I planned to clean the floors anyway but just loved his persistence that he doesnt leave a job site less than perfect. They also showed up right on time and finished 2 hours early.

They replied quickly and we agreed on a time. They specifically said the time worked and they would be here. Then, without any other explanation, they simply said they were booked and couldn't make it. Nothing other than that: no message apologizing, no message saying they're prioritizing rescheduling as soon as possible, nothing. I waited to post this 9+ hours after their last message to see what the owner said, but I've gotten nothing in reply. So while I should at least get an apology, I'm not surprised to see zero accountability. If they can't simply apologize, I'm not sure how they think they can be trusted to do any actual work.

As a result, the system was not performing properly. There was a leak in refrigerant, was short cycling and wound internally shut off, and was not configured properly for zoned system. The existing system was installed when we purchased this house new in 2018 but was contractor grade. Ryan provided a couple of solutions but decided to replace. Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. Definitely made the right choice.

Five…read moreyears ago, this company used to be very good with communication because of Terry, their front office lady. After she left them for whatever reasons, getting somebody to pick up the phone or respond back to leaving a voice message can be hit or miss, especially during the busier summer months. Don't waste your money to buy their extended warranty because Alpha Air won't be there for you when you really need them for that expensive covered repair job. My AC died during a 100+ degree day, and I called Alpha Air several times and left a message but no answer. I finally decided to just call another AC company that came the same day to fix the problem, but of course, I had to pay out of pocket instead of being able to use the pre-paid warranty. I also had a sick, elderly parent suffering in a sweltering house so I wasn't going to wait for an unreliable company that didn't pick up their phone and will likely just say that they never got my phone call or voice message or that there was a glitch in their system. Alpha Air can do the job well if/when they want to show up so I give them one star for that and one star for Terry who no longer works for them. Based on my recent experience, however, I won't be using Alpha Air anymore and wish we had never paid for their useless extended warranty. They got their extra profit back then, but lost a long-term customer as of now. Businesses that truly deserve all their positive reviews have consistently excellent communication/customer service so they don't have to give after the fact excuses or apologetic explanations.

Hello Yelp Members,…read more I have a SPECTACULAR one for you all! Super Service Cooling and Heating! My Professional Plumbing Expert Johnathan. He repaired a water leak in my garage located under the partition that held my hot water heater. Johnathan arrived on a Thursday, before his off days, Friday, and Saturday. He diagnosed the problem, but was unable to repair due to my request for an afternoon arrival. Johnathan is SO KiND and KNOWLEDGEABLE. To the point that I chose to wait until Sunday, for his return. Allowing the leak to continue because of the trust I have for him. That night he went above and beyond. I wanted him to receive the woke hours. Garage flooded and expecting a high bill in sacrifice for his expertise and my trust in it. I received a quote from his office which was fair. I have used many different plumbing companies in the past. Each one charged(from my decades long home owner experience) much more than the time it took to complete. No parts and labor, but a flat rate. No itemization until work was completed, which only one company provided labor time. That complaint attempted to charged for time spent speaking about two other issues I enquired about and an estimate when provided. I decided to ask if he had time in his schedule to complete that additional work then. That time, speaking, and receiving a course of action was billed as labor hours. I was forced to call management to have it removed as the technician would not. Back to Johnathan. Moving the hot water caused an issue with heater maintaining a burn. Johnathan then called the boss, Issac who helped to diagnose the problem and recommend the repair required. An additional fee when the water heater was working perfectly before the leak was repaired. Issac 'offered' to replace the part at the cost of the part only. I could have argued for no additional charge as it worked perfectly before being moved. However, being understanding and grateful that he offered 'at cost only' before we discussed it. Fairness is part of their culture obviously. After replacing the flame would still not hold. Johnathan disassembled the vent for a third time. First, before water leak. A second time after replacing the new part. He sealed it off. Oh, I have a commercial heater with venting. Johnathan sealed it so good no air could possibly enter. The work was not completed until Tuesday. My responsibility. Due to my sleep schedule afternoon hours are best. Each night before completion Johnathan worked tirelessly until the job was completed to his standards, and my own. Even cleaning the area and spraying and wiping down the water heater afterwards. I have the utmost respect for that young man. He will go far in business and in life because he is honest, and so is Super Service, Issac. They could have charged so much more, but they were fair and accountable. Anyone out there who has gone through multiple plumbing companies in hopes of finding a competent, fair and decent one please stop here?? You will not regret your decision. They, Johnathan, 'are my list' now. What a relief. Now I know who to call and who to refer with the utmost confidence. Johnathan is also engaged to be married with plans of starting a family. It is refreshing to know that we will have members of the new generation raised with morals, respect, values, kindness, a great work ethic, and a relationship with our Lord God. ALL of God's teachings, no cherry picking. Which we both shared and learned of one another thought our time. The greatest two; 1) Love your Lord God with all of your soul, heart, mind and spirit. 2) Love your neighbors as you do yourself. He saw that our metal filter holder wasn't tight and added a screw to fix it! Mauricio is the best!

