AirMaxx was efficient, professional, and affordable. They replaced our furnace with a smaller unit that could fit in our attic crawlspace since we no longer wanted it in the hallway. This made for a much quieter operation and freed up hallway space for another closet. They also installed a central air conditioning unit and replace all of our registers and moved the intake. These guys are exceptional, professional, and very polite. My AC was on for 12 hours yesterday, longer than ever before and blowing room temperature air. The house was up to 82 at 1100 and getting warmer. So, I called and 20 minutes later the technician was at my door. Problem fixed and half hour later, the house is down to 78. My 18 year old air conditioner condensing unit stopped working Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I emailed Airmaxx on Saturday morning at 7:00 AM and got a call immediately. Alex would have someone out between 8-10 that morning. Valdamir called and said he would arrive at 8:30. He was prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed a new capacitor which controls the compressor. He had the part and replaced it. My coolant was a little low and he topped it off. He was finished by 9:30 AM and for less than $500 we were up and running ready for the hottest weekend of the summer. We bought an Ecobee smart thermometer this year and when we could get it to respond, we called Airmaxx to take a look at it. Gilbert came out and got it working and spent the time to educate us on our AC unit, how to keep it running for as long as possible and just the general operations of it. He is very knowledgable, professional , patient and friendly. We feel that we have found our go-to air & heating vendor for any future calls. We did need to have Gilbert come back out, once we realized the heat was not coming on. It was a few months later, so we had not had to use the heat after the first visit.
