The place is super cute and parking is one way in on s king st and out on young st and vis versa for the other side. It can be limited if you coming there dinner time. A cozy little restaurant with plenty of parking out front. We were pleasantly surprised by the food here as it was so fresh, flavorful, and healthy. My husband got the new bites donburi and he said he raved about the taste saying he could eat a whole gallon of it! He particularly loved the salmon and the garlicky seasoning on it. Came here for brunch on Thanksgiving morning, due to the holiday, most places were closed so we were glad to find a spot open (we called ahead to check). They have a decently sized shared parking lot, however since there are so many establishments, you would likely struggle to find spot during peak hours (especially if all the other places are also open). My friend got this, he liked it, I thought it was okay. I think the sauce is a bit too much and the ratio is slightly off (I think mayube like 10% more fish would've been better) * 4 Inari Bombs (2 spicy ahi and 2 spicy salmon): 10/10 I was really craving raw fish and this helped to perfectly satisfy the craving. * 4 Shrimp tempuras: 7/10 we just got this to share. On my recent visit, they also happened to be offering a Labor Day weekend special on eggs Benedict dishes for $9.99. What a steal! So, I decided to stay and eat in. Fresh Bites is in Moiliili, tucked between Thai Issan II and Lunar Tea, and it has a backward sign above the door. The space is quaint, with a few small tables available for dining in. Come early because during lunch, the place filled up quick. I ordered the beef pastrami mochi waffle Benedict. The pastrami was shaved thin and a bit dry, but was smoky, peppery, and I could really taste the mustard seed flavor coming through. The eggs were perfectly poached and jiggly (just the way I like them), smothered in a rich hollandaise sauce, and all of this topped a subtly sweet and chewy mochi waffle. The side salad with sesame dressing really helped cut through the heaviness of the dish. The latte was quite sweet and tasted more of caramel than hazelnut, but satisfying and you can't beat the Thirsty Thursday price. Fresh Bites is a breakfast, cafe, and sushi place all wrapped into one. It's located in the Old Stadium Square strip mall in Mo'ili'ili, along South King Street, just before Isenberg St. sharing the same building with Golden Eagle, Kozo Sushi, Thai Issan II, and etc. There's a parking accessible from both South King and Young St. The sign says it's free parking for one hour, but I'm not sure how or who's enforcing that... it should be okay to just park. The inside is quite small and cozy, with a few tables evenly spaced out. Clean, bright, and comfortable. The menu is actually quite simple and straightforward. Prices are okay. One of the interesting ideas I've never seen before is a Mochi Waffle Benedict. Is it a good idea? Can be. We started with the Beef Sukiyaki Benedict with a choice of rice, salad, or tater tots (+$1). The eggs were jumbo size and cooked well enough with the (unusually) small runny yolk. The Hollandaise sauce was a little bit different than the classic. It was light and creamy. Less eggs and more mayo. Salad was fresh. The beef sukiyaki was tasty and delicious. A nice balance of sweet and savory. The mochi waffle was plain and dense. I wish it had more savoriness, more richness, more mochi-ness, and more crispiness. This is my first time having a Sushi Burrito. Isn't this just a super size handroll? We got the Shrimp Tempura Sushi Burrito, and this was very good and nicely and neatly prepared. There were two pieces of well seasoned shrimp tempura that kept it's crunch throughout. A nice amount of spicy mayo, fresh salad and avocado. Rice was nicely seasoned and not overly mushy. Didn't see they offer regular coffee, so went with the Americano. I rarely order these, but wow, this was very good and exceeded my expectations. Perfect ratio of espresso and water. This was smooth, rich with clean coffee flavor. Can I get a refill (or at least fill it closer to the top)?? The Vietnamese Cold Brew was good, but not as good as the Americano. It was creamy and had a nice amount of condensed milk, but it was on the light side and lacked the usual boldness. My fiance and I found it by looking for a nice lunch spot close to church, as we were waiting for my mom to finish with something there. We made our way here and were able to get parking fairly easily, though it is a slightly small parking lot. Thank God we found spots right by the restaurant, just for convenience. I ended up choosing the Lava roll sushi burrito. My fiance got the salmon burrito, her dad got the mixed poke donburi, and my mom got the Hawaiian Kalua pork eggs Benedict. The staff was super friendly, and very helpful with our questions! It's a quaint space with fair seating, and nicely decorated. Very homey, which I appreciate. The food was great! My mom doesn't often eat a lot, but she devoured her plate. My fiancé's dad enjoyed his bowl too, I mean, no one had left overs, and all of our plates were pretty clean by the time we were ready to leave. I was looking for a different place, but since I was here, and the menu looked good, I decided on a variety of our favorites; Salmon, Ahi, and Hamachi. They don't have anything "pre-made", as you pick the type of fish, then the sauce, and whether or not you want to add any special toppings, and upgrade to a large size. I wanted to try all the fish, so ordered one of each (Ahi, Salmon, and Hamachi), upgraded to large and chose spicy mayo (Ahi), ginger and onion (Hamachi), and torched garlic mayo (salmon). The bowls all included sushi rice, takuwan, edamame, and some sea cucumber type ogo; all really nice extra touches. The flavors of all were great, the fish tasted really fresh with good texture. The sauces were not overpowering and complimented the fish nicely. The portion sizes were good, especially for the price, although, the large portions could've been a bit bigger. The service was good and fairly fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the food was going in our bellies within the next ten minutes. Tried Fresh Bites Hawaii for the first time and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the avocado toast with tomatoes and feta so good and hella savory. It came with a side salad that was pretty basic, and I wish it was chopped a little finer, but the dressing was tasty and fresh. I also tried the brownie waffle and it slapped. Both were delicious. The eggs could have been runnier, but the taste was good. The waffle was delicious. For the acai bowl, the fruits were all fresh and not tart, so I was pleased. The service was good considering they were busy and there appeared to be only 2 people. The store was fairly clean. Delicious! That's the first and most important word that comes to mind when I think about Fresh Bites. We were exploring the Moilili area and decided to trust Yelp for a brunch recommendation, and we hit the jackpot with this place! I'd seen some buzz about Fresh Bites on social media, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. This cute little spot has an amazing menu with such a fantastic variety. From benedicts to innovative mochi waffles, fresh poke bowls to satisfying wraps. There's truly something for everyone. Everything we ordered was bursting with flavor and cooked absolutely perfectly. Adding to the wonderful experience was the incredibly friendly service. The staff were all so welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. They were happy to answer our questions about the menu and checked in on us just the right amount. Seriously, the mochi waffles were a revelation! That perfect combination of a delightfully crispy exterior giving way to a wonderfully soft and chewy mochi interior was just delicious. And even something as simple as their tater tots were perfectly fried and seasoned just right. I left Fresh Bites already planning my next visit. There are so many other tempting dishes on the menu that I'm dying to try because if everything tastes this good, and the service is this warm, I know I'm in for another treat. We went for brunch. It wasn't too busy at 8:30 AM. Our order was messed up. One person didn't receive their order however they gave us an extra menu item to try. Mochi waffle is just a little chewy than a waffle. it was really great not super sweet perfect and better than I expected. Even the mochi ice cream with the fruits and whipped cream was more refreshing than I expected it to be would. I would eat here again. Parking is free for the first hour. read more

