Here's what happened: I called Drain Mode to clear a plugged drain at our (older) home. He was very personable and came over right away. He was unable to clear the plug, took a look at the pipe under the house and reported back to me that the pipe was leaking and that a large section of pipe under the house needed to be replaced for a large sum of money. I then called another plumber. The other plumber was able to clear the blockage, albeit with a lot of effort. I asked the second plumber if the pipe was leaking under the house. He said it was not. I would not have given such a low rating if Drain Mode had not lied about the pipe leaking.

It required follow up the next day for a more permanent fix but Roto Rooter quoted us so much that my husband decided to call Tunnell again to see if they could squeeze us in the next day. They could and quoted us literally less than 1/4 of the price that Roto Rooter quoted us for hydro jetting. Upon arrival, Seth took a look and said we actually don't need hydro jetting and he could get the job done even cheaper with his chain. He did it quickly and efficiently. It's seriously so rare to find such an honest business these days and Tunnell goes above and beyond. Unbeknownst to Seth, my husband and I had just suffered a devastating loss of a loved one that weekend and the plumbing issue was just the cherry on top of a horrible chain of events. We have had to call them to come out multiple times now and have yet for them to fix the issue. When we contact them, they do not answer the phone (they claim they have a 24/7 emergency line but don't appear to actally have this), do not call us back or respond to our emails, and have made us wait almost a week for them to even come out to inspect the issue--even though by that time, the clog resolved itself. Also, they gave us a discount to give them a 5-star rating, so we did that at the time of our relining, but we are removing our review because of their inability to respond efficiently when dealing with issues with the system they installed. Unfortunately, we are stuck using them because, if we use anyone else, our warranty is void.
