I remember as a kid in the early 90's visiting my Uncle on the island, he introduced a place (KC's) known for their waffle dogs. I love mochi waffle anything and this has got to be hands down the BEST waffle place I've been to on island. I got their banana mac nut waffle, their banana lumpia waffle and their house cold brew. Delicious! Prices may seem steep, but trust me you can taste the quality in the Ingredients here. I feel like I'm not even that big of a foodie to be able to tell quality of honey, but when I say this honey is different!! It totally is.
