During our many years under **Dr. Wong**, including as recently as **April** , our appointment reminders did not include cancellation or missed-appointment penalty language. The reminder highlighted in red reflects what we consistently received during that time, while the other reminders that are highlighted in black shared were sent after the ownership transition. The attachments are just few examples. To be clear, we have never been charged any penalty--my feedback was about the **tone and frequency of the messaging**, not an actual charge. My comments about the atmosphere and interactions were intended to reflect how the experience felt during recent visits. Dr. Wong wasn't overly chatty, but he had a quiet warmth and genuine care that made you feel confident and respected. You always felt he knew your child's history and truly cared about the outcome.
