 5 less things I get than when I visit their ontario location. read more

First, i want to start by saying that im so happy to finally have a place to get poke by my house - not to mention the numerous times ive gone to this specific one, the employees and the managers have always been super friendly and always make you feel welcomed by greeting you with a smile on their faces. Second, the place is super clean and service is fast and pleasant, which is very convenient. Third thing i want to point out is that NO theyre not "super stingy" with their fish. They give a pretty standard portion, like most poke places do for a fair price - which no one should be complaining about if theyve really been to different poke places like mentioned in their reviews..Its pretty standard for the price, and they STILL give you an option to add extra scoops for extra costs (afterall, this is a business you guys...things arent free so stop crying!) This place deserves more than just the few stars they have at the moment. They barely opened recently and are kicking butt (coming from a customer that goes in 1 to 2 times a week) Keep up the good work! read more

Last time I can I got more bang for my buck. At practically $15 for a large (depending on what u get) I expect consistency and a bit more protein. They really limited eveything in my plate including wasabi which is usually generously given and I appreciate cuz I do use most of not all of the wasabi I get! Idk... was excited the first time I can this time around not so much. Food itself is delish no doubt about it. Everything is fresh and crisp and tasty! Establishment is nice and clean. read more

Not a long time Poki eater but since trying it I've been to a couple of different places. This place was great. The food was almost great, it is a little pricier than your average poke place but its good quality fish and toppings. I had the spicy tuna, salmon and their blazing salmon. I had it with spicy creamy, plenty of chili oil and a little bit of kimchi sauce. Sauces were good but I wish they werent as sweet. In my opinion, the toppings are what makes the bowl worth it. Other poke places have like 5-10 toppings max but here they have over 14 toppings from what I recall. Seaweed salad and crab is INCLUDED too! The poke spots Ive been to usually charge a 50 cents to a dollar for like an ounce of seaweed/crab. Kimchi cabbage was interesting, a little salty for my taste but I can see why people would like it. Im giving them 5 stars because the service was great despite the fact that it was busy. The workers provided excellent customer service. I typically can't finish a regular sized poke bowl, but from reading the review I thought I'd get a large today to be safe. I was able to finish the entire large bowl mainly because the scoops of fish given were so little and the rice bass wasn't that much either.
