A professional repair facility should be willing to follow manufacturer repair procedures and seek clarification when needed. Instead, I was left fighting to get a repair that Ford had already documented and approved. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop to explore all available repair options before recommending a total loss. I would note that when I was following the Google Maps directions they announce that you have arrived when you are directly in front of the shop. The only problem is that the entrance to the parking lot is a half block behind that point. I want to say that I turned in at a sign that says Acme on the corner of the parking lot. They were told that because the car was unique it would have to be transported to and from their shop to get the custom parts fitted correctly. The problem came when the car was to be transported. They did not put a full set of lug nuts on the car nor did they tighten them. Even after several offers by me to search out more parts. They relocated the car but never told me that they only put 2 of the 5 lug nuts on each wheel. When the car was ready to be brought into town for parts fitting that's when the problem started. The wheel nearly came off and the truck towing it had a serious accident, I don't recommend this company because they refused to stand behind their work or make it right. I strongly recommend that anyone that has their car at this shop to double check their work before their vehicle leaves the shop. Plus overlooking items and denying the results are part of the equation.

You name an excuse they have it: Parts showed up damaged, need to get new parts, Can't find the right parts, Ford service manual doesn't show how to repair that part, we might have to total the car if we damage this part during repair, etc... NOT GOOD AT ESTIMATING: All of this AND original estimate $8K, Revised estimate after they had the truck for 2 months $21K. THEY DON'T ACTUALLY WORK ON THE VEHICLE: At this point ZERO work has been completed except disassembly. Congratulations Precision, you know how to take stuff apart, now lets see if you can put it back together? PHONE CALLS: As a bonus, when you call - AI answers and makes you answer a bunch of stupid questions only to promise someone will call you back. Who cares if they do a good job on repairs if they never actually do the repairs. Bishop went above & beyond to make sure I knew if he was going to have my teuck completed on the agreed upon time. The way people are breaking into vehicles now days.
