NOT HAPPY! I have a yearly maint set up w this company. Have used them w no issue for many years. Last week a very nice guy comes out to check the air conditioner and let's me know that the fan is no good on my unit and could freeze up and flood my house and the compressor need replacing. Quoted me a price. Today, they come out, I assume they changed the compressor and they put in a whole new unit in my apartment. The new unit, that I really did not need, does not fit into the space it is meant to be in. Admittedly I was not watching what they were doing as I assumed they knew what needed to be done here. Then I get a bill. The price was $1500 more than the quite I was given!! The tech tells me the fan that was supposedly going to freeze up had NOTHING wrong w it. He replaced a perfectly good ac unit because that is what the work order said. I am so done w Air Around the Clock and do not recommend them to anyone!! $1500 wtf??? So more drama where this company is concerned. Not only did they scam me into a whole new ac system that I apparently did not need, now 2 days later, it doesn't work!! I cannot stress to you enough how ridiculous this company turned out to be. So now there is more to the story! 2very nice techs came out to assess whether or not the oversized ac unit was in fact too big for my utility closet. Long story short, nothing can be done about it and we're not moving the door as I will still need to manually unhinge it to open past the oversized unit. The upside was that because I was so unhappy with how I had been treated by the office mgr, they offered to refund me almost $400 of the $1500 I was charged over the quoted price. Then the uncaring office mgr calls to say I had to remove all negative social media posts or she won't give me the promised refund. The says I am extorting them. I think she doesn't know what that means. By her withholding the refund, isn't she then extorting me?? Also, she refusing to let me speak with the owner. Saying he is out of town and cannot call me. Wth folks?? This place is not your friend! Do not use them for your ac needs!! read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This is an absolutely disturbing review and it is 100% factually accurate. No ax to grind. Our air conditioning was freezing up so we've used air around the clock for the last five years. They just did a maintenance visit last month. They came out again and told us we needed a new unit. Almost $5,000. Called another company they came out, our battery in the thermostat was dead causing the air conditioning to not work. Instead of $5,000 repair it was a $4 battery. These people are the worst people. I would strongly urge you to find another HVAC company. I don't care how many commercials they run or how many trucks they have on the road. I had them come out to check on my ac unit and perform a maintenance check. They told me my whole entire unit needed to be replaced which would cost about $4500... plus I asked about duct cleaning and they said over $1000... As a first time home owner I had no idea what the prices were going to reflect. I had two other companies give me estimates and perform a maintenance check. Come to find out- Duct cleaning would be around $300 plus sanitizing and my unit was fine and I would possibly need a new motor within the next year ( which is only about $400). This place is disgusting! The outrageous charges they tried to make me pay is unbelieveable! They should be ashamed of themselves! read more

I had a 2 hour window for a service call on Saturday, received a text after 51 min (of the 2 hour window), on their way. I had to make 3 phone calls to have the technician show up 1hr 30 min after the text and 30 min after the window. He then looked at the AC unit and said, it's not an AC unit problem, it's an electrical problem, call an electrician. I had had similar problems with the other units in the past, the other technicians have vacuumed the line and then blew them out it out and it resolved the problem. He did not want to do that, after several attempts to ask him, he finally did it. I think it was the end of the day and he did not want to be there. He then said, sorry I cannot fix it, but you need to call an electrician and you owe me $150. What a rip off. Horrible customer service not getting back to me with updates and saying they would call me back and never did. Then trying to tell me the text at 4:51pm that he was on his way was not for me but another customer. I'm not sure how that is possible. I have used Air Around the Clock for over 15 years, maybe now that they are so big, they need people to drive their trucks that are not as qualified. I will be contacting their office during regular business hours to give them the details and feedback on their service; actually lack of service. His service today does not even deserve 1 star for today's visit. read more

