This is an amazing company. Great service and great communication. I've used them for several years and they are always fast in returning phone calls and in trouble shooting problems or issues. They also always let me know in advance when they are coming, and if it's not convenient for me, it's extremely easy to reschedule. Austin, one of the technicians, is such a nice guy and so easy to work with. He always let's me know when he will be arriving so I can unlock the gate and bring my dog inside. It's been roughly two weeks since we were first serviced by Peacemaker Pest Control and so far, so good! I wanted to wait to see if there was a visible difference in the level of bugs after the initial service, and there is, but equally important is the care that went into the service and Travis' level of professionalism. We contacted Peacemaker because they were local to us and had great Yelp reviews. It turns out we are very close and got a "neighborhood discount." Travis took a good amount of time surveying the property, asking questions about the insects we saw and looking for nests. he explained what kinds of creatures came around this time of season. We took his advice on what to spray for. He used all natural products, set glue traps and cleared away spider cobwebs. We signed up for recurring bi-monthly services. I'm looking forward to seeing how he combats those pesky spiders, mosquitoes and other creatures as the weather changes. I first met Travis when he was working for a different company years ago. I had a horrible problem with spiders and some other bugs. Black widows are fairly common in my neighborhood. Travis was the only one to get it under control. He treats the outside of my property and the garage. When he left that company, I must have had 4 different pest control people out to Address my pest concerns. None of them were able to take care of my service to the level that he did. I finally found that Travis started his own company and I signed up right away. He is punctual, addresses all of my concerns, and you can't beat the service! I highly recommend Peacemaker! Two weeks later I noticed a rat on my back patio, and when I went out, the little #$@% jumped into my bbq through the bottom vent.