I had previously used Air Done Right to fix my a/c unit which was not cooling correctly. It was an easy fix, and instead of hitting me with an overpriced invoice the service tech Eric surprised me with only a $35 service charge fee. As my unit was also in dire need of a new air filter I was expecting Eric to sell me one at an inflated price, but instead of doing so he asked me if I was comfortable with installing a new one myself, which I was, so he recommended what type and brand for me to purchase. Needless to say I was impressed! For years I have been overcharged with overinflated service and replacement charges and here was the first service tech I had ever met who was looking out for me instead if his own bottom line. I couldn't shake his hand fast enough as he wished me well and said goodbye. Fast forwarding to the recent heat wave we have been experiencing and my a/c unit gave out, so I immediately called Air Done Right and asked for Eric to help me out. Sadly my unit was on its last legs so all he could do was discount me two thousand dollars for a new unit. Digging deep into my life savings I gave him $2,500 in cash as a down payment. The next day my roommate made a phone call and found out that my home warranty actually covered the replacement of a new unit, thus purchasing a new one was unnecessary. This was great news so I texted Eric so that he could cancel the upcoming installation his company had scheduled. In my text I had asked Eric to send me a check, minus Hus service charge fee to reimburse my cash deposit. But instead of mailing it he showed up the next day with my cash. When he couldn't access my gated community he moved on and called me in his lunch break, buy u didn't awnser. Undeterred he showed up unannounced on my doorstep unannounced with my cash in his hand. As he counted it out I told him he didn't have to, but he continued in anyways. And it hit me, he wasn't counting it out for me as much as he was making sure he was getting it right because he wanted to make sure he wasn't leaving me short. Shaking hands he wished me well before moving on to his next customer. I was so impressed with his integrity that I immediately grabbed my phone to write this yelp review to let everyone know that they don't need to get two or three estimates to find an honest & reputable company that values their customers needs ahead of their own bottom line. Our AC unit finally gave out on us in the middle of the night and didn't know who I could call. Like always, I went on yelp to request to check companies that would be available ASAP. There were a few of them that responded back and this company was on the ball. They were able to send someone in a matter of hours. That's when we Eric Evans came to the rescue. He was very honest and told that due to the age of our AC unit it was time to replace it (just the words we didn't want to hear) but needed to be done. He gave us different options and guided us make the decision that met our needs. He was also able to get the new AC unit installed the same day. They installation crew came and worked well into the evening (husband said they left our home around 9:30 pm) and had our home in the in comfort again. But later the next evening, unit stopped working for some reason so I gave Air Done right a another call and again. Mark answered this time and was able to send someone right away. The tech guy came and said that the guys who installed it kinda installed something the wrong way and the will be back to fix the issue. And so the did. The two guys that came to installed it, came back (forgot to get their names). I thank them for coming back so soon to fix the issue. Instead of being upset because of the inconvenience, I jokingly told them (we'll give you guys a pass) only because they worked well into the evening to give us our AC back. Moral of this story is, this company lives up to their reputation. They respond very quick. The value of care is one of the best we have received. DEDICATION, DEDICATION, AND DEDICATION! Rarely do I write stellar reviews of goods & service industry but Air Done Right deserves this review. I'll get right to it: You are shopping around for the best quote and hevens knows this industry of HVAC is riff with scams and overpricing. It is refreshing to do business with Mark, (the owner) and his son and grandson; Yes, this is truly a family affair. Don't waste your time with comparing this guy to that guy in the local HVAC scene here in Vegas. It was truly remarkable how Mark and his crew were "on it" from the start. Mark stuck to his guns on installing a quality system and yes, I had many other HVAC quotes that were ready to install a system of dubious quality and with no support and low rated systems. Mark would not do such a low quality install. I had a USA made "Goodman" 2 ton system installed by Marks crew. It looks and runs dead-nuts perfect. The process with Air Done Right goes like this: Mark or a Rep will make a free estimate house call with a no-hurry approach. Only the equipment you need is explained. The crew showed up the next moring and were done by the afternoon. Mark came by the next day and did a check of the system and called the drywall folks to come aout and replace some trim that was missing. Never missed a beat and was always professional. So do yourself a favor; If you want quality components, quick and professional install with no BS whatsoever, save yourself the agony of sale pitch after sales pitch and give Air Done Right a call. I HIGHLY recommend AIR DONE RIGHT (ADR). This is the 2nd time I have used ADR. Both times I purchased new units. Both times, Initial response by NICK was within one and a half hours. During an annual A/C check up earlier in the year, he had said that both of my units were old and could go out at any time. He did not try to sell me a unit then and there. As it turned out, the first of 2 units went out in May, the 2nd unit this month, August. With both units, NICK explained options. He explained the temporary "hold it together" option (my phrase), or complete replacement. Explanation as to what would be replaced, why, and what to expect was explained to my satisfaction. The A/C replacement cost was VERY reasonable. He also worked with me regarding payment options. