Incredible staff. I dropped my new phone and damaged the screen with some chips. Needless to say it was pretty minor but enough to bother me. I came in and Benji was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I normally hate going into The Apple stores because they're always so busy and hectic and even though things were still busy he was incredibly pleasant and made the experience less stressful. Everyone at Airtech was WONDERFUL to deal with! Airtech's customer service is excellent: from daily calls updating me on the status of my service to helping to keep my service from being interrupted. They were always very kind and patient when I called or stopped by with any inquiries. Eddie, the manager, went so far as to call me after business hours to keep me posted. This was the worst service and the owner is so rude and does not care about good quality. After getting my phone fixed here, i dropped my phone from 3 feet high and it completely blacked out. They use terrible quality products to fix the phones. DON'T GO HERE. Apple fixed my phone for 20$ more than air tech's price and it was way better quality. Found through Groupon. Fast friendly service, and they stand behind their work. Brought my iPad in for shatttered screen got it back in 2 days, then about a week later the home button started acting up, sent it back to them and they replaced the home button and had to replace the screen all at no charge to me :) Would definitely use them again read more

Went over today to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 12 at Airtech. I was helped by Kevin and he was extremely kind and sincere about answering all the questions I had for the repair. Great Customer Service. Brought in my husbands iPhone 5 for a new battery which was replaced quickly. Great Price for battery.