We had wall units in our offices for years due to other companies telling us it was not possible to put in a split unit, however, ATC technicians found a way to install a split unit air conditioning system. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! The office is now so much quieter and even in temperature. The customer service was impeccable and they explained everything in a way that was understood. I've used them three times. I don't think there will be a fourth. Today I got charged $795 for a fan motor that A) cost them $0 because it's under warranty to them but not me, and B) took the technician less than 15 minutes to install. That pro-rates out to roughly $3,000 an hour for labor. (EDIT: The technician said the part will ultimately cost Air Around the Clock nothing, and that their up-front cost for it will be reimbursed after their warranty paperwork is filed. Their office called to ask I take this post down because they say that is incorrect.) The technician was rude, and he refused to check the entire system (compressor, etc.) as the people who set up the appointment said he would. He assured me everything was working. It is not. As I write this, 10 hours after the technician left abruptly, we are sweating in here with the thermostat set 6 degrees lower than normal. I'm quite certain I'll be spending hundreds now with another company to fix whatever isn't working. I will say this: Their office staff is very professional. I have no complaints there. (ADDITIONAL EDIT: In fairness, when the system was originally installed, we were very satisfied. We are most unsatisfied after spending nearly $2,000 in the last two years to replace a coil and a fan motor.) I should have shopped around and been smarter, but there was urgency to get this done so I paid the price - literally. And now I'll pay it twice. read more

Don't be fooled by their pleasant phone operators (they were nice). Air Around the Clock installed my current system and it took them three different installers to properly set it up. When the compressor broke, they tried to charge me THREE TIMES the cost that another company charged me me, and they were trying to sell me a generic compressor which would only carry a one year warranty whereas an original manufacture's compressor would continue to be under warranty for another 7 years. Their installation was messy; the job site was clean but it was just an ugly installation which did not look good at all. Wires were run across access panels and they didn't care to adjust the supply plenum to the new handler. Instead, they just installed the plenum at an angle so they wouldn't have to measure a new cut in the return plenum. Just a poor job all around and not trustworthy AT ALL. read more

YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR but I can't post a review without selecting 1 STAR. So for the 3rd time in 3 months I've had to have a technician come out and fix the same issue on an AC that is 14 months old and cost $6500.00. During his 3rd visit for the same problem the technician replaced the over flow switch with a new one to supposedly prevent this issue from happening again. Every time I call at night I'm asked if it's an Emergency it's South Florida in August and I have no AC of course it's an emergency.I have a 4 year old daughter. You employ some of the rudest customer service people I've ever dealt with in my life. I asked for a supervisor to call me twice and never got a call until I posted on a Facebook thread which was promptly erased. Guess ATC wants everyone to think they are great and not let dissatisfied customers express their dissatisfaction. If I had a chance to do it all over again I'd melt before I invested 6500 on a unit from this company. . Even the sales rep who sold us the unit didn't provide an air filter. $6500.00 ac unit and I had to custom order an air filter. This company should change their name to Crooks Around The Clock. This past weekend (Saturday) the outside unit on my air conditioner stopped working. We called this company and was told that they can send out a technician later in the evening to check it out. They also told us there would be a fee of 175.00 which we agreed to. Their a/c tech arrived later that evening walks into my home looks at the a/c handler and immediately says we need a new unit. I told him the problem was not with the a/c handler but the outside unit. While walking the tech outside to show him where the problem was he starts rambling on about how there are no more parts available for the kind of a/c that I have and that they don't make the type of freon that my a/c uses and that its best I just get another unit. We get to the outside unit and I remove the shell to show the tech where I suspected the problem was and he starts rambling on again about how I need a new unit and the great price he can offer and have it installed on Monday. I told him I was not interested in purchasing a new unit right away and asked him if he could do the repairs the a/c. Thats when he looked at me and told me he does not have the tools to fix the a/c. Why would this company send someone out to repair an a/c without tools? If I was interested in purchasing a new a/c unit I would have requested a salesman to come out and give me a quote. We walk back inside and the tech calls his boss to get a quote for a new a/c unit which I once again never asked for. He gets the quote and tells me he can have the new unit installed on Monday or have the company send someone else out to do the repairs to my a/c. I once again told him I was not interested in purchasing a new unit at the time so he writes up the quote and charges me the $175.00 for just looking at my unit and telling me that I need a new one. Despicable....I paid for a brand new A/C on 7/12/18 which was almost $5000. Technician just informed me that the compressor needs replacing stating "it happens but parts are under warranty." The labor however is going to cost you $708.00....I am livid.....especially during these times. My family used them for years only to be sorely disappointed. They sell you warranty service plan of their own which is a piece of garbage & they change your regular knowledgable service tech unbeknownst to you & use your faith in the previous service tech to lure you into that contract after they've installed your new AC. I don't want to get sued for writing the truth here but they need to improve by miles. They really could do a lot better. Furthermore their ads are super-sexist. "Your wife is hot" on billboards etc is not funny when women are objectified daily. Did they forget that women hold jobs & pay for AC units etc? Their advertising is GROSS. We know a ton of female professional lawyers, accountants & doctors with money who refuse to use their company because of the uncomfortable shameful advertising they have chosen that humiliates most women with a brain. Lastly, we had to tape our ducts ourselves with UHL tape because they did not have enough UHL tape after a job & their last tech took my dad's heavy duty measuring tape some years ago saying it was "cool". We don't like it when employees want things in our home under the assumption that women don't use measuring tape. This happened years ago & we are done now. Toxic masculinity should not be accepted & normalized by companies. This company is a scam/ fraudulent! I'm in law and trust me they were hired to install a new ac system and deny there's a problem.SERIOUSLY....this was a replacement and installed a Trane unit inside and a unit outside. For the last 8 months we've suffered through ac breakdowns to the unit clogging up and not working properly without providing a proper diagnosis. At times not blowing any ac in for as long as 4-6 hours and when it goes it is never the temperature it reads on the 6th thermostat. It does not cools down!!! I could put it down to 70 and even today it feels like 78-79 degrees.. they refuse to provide us any explanation as to why the air does not go on and the outside drain is clogged weekly with sludge so they avoid any service calls and refuse us outright a receipt. Do not EVER use them! They are CROOKS!!!!! read more

