They said something around 75$ for coming down. Ok that's fine. Than when they get here they're like well it's gonna be 125$ for the wiring and 100+ for the foam they would wrap around. I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

I knew my unit needed to likely be replaced but, I was not positive. Jason came out checked out the leaks on my 16 year old unit. Saw it had been previously repaired half baked by the previous home owner or realtor. He provided reasonable prices and replacement options. He also fixed the flow of my A/C system into a room that was super hot during peak summer time. The team was kind professional and welcoming. I'm a super paranoid individual that doesn't allow anyone into my home without someone vouching for them. But when I met Jason his demeanor came off as your helpful neighbor that just happens to know HVAC. The rest of his team was super respectful and kept the area clean they worked which I was not going to ask as I think it's unreasonable but the did it on their own. He said that it is completely dirty and needed immediate attention to be cleaned or else my system will not run correctly. I was given a quote and he asked if I wanted it done the same day. He did not show any pictures or anything to support his reasoning. I declined the service because I got a new system less than a year ago. I got a second opinion from a different company. The technician took out the blower wheel, took it out and showed it to me. It was not dirty just a few specks of dust. That was all! It was not in a condition where it was dirty and required immediate attention as stated from the tech from this company. This is very upsetting because the fact that the technician lied and just wanted to take advantage of making money. Do your research and hire a reliable and honest business!

They do a great job explaining what (if anything) is wrong. They take a lot of photos to provide evidence and they don't just speak out of their butt! They don't pressure you into getting anything that you don't need, however, they do give you recommendations on what might make things run smoother/better, but there is absolutely zero pressure to get any of these extra things. This time, Mario was the AC technician who came out and did the maintenance check on our HVAC and furnace; he also changed out the filter in the furnace. He was super nice, really knowledgeable and we will definitely be requesting him for future services.
