Went last nite for dinner. Sat at sushi bar. It was very busy. Had great calamari! Peppered seared tuna then omikase. Outstanding! Service was attentive without being intrusive. Lots of servers. My co-worker took me here for lunch. I was very impressed with the quality of the rolls. Great happy hour prices and a lot of variety. The place is well decorated and clean, very nice atmosphere. Waitress seemed new and didn't have answers to some questions, should do a little better job training so that staff knows menu. I think that any of the rolls would make you happy though. read more

I do not know how this restaurant landed in Kennewick, who designed it so well (the dining room esthetic is really simple and modern), or who the chefs are. All I know is the stars aligned to bring us an exceptional sushi restaurant. They have all sorts of toro and offer an omakase (tasting menu) type meal. For sushi lovers, those two details already should offer some good insight in to the type of restaurant it is. This place is a real gem. And the servers are very nice. read more

I come here a lot with my friend and we always have a good time eating and drinking. I have to say this place has the best spicy tuna ever. It has the perfect amount of kick in the tuna. I've basically tried everything on the menu. They give very nice cuts of sashimi since it's a little thicker than usual. The fish here is also fresh!! I love coming here for happy hour since sake bombs are cheaper than usual. If sashimi isn't for you, get the seared salmon, you won't regret! read more

So I just moved here from Los Angeles area and my husband is from Seattle so we know of good food. I have to say this is the best sushi place in town and so there is hope..since we moved here we have tried lots of food and I feel lots of these restaurants need to put more love into it. I mean they should be proud of their product but nope food has been terrible and now this place has truly made me feel content. I recommend this place and I will be coming back..there is hope ;) watch out tri cities owners of other restaurants which don't care about good food bc if other places like this one open you guys will be done. Of course I haven't been in Tri cities long enough to say it's the best. I just know it didn't compare to Tacosushi in Aiken SC. Not sure if I'll return. I was visiting Tri-Cities this week and came here for lunch. I live over in the Olympia area, thus have plenty of access to some of the freshest seafood in the Northwest. I have to say, the sushi at Aki is the best I've ever eaten, by far! I was prepared to be disappointed but I was so totally wrong. The service was equally amazing, several staff stopped by my table to make sure everything was OK and I even got a 10% discount for paying cash. Family tradition in our household dictates the birthday person gets to pick whatever restaurant they want to eat at for their birthday and When mine rolls around, we will be driving 5 1/2 hours for my birthday dinner at Aki! read more

Came in here for the first time and have to say there sushi is good... Incredibly fresh and service is definitely on point as well. Prices are not cheap but worth the quality of food you get.