I used air around the clock for their plumbing services, since i had good luck with using them for their air conditioner services in the past. I would not recommend using their plumbers. The first 95$ service call estimated the total fix for the job would be $575.00 to stick a camera down there and flush out whatever the flooring contractor had allowed down the toilet hole while removing tile in both bathrooms (literally 2 days prior). Well, they came out to snake twice, and charged me more, and never brought the camera. The snaking didn't fix the problem and at this point i had no toilet or shower in the house that worked, they said they could get out with a camera in a week!!...this after spending $1,470.00 for the multiple snakes. They only have ONE CAMERA for their company...and good luck getting them to come to your house with it, when you need it! My money was WASTED, i called another plumber who came out WITH A CAMERA and fixed it the same day. They should really give me my money back! read more

AATC is one of the very worst companies in South Florida, from a customer's perspective. They have 90 trucks on the road and a skybox at the new Marlin's stadium, so their profits and cash flow are plentiful. Unfortunately they leverage their scale to take advantage of new customers and care little to maintain positive relationships with them. Their shoddy work has even created a secondary market for fair-dealing smaller companies and independent contractors to go around and clean up behind them, because so many former AATC customers have sworn them off for good. Five years ago they sold us a 5-ton unit. Since that time we have gone through many problems with all the parts, misunderstandings over the warranties, and charges in excess of what was promised. Later found out that we only needed a 4 ton unit, but a the time AATC had a surplus of 5-ton machines and were determined to move them to unsuspecting customers. Also had discovered the unit that we had installed was damaged in transit. Please do yourself a favor and ask around for referrals from those who have had great experiences with their HVAC contractors. And do it before your system fails, because it is in those moments that AATC really maximizes its unfair advantage over you, the customer. read more

BEWARE!!! Technician came out to look at a freon leak. Told me I needed a new unit - and was going to sell me one that was double the tonnage that I should have (4.5 tons for a 1200 sq ft house!!). For fixing the leak, quoted me a price that was double everyone else's. Paid him $350 to recharge the freon - which he only partially filled. Complained to the manager - who just yelled at me that I didn't understand AC repair. There are better AC people in South Florida. Run, very far away, from this one! read more