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, payment options were greatly appreciated. Everything from ordering a crane (to lift the A/C unit), having the new unit ready for installation, and having all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the job was thought of. The crews from both new installations (ANGEL, KENNY, HILARIO, CHARLIE, JOSE) were friendly, professional, and adept at their assigned tasks. The receptionists, KRYSTAL and GINA from beginning to end were friendly and most helpful too. From scheduling the initial appointment, to answering questions I had days after the installation, they were on top of things. Definitely give AIR DONE RIGHT a call for your HVAC needs. Please be careful using this Company, The Owner Mark Worked for me at COOL AIR NOW as a sales tech. While working at Cool Air Now Mark was stealing parts and sales opportunities by Lying to Cool Air Now customers by stating that Air Done Right was a sister company of Cool Air Now and was able to get them a better price if they used Air Done Right. Then he turned around and lied to the company by writing invoices stating that customers did not qualify for the loan or was not ready to make that investment. Cool Air Now started receiving calls from customers that were suspicious and of Marks Statements. After further investigation along with customer interviews and paper trail Mark was turned in to the contractors Board and to North Las Vegas Police. Mark chose to plea deal. its been so long that it shouldn't matter to me anymore but I have spoken to or ran into old Cool Air Now customers and the first thing they ask is why i changed the name from Cool Air Now to Air Done Right and that has never being the case. This tells me that not only did mark contribute to Cool Air Now suffering huge profit loses but Mark some how stole my database. Now he is soliciting Cool Air Now existing database by calling and claiming that it is still same company but different name. So I just have to start off by saying I never really post reviews, I think I have done a total of 5 ever. I thought people needed to know what kind of company this is and how they gave us such a wonderful experience. Our air stopped working on Monday, but Tuesday we had called 4 different HVAC companies out here comparing prices and diagnosing what was wrong. 2 of the 4 companies charged us an estimate fee. Air done right was not one of those companies. They sent us Eric E. (who in my opinion was a God send) he came right over during the time they quoted us and was very kind and respectful. You could tell right off the bat he was an honest person and he was there to actually help us and not empty our pockets fixing stuff. From the 4 HVAC companies that came over we got quoted from $38,000-$14,000. Air done right was the most reasonable company by far. We ended up not needing to fully replace everything right now, and I owe that all to Eric E. who went above and beyond doing everything in his power to help us. He really saved us, big time! I can tell you right now Air done right now has a forever new customer, and I will forever keep recommending you to everyone I know. We had an incredible experience with Air Done Right! We got seven different quotes for a new HVAC system in Las Vegas before choosing them, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Nick came out for the estimate and was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Their pricing was fair, and we really appreciated that they are a family-owned business. The team installed our entire new HVAC system in just a few hours and worked until 11 PM to make sure everything was completed. They were efficient and cleaned everything up when they were finished. We cannot say enough about Air Done Right! We have used them for about 5 years for our commercial building and yesterday I used them for a residential property. They have never once tried to sell us a new system like all the other companies. They quickly identify the issue with our air conditioners and fix the actual problems at what seems like such little cost. Yesterday in the Vegas heat, Eric hadn't even put his tools backpack down when he quickly identified all we needed for our non-working residential system was a new fan, which he said he had in his truck. Within 35 minutes it was up and working. Other companies ask the age of the system and immediately tell you to buy a new one. Air Done Right has impressed us over and over for 5 years with their honesty, reliability, ease of scheduling and outstanding customer service. We originally found them because of their high Yelp ratings and reviews, and they have been everything others have said they were. Thank you, Air Done Right, for doing your customers right! scam -a - rama. came and told we i need an entire new unit and the cost would be between $14,000 to $15,000 to replace. i have a 1000 square foot condo. are you kidding me. then starting telling me it's all because of the pandemic. avoid at all cost. big scam. owner of company just called me. i do appreciate and respect that. said he would come today and rectify the situation for free. i'm not looking for a free ride just a fair shake. let you know by 4pm. i don't know what to say besides the fact that i was very wrong. the owner personally came to my home and repaired my unit free of charge just as he said. Mark was a gentleman. resolved my issue and assure me that he would be my personal tech for my unit in the future. this man obviously cares about his customers (hard to find these days). i have to give him a great review based on his hands on service. i pleated with him to take some money to at least cover costs but he refused. i have an older unit that will eventually have to be replaced but after this experience i will use AIR DONE RIGHT for my air conditioning needs and would strongly recommend them. please except my apology for my previous statement which i retract and thank you. read more