On King Street near Tori Ton, Fresh Bites is a small restaurant with a parking lot in the front. The inside feels clean and bright. The service when we went was quick and we got our food soon after we ordered. I ordered the matcha waffle with ice cream and my friend ordered the beef tsukiyaki don. The waffle was yummy and sweet. The ice cream was creamy too. My friend liked her tsukiyaki and the eggs that came with it. I've also tried the sushi bombs from Fresh Bites, which are definitely worth the try. It was something that I have not tried anywhere else so it was neat to try them from here. Whether you are looking for something sweet or savory, this is a great spot for both! read more

Fresh Bites is one of my favorite little restaurants. Everything on the menu is delicious, but you have to try their Benedicts! I love the sukiyaki beef Benedict and the smoked salmon Benedict. The hollandaise is my favorite because it tastes homemade. My boyfriend loves the kai don - all that fresh sashimi WITH an egg yolk? Yum! Likewise, all their drinks are very tasty. I love the butterfly pea lemonade, the sweet potato latte, and the coconut water americano. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, too! I'm always looking for fresh and reasonably priced local spots in Honolulu. A friend had visited and raved about their sushi burritos, so one lunch walk when the pup wanted to go Mo'ili'ili way, I thought it was a great time to try it. It's located in the little shopping center on King St near Isenberg, across from Old Stadium Park. They have ample free parking as well. The interior is a cute bright beach theme, with surf boards and small tables and chairs for dine in customers. They also seem to do a lot of takeout business looking behind the counter. They have a full menu that leans toward breakfast, brunch, and lunch items including eggs, waffles, poke bowls, and the sushi burritos. I got the lava burrito with spicy ahi, crab salad, tempura shrimp, and fresh veggies wrapped in rice and nori. It was super good, it was cold and fresh and packed with care. At $16 it was reasonable for the quality. The people working there were moderately friendly. I'd recommend not being a rush when you visit as well, as everything is made to order. I hope this place sticks around a while, it's a great option in the neighborhood. read more

I Order the Salmon Benedict and mocha latte . Which came with my choice of salad or you can have tater tots and maybe rice not to sure . The eggs were poached perfectly and the smoked salmon I thought went perfectly with both the poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. The Mocha latte was great accompaniment to my breakfast. I didn't need to and any salt or pepper to my breakfast which I felt was perfectly balanced to my taste. Fresh fish, lots of choices to choose from, and affordable prices! What's not to love? I always come here for their delicious poke bowls, and their sushi burritos (I love the lava sushi burrito). I also keep an eye on their Instagram because they occasionally post really good deals! Everything I've ordered from here did not disappoint. I also usually get the strawberry lemon black tea or strawberry lime green tea to accompany my meal :) these drinks are delicious and it has chunks of real strawberry in it. Service is usually pretty quick, as I always call ahead to put my order in and it's usually ready within 10 minutes :) If you haven't tried here, I definitely recommend coming here for a quick lunch, or even a nice breakfast/brunch while sitting inside! read more

I've been wanting to try Fresh Bites. I was in the vicinity shopping at McCully Bike, so I stopped in for a bite. The lady greeted me right away, took my order and it was ready in 5 minutes. Wow. I got a combo plate to go, I chose hamachi poke with ginger garlic sauce and spicy ahi bombs, it came with miso soup, green salad, rice, and a small amount of a pickled veg (edamame, seaweed salad, and daikon). Everything was tasty and fresh and I enjoyed having a variety of flavors and textures. It was a good amount of food for $15.95 and I couldn't finish it all in one sitting, so I have some for later.
