Initially we subscribed to their club or whatever they call it. The service was always great, and this episode just enhanced our appreciation for their work.

He did not show any pictures or anything to support his reasoning. I declined the service because I got a new system less than a year ago. I got a second opinion from a different company. The technician took out the blower wheel, took it out and showed it to me. It was not dirty just a few specks of dust. That was all! It was not in a condition where it was dirty and required immediate attention as stated from the tech from this company. The system has operated superbly since then. I was especially impresses with Graham (from Nashville). Soon I will be installing a new Master bath toilet and will probably call them for that, as well as new faucets in the Master Bath area. These are not the cheapest guys but the job they do is excellent. That said, I signed up for a yearly twice a year maintenance visit, and their office does not do a great job of following up or letting the customer know what is going on or when they would like to come out. Next maintenance should be around October. Use 'em they do a good job. Not sure about their maintenance program.
