I had them set up in my garage so they have a clean flat surface to work on. They left my garage spotless. They had to install a new furnace and AC unit in my attic. It was 105 out and 130 in the attic. They never stopped or complained. They set up fans and got to work. They also installed a new X-Series outside. Wow this massive 5 Ton unit is quiet and thin. It is running in the other side of a wall and I cannot hear it. They took 6 hours to remove and install, test and clean up. That was impressive. David our sale rep was also great. He helped us get a deal we could live with. I also op-ed in the maintenance plan so I could keep a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Peace of mind to keep this running smoothly. I will use them again. The cost was fair. $14k- $18k depending on options. I called 4 other places and they couldn't match the cost and warranty.

Integrity was able to come out on a Saturday however they quoted $9,000 to fix what was actually a…read more~$600 (parts + labor) problem. I got a second opinion from Veteran's heating and cooling and it turned out to be the compressor contactor that welded itself in the ON position which I had mentioned to the Integrity technician already. After replacing the contactor etc. the system is working fine again despite its age. I cannot recommend Integrity due to this experience.

He said that it is completely dirty and needed immediate attention to be cleaned or else my system will not run correctly. I was given a quote and he asked if I wanted it done the same day. He did not show any pictures or anything to support his reasoning. I declined the service because I got a new system less than a year ago. I got a second opinion from a different company. The technician took out the blower wheel, took it out and showed it to me. It was not dirty just a few specks of dust. That was all! It was not in a condition where it was dirty and required immediate attention as stated from the tech from this company. This is very upsetting because the fact that the technician lied and just wanted to take advantage of making money. Do your research and hire a reliable and honest business!

Stay clear of this company - ask yourself why they keep changing their contractor's license number? well, it's because of the fraud and bad work and probably being sued - going with them 7yrs ago was the biggest mistake we ever made - nothing but problems with our system, which we found out from multiple solar companies that solar edge is just bad and then let's not forget that bad workmanship from this company - the owner is an asshole - their salesman Sal, oh he is really good, so be careful - their techs are awful - Right now, our system isn't working - we had an evaluation done on our system over a year ago to find out what is actually wrong and wow - so glad we have these photos and a report NOW - we've been waiting for this to fail AGAIN, to get a response from them and we now have it so it begins - So - inadequate wiring done, so our house can burn down - not enough invertors for the system we have - this is our 4th invertor that is not working now, they have replaced 3 and supposedly under warranty - well guess what - solar edge has no record of warranty repair / replacements parts for our house - we found out they are putting used equipment back on our house (since the first fail within 3 months starting 7years ago!) and they don't even clear it so you can see the history on that used equipment, that we now have a copy of that too - that's how stupid they are - we have photos of burnt wires where there was a fire in the box - and the last time they were here over a year and a half ago when they were fixing something, the invertor I think, who knows, they high tailed it out of here after they opened that box, the monitoring system has been down over a year, so we have had no idea our solar wasn't working until I got a 1k bill last month .. June, I had a 224-dollar bill, our bills are all over the place so I didn't think much about it because its been they way for 7yrs, one month I don't have a bill next month I have one, but a 1k bill - yep system is down - oh did I tell you that 50% of the places they put a screw on the roof I have a leak? NO one will touch the system up there to fix the roof! NOW they want to charge us to come here and fix their shitty workmanship and the system - NOT - I will never give them a dime ever, but I can't say the same about them - RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE - if they show up selling solar edge, run, solar edge sucks, just ask a dozen other solar companies they will tell you the same thing and give you the low down on underline energy concepts - these people are con artists - they use to have more bad reviews; I wonder what happened to those? hmmm - When you read the bad reviews, you see the same pattern, same complaints - and they are true !

When it became clear that my old HVAC system was on its last legs (installed in 1999) and reached out to a few companies for information about replacing it with a heat pump, Jaime responded quickly and offered to talk to me very next day, even though it was a Saturday. He was thorough and patient, explaining all of the details in easy to understand language, and even the drawings he made were helpful. After listening to my concerns and questions, he designed a great new system for me that would do everything I needed, plus it would be WAY more efficient than my old one. Jaime put together a team that could not have been better - they were professional, pleasant, respectful, careful and genuinely nice. Very impressive. Julian, Darrin, Aldo and Fernando are top-notch technicians. The system is now installed and aside from my own learning curve on using it, I think it's awesome. ProFlo is available to answer questions and make sure to let me know they have my back. Honestly, I never loved an HVAC system before...but I now know it's never too late to start. :) Not only do I have an elegant, efficient and up-to-date system, I already know I will turn to ProFlo for ALL of my plumbing and house maintenance needs in the future.
