Very disappointing experience. We ordered two burgers, and both came on stale buns with absolutely no sauce, making them dry and lacking flavor. The meet patty appeared to be a previously frozen and cooked premade patty. The fries were just as bad--they tasted old, were hard, and seemed like they had been sitting around and then reheated. I absolutely love the burgers here but was pretty bothered by the service (or lack there of). My family came in at 8:45pm. the sign on the door says they close at 10pm. the lady inside said they kitchen was closed and they close at 9. I said it was 8:45. she shrugged her shoulders. do better fairbanks. read more

Don't even dare coming her! My pulled pork was like wet dogfood, that was a week old! The fries were stale and cold. Took 30 minutes for them to serve us a brick of brown. Also, no ice in the ice machine. Wouldn't recommend, but just don't get the pulled pork. read more

Second visit to this place. Second time the order wasn't correct. The cashier didn't seem very happy to be there. They admitted they brought out the wrong burger but said it's the same price. Waste of $22.00.kids burgers was hard- precooked patty. Chilli fries were cold. Cheese was not melting due to cold. Very disappointed.

Very expensive ‍ we usually spend around $35 for 2 burgers for my husband and I. But their burgers are quite good, real grilled bacon and briskets and steak, not a normal patty like other fast food chain. It is located inside a convenience store. Sometimes the food places are in the most unassuming spots. There were several burgers that I wanted to try but I was able to choose a winner. I decided to try the Heart Attack. It consisted of a beef patty, sliced brisket, bacon, cheese, lettuce, onions, pickles, tomato, and mayonnaise. The burger was fresh, flavorful, and juicy. I think the brisket was the best part. It was extremely tender. The french fries were hot and fresh. They came with a cheese diablo sauce. The sauce was not spicy and I also put it on my burger. We ate here for the first time last night and ordered burgers. Our hamburgers were the best we have ever eaten. It's all real beef no fillers, delicious and we each got a huge order of French fries with it.We ordered then sat down, we got our orders in a short amount of time. I had the heart attack burger with onion rings and the onion rings are also absolutely perfect. Such a great spot so glad I found this gem. Their new location is so nice and the staff is always top tier. I love the huge new TV's and the dine in option. Some of the best food I have ever eaten, has came out of small kitchens like this. Meat- excellent, cooked, and seasoned perfectly. Bacon- crispy Veg- not brown and soggy. A win for Fairbanks! The burgers here are delicious and the Diablo sauce is a must try. Food is decently served fast and it's right in the gas station so you can pick up a drink or treat at the same time. Best burger in town in my opinion. read more

OMG! These burgers are fabulous, especially with the BBQ sauce. It sounds like AK Burger Zone has been in Fbx. for a while & I wish I would have known sooner. Truly fine burgers that many aspire to but don't achieve. I don't write many reviews unless the business is really bad or really good. This place deserves 5 stars and more & I can't wait to go back. I stopped in to pick up a burger on a Thursday around 530pm. It's in one end of a convenient store/gas station so parking can be tight. I got the western burger which has onion rings/sliced brisket/cheese/patty. I also got the Diablo fries. The fries were amazing. They were in between a shoestring/standard cut/garlic type fry(without garlic, just the cut). Seasoned well. The diablo part was a little sauce container of a standard fry sauce (like a mayo/ketchup) with a little heat to it, not much. Still good. The burger was cooked amazing. The brisket was juicy, cheese melted, onion rings crunchy but perfect, topped with a small slice of tomato and lettuce. And a sauce container of bbq sauce, not sure what kind but I liked it. Wasn't generic sweet bbq sauce. Little kick to it. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot. Sorry no pics. Haven't wrote a review on Yelp in awhile. Oh. I think it came out to ~$20, tip included, didn't get a drink. There was also a very limited seating area but with this covid ish going on I'm not sure if anyone was allowed to dine in. read more