During ADR's post-installation check of my new AC/Heating unit, I learned that the company also provides duct cleaning services. As the ducts in my home had not been cleaned in 3 or 4 years, I inquired further. ADR's tech, Matt M., explained what was involved and I decided to proceed. The following day, Matt returned to my residence to conduct the cleaning. My appointment had been scheduled to begin between 8AM and 10AM. Matt arrived shortly after 8 -- somewhat sooner than, based on my experience with a few other contractors, I expected. Matt conducted himself personably, knowledgeably and professionally; showed ample concern for my home and furnishings, and proceeded to remove, adjust, and clean each register, thoroughly inspect and vacuum each section of AC/Heat duct work, and also cleaned the clothes-dryer duct of accumulated lint. Noticing that this duct's rooftop vent had been previously damaged, Matt repaired it. I can't say enough good about him. Nick, the salesperson, was fantastic to work with. He truly understood our HVAC problem, offered multiple solutions without any pressure or upselling, and gave us a very fair price. First time using this company, I initially set up appointment to have tune-up and possibly search for a leak. Mark, tech/owner came out and arrived on time and looked at my system, he pointed out a few things with the unit. Well, I suspected there was no refrigerant and that was the case hear. He discussed what it would cost to do a leak test, I couldn't afford that option at this time. So, he suggested an alternative, more cost effective for me until I decided to replace the unit in the future. Another thing he pointed out was the fan was blowing the wrong direction. My motor fan went out the year prior and I replaced that but it was wired incorrectly. I felt that he was sincere and I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me anything. I want to start by thanking James who recommended me getting a Return Plenum for my furnace & explaining that it would be beneficial for both the heater & my new A/C in proper distribution of airflow Since I have a split system this will work for both. He scheduled me the very next day for service. The technicians, Angel & Jose arrived right on time & got to work and were very professional, knowledgeable & knew exactly what to do. I had a couple of questions, which they answered & explained. They also took a picture for me to see the work that had been done as my furnace is in the attic. THIS REPLACES MY PREVIOUS POST! was called directly after posting, senior service manager says will come out and fix what other said was 900.00, for, let's just say, A LOT Less will be out between 12 and 2. OK, they are now here, boss arrived with his kid (Big kid), right after noon, I talked with him and showed all that was going on, they were polite and direct, got to work, been an hour, they had to go get a couple of items they did not have on truck, no problem here, waiting on return and finish of work. returned, now finishing work with needed parts, they did loads of work, some bolts were rust welded they had to cut/break free on electric motor, all repairs handled with pro status! Every year we have an AC tune-up to be ready for ivetwhrlming summer heat. A big problem we've found is a competent and honest service provider.An example is one of the first companies to come to our home, he told us AC unit would need to be replaced. It was two years old. We've had similar experiences since then, but I think we've found a "keeper". AIR DONE RIGHT is FAMILY owned and have been in business for decades. English is their primary language, which in the last couple of years had been a problem. Eric Evans was their technician. He was thorough and patient in explaining what he found, which was nothing. They replied quickly and we agreed on a time. They specifically said the time worked and they would be here. Then, without any other explanation, they simply said they were booked and couldn't make it. Nothing other than that: no message apologizing, no message saying they're prioritizing rescheduling as soon as possible, nothing. I waited to post this 9+ hours after their last message to see what the owner said, but I've gotten nothing in reply. So while I should at least get an apology, I'm not surprised to see zero accountability. If they can't simply apologize, I'm not sure how they think they can be trusted to do any actual work.

After she left them for whatever reasons, getting somebody to pick up the phone or respond back to leaving a voice message can be hit or miss, especially during the busier summer months. Don't waste your money to buy their extended warranty because Alpha Air won't be there for you when you really need them for that expensive covered repair job. My AC died during a 100+ degree day, and I called Alpha Air several times and left a message but no answer. I finally decided to just call another AC company that came the same day to fix the problem, but of course, I had to pay out of pocket instead of being able to use the pre-paid warranty. I also had a sick, elderly parent suffering in a sweltering house so I wasn't going to wait for an unreliable company that didn't pick up their phone and will likely just say that they never got my phone call or voice message or that there was a glitch in their system. Alpha Air can do the job well if/when they want to show up so I give them one star for that and one star for Terry who no longer works for them. Based on my recent experience, however, I won't be using Alpha Air anymore and wish we had never paid for their useless extended warranty. They got their extra profit back then, but lost a long-term customer as of now. Businesses that truly deserve all their positive reviews have consistently excellent communication/customer service so they don't have to give after the fact excuses or apologetic explanations.
