Two previous HVAC companies told me my unit was fried and needed to be replaced. Told me it could not be repaired. They Tried to sell me a new unit. I didn't have the money so I was SOL. Wish I called Air Done Right first. They also recommended a new hvac unit but I told them financially, it was not possible. They were able to repair my unit with no warranty but I'm just thankful they got it working again before the summer heat. Very thankful to the tech Eric for getting the job done. Fingers crossed this unit can last a few more years and allow me to save up for a new unit. Will update on how long the unit works. read more

I called today for service on a house which was built in 1999. The operator who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. She scheduled an estimate for the same day, a hour and 12 minutes from the time I called exactly. Mark arrived. He assessed the problem with my A/C and explained everything. I actually need to replace my AC, but I can't afford it because I have medical bills to pay due to cancer. Mark gave me a reasonable, temporary fix, with one year warranty on part(s). I was satisfied with his quick and professional service. He gave me a magnet with the company name and phone number. I'll more than likely save up to call the company again. read more

Matt came over to clean my air ducts and tune my AC. He did a great job and was careful with my home which I appreciated. I just moved into this house and it was clear the previous tenants had not maintained the unit. When tuning my HVAC he found so many damaged parts- melted even. Pricing was reasonable to fix everything that needed to be fixed to keep the unit running safe. Matt came out today to clean our dryer vent and I'm honestly so grateful he did. He found a metal mesh installed on the roof vent that should never have been there and explained that it can trap lint and become a serious fire hazard. He removed it and made sure everything was properly cleaned and flowing the way it should. Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. You can tell he actually cares about safety, not just getting in and out quickly. If you're even slightly unsure about your dryer vent, especially roof vents, I highly recommend Matt. Highly recommended. AC suddenly stopped working this morning and in the middle of summer, that's not good. Air Done Right sent out Nick and Hayden in the afternoon, and those guys diagnosed, found the issue, fixed it (starter/contact) in the AC unit and verified all was good before they left. Air Done Wrong! Be very careful of the financing they offer you! They don't finance themselves. They give you to their bank contact! They tell you that they offer you 18 months interest free, but they do not carry the financing themselves. They will pull a hard credit pull a hard credit pull and issue you a new credit card from their partner bank which does damage to your credit report. If you're going to get a new credit card do some research and get one that gives you a lot more for your money. They had the Synchrony Bank pull my credit without my even signing the necessary papers to give them permission to do that. Air Done "Right" would not help to reverse the credit pull and I had to spend a lot of time working to get this rectified thru a federal protection agency. I might have even given Air Done "Right" my $14,000 in business had they corrected their credit pull, but they refused. BE AWARE!!! Protect your credit rating! read more

I wanted to have a seasonal check up for my air conditioner. I saw this family owned business and they were offering a special. They sent out Eric who showed up on time and went above and beyond. He taped up a hose for me on the unit that I was concerned about as it gets full exposure during the summer. Checked Freon level, washed out and cleaned the unit. Did what needs doing for a seasonal check up. He recommended a small part to help my unit use less power on start up to preserve the longevity on my air conditioner as it's an old unit. It may or may not work but at least he made a concerted effort to suggest something that wasn't $$$$. I like that it's a family owned business. I will call in the fall for the next check up. I was happy with the work done by Air Done Right. read more

I called Air Done Right for some issues I had with 2 of my AC units in the roof and a swamp cooler in my garage, just for being on the phone with owner Mark I realized right away that the great reviews this company shows everywhere is well deserved, Mark was very knowledgeable and concerned about the issues I had and asked me questions the other companies I called previously didn't ask and he sent 2 technicians right way to do a diagnostic of all systems and by the end of that day all issues were solved and so far they seem to be running way better than before they broke, that's the reason I took a little time off my busy schedule to write this review; I highly recommend this AC company if you want somebody to come over your residence with high values like honesty, trustworthy and hardworking mentality as a badge of honor; keep it up Air Done Right!!!!! read more

My appointment was set for 2 days later with only a 2-hour window. The Technician whose name was James, arrived and got to work promptly.
