These guys are terrific. My new Samsung had gotten some liquid damage. I took it to ubrokeifix and they initially were going to charge me $75 for a new part. I waited 2 days for part and called, I happened to mention the liquid damage and the guy on the phone asked if I had told the gal who ordered the part about water damage. I said yes I had, he was surprised and apologized saying the aren't allowed to touch Samsungs with water damage. I then went to air touch in janss mall where I originally signed my phone up 3 years ago. They thought they could fix. 2 days later, it was done, for $25!!!! Eddy, the owner of Air Tech Communications in Thousand Oaks, fixed my iphone 6 problem today, and didn't charge me; he deserves my recommendation, very cool. Friday afternoon, and my phone won't charge; the cable or something finally gave out, I had been jiggling it to work. (Uh, oh, the weekend and my phone's dying by the minute.). I rushed to Target, they're the closest phone store to me. Credit to a tech worker who mentioned that it could just be dust and lint in the port; he did give me a paper clip, but no air?? The others also gave it a look, thank you, but then they just tried to sell me a new phone, telling me how expensive the port repair could be. I called Kyle's Mac Repair which led to J.D. at Pacific Computers explaining that Joe, their iphone expert, was gone 'til Monday (Oh no!), and to try Air Tech. Minutes later at Air Tech, Eddy said he'd try cleaning the port first, and if that fixed it, no charge. He used a long tweezer tool and then a blast of air. It worked!! I didn't have to buy a cable or anything! (Wow!). Even a port repair there would've been affordable, he quoted a good price. So... Eddy did his magic for free. I had my iPhone screen replaced by ANOTHER company and noticed that the Touch ID did not work and screen sensitivity was slow. Only to be told it was the phone, their workmanship or product. They did not offer for me to come back for them to assess the issue. So, rather than deal with mediocre customer service and the possibility of getting "not our problem'" attitude, I went to Air Tech, which worked out great. They assessed the problem, explained the situation, offered to fix the phone ASAP and tested every aspect before handing it back to me. Just so happy to write this little note of gratitude to the people at AirTech. My teenage son had screwed up his phone - the volume on/off switch essentially disappeared. Our carrier, needless to say, wanted me to buy him a brand new phone for hundreds of dollars and pay it off monthly. I went to Airtech at the recommendation of a friend but had serious doubts they could help me, because I had dropped my phone so hard that it literally cracked in half. In about 45 minutes, they not only had it absolutely good as new; but the fix, the brand new screen protector, and the new case came to far LESS $$$ than just getting it fixed at Apple....not to mention in way less time. Fair warning: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A HANDSET. They jacked me for $50 for a basic Virgin Mobile flip phone that was $15 at Target. By the time I saw it at Target, it was too late to return it to Airtech. I can't remember the return policy, but it is very limited. I think you can talk on the phone for like 30 minutes, and then you can't take it back. Not positive on that exactly. The accessories are very competitively priced they have almost all cases all chargers and can repair most damaged screens, the salespeople are very knowledgeable and have a lot of resources to do trades or provide loaner phones....... at least they do for me ;) read more

Quality repair shop. Quick, professional, economical. I came in to get an iPhone 6 LCD and Screen repair. The technician was out for lunch at the time, so I was told to wait around two hours and I will get a call on my other phone. 1.5 hours later, I check up on the phone, and it's complete, but I never received a call. I give a 4 instead of 5 star because I was quoted $45 through Yelp, but when I got there the owner was not in and I was told $55 (which he said it a discount on the $65 retail). Airtech did me a huge favor by replacing the screen on my brand new ipad air! Since its such a new device they went out of their way to order the new parts, made sure the part was high quality enough before performing the fix, and then only charged me $60 as a result of originally pledging that would be how much it would cost even though it probably ended up costing them more.