I have used this company for years to service the AC system in a rental house of mine. Technicians are polite, and appointments are easy to schedule. On the other hand, anytime you call the office you will sit on hold, sometimes for a long time. Managers don't call back when there is an issue, and those that answer the phone are not authorized to handle non-routine issues. Installed new equipment didn't hold up, required several repairs in the 1st two years, and labor isn't covered under warranty visits. Lastly, a major repair was done without my authorization, and by the time I called to question it my credit card had also been charged without my authorization. The repair itself wasn't described in detail, and I hadn't been given a chance to seek a 2nd opinion. Management offered a partial credit but never issue it and didn't return my repeated phone calls. Air Around the clock in Coral Springs has terrible customer service. Buyer Beware! I purchased an AC unit from them, paid over 3000.00 for a brand new unit. The unit is under a year old and it broke last night. When I called I was treated with Terrible customer service from the 11840 MW 41st Street Coral Springs, Florida location. When the AC broke in my condo last night and I called the Emergency Service Toll Free number which is 1-800-741-1033 and no one ever answered. I called back an hour later and the same, no one answered. I called again this morning at 8:00 AM and the answering service answered. The lady took a message and told me that someone will call me right back. I waited an hour and never received a phone call. I called back and got the office this time. The woman that answered the phone told me that she cannot get anyone out to look at the AC until tomorrow and could not give me a time. She could not even give me a window of time. She told me that someone will call at 9:00 am to let me know what time a technician could be out there. I replied to her," Is that the best that you can do?" I called last night the emergency number twice and no one answered. Her reply was, "I'm not sure why no one answered". She had no concern at all as to why the Emergency line was abandoned. I told her that this is terrible customer service. My tenets have been in the heat all night long along with this morning and are expected to be in it until tomorrow because you don't have a technician available to come out today? One can come out tomorrow and we have no idea what time that will be. I told her that I needed a better answer and resolution than that and asked who else I could talk to. She told me that she is the Manager and there is no one else to speak with. Then she tells me"I am not sure if you realize that it is 110 degrees across the state of Florida and we are overbooked". That was a ridiculous comment to make. Of course, I know that it is over 110 degrees. I live in Florida and that is why this is crucial that there is AC in the condo and there are pets in the condo. Terrible! Never calling them again! I own a rental unit in South Florida, and called for help with the AC. The AC was not cooling properly, so someone came out and said that the coil had a slow leak. He said that I could replace the coil for $1095, or just replace the Freon for $295. I chose to replace the Freon, and less than 24 hours later, the AC stopped working again! When I called back to see what could be done, all I got was the following statement in a less than professional tone: "What do you want me to do? You need to replace the coil!" When I explained that the person who came out never stated that this could be less than a 24-hour fix, I received the quoted statement above again. When I asked what could be done about this, since I spent $295 less than 24 hours earlier, the same thing repeated. It is clear that they don't really care what you do. The company is the WORST. My Mother had a new Rheem AC unit put in on March 16, 2015 by these crooks. In 7 months she had 14 service calls and it's still not fixed. This is a NEW unit. Air around the clock is awful & the unit they put in by the manufacturer Rheem is no better; Rheem told me we have to contact the people who put it in. They charged $4,000 and we now have to hire someone else to do the job. I'm only glad that I can post this and hope someone will read my review and stay away from these crooks. I had an AC unit installed at our condo back in March of 14' and it just recently stopped working. I called ATC and they sent Tim the technician over to diagnose the problem. Per Tim i have a bad module in the evaporator and he needs to replaced. Since i am out of warranty , the typical cost is $325 but he could do it that day for $150 for parts and labor . To say the lest, i was displeased since the unit was not even 2 years old. I told him I would pass on this. I called Rheem the manufacturer the AC and find out i am covered on parts for 10 years but would have to pay for labor. To confirm what ATC had quoted me initially, i called them back and they confirmed PARTS and LABOR was inclusive on the quote. I spoke with Frank the service manager and explained that i was quoted both parts and labor and said that i just even confirmed this with the girl on the phone, and he responded with " she is just a receptionist, she doesn't know" . At the end of the day, ATC was charging me for parts when they were covered under the warranty. Both the service technician and the receptionist at ATC confirmed this. It is not money aspect, it is the lack of ethics that is disturbing. read more

Their service technician came out 1.5 hours late. After removing the air handler cover he declared that I needed a new blower motor. $900.00 with 95.00 off for the service call. I sent him on his way and cancelled the motor replacement. The actual problem was a bad transformer $11.00 part. Beware of these guys. read more

Had unit installed since original unit was old and was always water in drip pan. New unit installed, still had water in drip pan. 5 years go by, unit breaks down, warranty just expired. One part replaced in air handler $1000. Two weeks later, breaks down again, part replaced outside, $300. I spoke with manager regarding $1000 spent and A/C broken down 2 weeks later. He was very hostile towards me while I was trying to be reasonable and explain what occurred. Water continued to enter drip pan. One year later, broke down again, went to another A/C company. Turns out drain pipe from internal pan was cracked, leaking, and partially blocked. Either maintenance folks are incompetent or criminal. He kept blaming cheap made parts. In November we have a home inspection on a home we are buying. The HVAC had just been installed a couple months prior, The unit was not working and it was installed improperly so the exhaust fumes from garage were going into air return and then in the Master Bedroom Suite. The HVAC company was called and they sent out two technicians. One was working on outside unit and one was changing breakers. I showed him where exhaust was going into house and he says he will fix that too. We buy the home and in December when we move in the A/C unit only cools for a few days. We call on a saturday and the girl does not have records that is under warranty so I amtold we must pay $175.00 for service call and a supervisor will call back on Monday and if it is under warranty they will refund the $175.00. The Tech who came out was exvcellent and immediatelyt finds a Freon leak on a braised joint and fixes it. He also shows me where the exhaust(Carbon Monoxide) is going into home. Tech was the best. The next day I used silicone and tape to fix the poorly installed unit to stop leak into home. No call Monday So I call tuesday and the girl put me on hold and comes back after a few minutes to say she is on the phone for a long time and is probably (as she chuckles) talking to someone about a complaint. I leave my number for a call back. Susan leaves a message and I call back and she has gone to lunch. Leave my number again and no call back. Finally we connect and I explain that the A/C has been installed improperly and it was not cooling and fumes from garage were entering the home. Susan states that when it was installed they had an inspection from the city and it was a perfect installation! Well we do not live in a city?? I told her the girl never told me it was a after hours charge. She stated after hours means their tech has to get up out of bed to go to my home? I called Sat afternoon and they scheduled tech 6pm-9pm ( another lie) So Susan says she had listened to tape and she told me it was $150. I asked if we could both listen to the tape and she said no they were for training purposes only. Susan lied about the tape. I asked Susan to talk to tech and he can explain what I had to fix to stop fumes from garage from entering house. told her tech seemed to be honest and would maybe tell her what he told me. All in all unit was installed improperly and your company is not standing behind the improper install?? read more

My Air conditioning unit stopped working so I called ATC and Jack came out and quoted me $3000 for a new unit. I knew my unit was old and agreed to put in the new unit. Chris and his helper came the next day and did a fabulous job installing my new unit. Chris went above and beyond and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before he left. The following day the unit breaks. In NO way do I blame the technicians but the company for buying cheap Chinese junk that isn't capable of functioning longer than a few hours. I called ATC and they sent another technician who only fixes units out he wasn't able to diagnose the issue as the unit was frozen. Later that day the technician told me the units blower and motherboard were not functioning. He was scheduled to come the next day in the morning but the office has already given him work before he could get to my unit. I called ATC and was livid. the technician finally came and installed the non functioning components. I do not blame the technicians but the company for using buying Chinese made garbage and overbooking technicians also the office ladies who do not know how to book allotted time slots correctly. I can not sit at home for days on end waiting to see if someone comes or is late.They do offer 1 year guarantee with work but I am crossing my fingers that I didn't just throw $3000 in the gutter and this unit will malfunction again after a year. Overall I am disappointed in the company for poor customer service and cheap products not the technicians. If the unit works as long as my other one did or even half the time I will be pleasantly surprised. When the new unit broke they did come the following day in the afternoon and provided a rental which was courteous on there part. Overall Experience: Meh, I am pretty upset and hot the whole time they were replacing it. All I can hope is this unit is not complete garbage and it survives the harsh summers here. I don't want to spend another $3000 anytime soon Update: my ac broke again ! Luckily within the 1 year warranty they so wholeheartedly give after ripping you off selling an a pile of crap that breaks continuously . They say on their recording how they have 93% of parts in stocks -4 days later it has been 105 inside my house and still no parts.The women in the office have no ability to even schedule an appointment and when they do come they will always be late and they don't have the parts and reschedule. It's an ongoing circle of not getting anything fixed and wasting time and procrastinating . They sold me the unit how do you not have the parts in stock when your automated recording I heard 10x a day boasts that you have practically everything in stock . This company needs some serious education on time keeping, professionalism, courtesy, and customer appreciation . I regret the day I ever called them. The only reason they got 1 stars is bc I can't give 0. the p. O.s they sold me is probably going to be good for another year after everything is replaced in it then I'll be looking for another ac. Called Air Around the clock when my AC died. A technician came out and told me that I should get a new system. He told me that he could not get my system running at all. Another company came out to quote me on a new system and (in 15 minutes) was able to get my AC running in the short term to help cool my home. Very disappointed. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I had a maintenance contract with them, but each time they came it seemed I needed a major repair, and things would break down shortly after. When I called to have issues resolved or looked at the staff was rarely helpful. The technician was very nice, the office staff not so much. Worst AC company in the area. Deserves negative stars. A couple weeks after purchasing a home, the AC was leaking so we called Air Around the Clock since the old owner told us they maintained the unit. After they came to check it out the tech told us we need to replace the unit and that they could not do anything about the $1700 repair the old owner paid a couple months earlier. They quoted us $3200 after rebates for a 3 MT Rheem SEER 13 unit. Later that afternoon the AC stopped running completely, when I went outside I noticed they left the screws on the cover plate out. It had been raining that day and this screwed up the whole unit. Try getting Air Around the Clock to take responsibility for leaving the cover open. They would not even offer to refund the $95 service fee they charge. I called a different company who installed a more efficient 3 MT Rheem SEER 16 unit for $2690. Avoid this company at all cost. Was charged a ridiculous amount of $575 for a small repair job. When I asked to break down the cost their response was "we price the whole job" and therefore we dont break it down. They compared their whole job fee to ordering a steak in a restaurant. huh??? I wrote a letter of complaint to the president and could you believe they in turn sent me a copy of their expenses from things like stationary, pencils,telephone, etc. Instead of breaking down cost of the job they sent me an itemized list of their expenses. After the fact, another a/c company gave me an estimate for this repair job of $300. This was actually $325 less than AATC's fee since since their fee would have been $625 without my service contract with them. Stay away, a bunch of crooks. read more

They came to my house 7 years ago to fix a leaky a/c, I don't forget. They quoted me $1700 to take out my air handler and shim it along with other unnecessary stuff, they said it was tilted back too far, lol. I cleaned my evaporator drain tube and cleaned the coils. More like $350.00 AATC. Now that I need a brand new unit, they are the last company I will call. That's what you get for trying to rip me off. read more

My job entails assisting new residents to the area in a customer service capacity, and often times I'm asked if I could recommend an AC company. I was recommending ATC, but now that I have actually dealt with ATC as a customer, I regret every referral I ever made, and from now on it will be anybody BUT Air Around the Clock. ATC appears to be the leader in 1-star reviews, and after my recent interaction with this company, I understand why - probably most of them, like myself, would've given them a minus rating if possible. They installed a roof unit for me - my garage developed leaks that were caused by a missing screw which allowed water to get underneath the improperly installed sheathing and poor sealing of the unit. I have had 2 roofing companies confirm this. When I called ATC, I was connected to a customer service manager who is unbelievably rude, he talks over you and won't stop talking for a second to listen to what you have to say. I shudder to think of how many people I may have referred to this business that does not stand behind their work. I called to speak to the owner and the receptionist refused to allow me to speak to him and transferred me to the customer service manager who had just hung up on me. The company acknowledges - yes - a screw was missing - yes that allowed water to get under the sheathing, but denies any liability from the water damage caused by that missing screw. The service manager said it probably popped off because of the heat expansion on the roof - isn't this a hurricane state? Are the others going to pop off too? What does that say about the quality of their installation? Then he tells me I should have had it maintained - right - but shouldn't it at least be a year old before you call for maintenance? So nothing is their fault - they don't stand behind the work - I have to replace a flat roof because their guys didn't do a good job - you can't speak to owner - the service manager is a pitbull - all I can do is be thankful for YELP because it gives me the opportunity repeat what the customer service manager wouldn't shut up long enough to hear so it's therapeutic in that regard, but most importantly, if my review can help anyone in making a decision on whether or not to hire them - I would highly recommend you look for a company that has more positive reviews than negative - not the ones just written by their staff and relatives.....a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customers and will stand behind their work and take responsibility for their incompetence. read more

Great Company. Used AATC twice now and both times have been good service. Called AATC back in 2011 when my AC took a crap, purchased a Brand new Complete AC system and was installed the following day with no issues. Just this Friday, woke up to my AC system not working. Called AATC and a tech was out by 10:00am. Diagnosed the compressor as the faulty part and since it was under warranty, placed the order and it was Installed on Saturday morning within 2 hrs. AC is now working good again. Straight forward company with no issues. would recommend to others if you are having an AC issue. read more
