I went to this location based off a recommendation and was not disappointed. I walked in a few minutes after they opened and was helped a few minutes after I had been there. The location is small with a few stations but it seems to work for them. I wish they did more communication because towards the end they just left and I was left sitting wondering how long I should wait before I start putting my sandals on. I waited a few days to do the review to see how long my nails would last and so far they have been good. They charge extra depending on which brand of nail polish you chose so I think I might just start buying my own and bringing that in (cost wise it makes sense). read more

So my friend and I found this place while we were driving since the first place we went to asked us to go back in an hour. I have a movement disorder which sometimes causes my right foot to spasm/cramp up making it impossible for it to be steady. I figured I'd be ok since it's sporadic and boy was I wrong. My leg/foot began to cramp making it impossible for the nail technician to work on it. I apologized and told her that it was fine if she only worked on my other foot and she seemed ok. I had to bend my leg and place it on the chair so as stop it from shaking; she noticed and came over to work on my foot. I felt so bad since she was standing and bending over to work on it. Not only was she patient but she never once seemed fazed or uncomfortable; something I've encountered before with strangers. My neighbor told me that she visited a nail salon who refused to accommodate the woman she cares for since she's wheelchair bound, so to have a technician who went above and beyond to service me was quite a blessing. I highly recommend this nail salon. A professional and warm demeanor made this somewhat stressful visit into one where I felt accepted and worthy of self care. The nail salon itself was clean and their chairs are extremely comfortable. I got a nice hand/arm and foot/leg massage. She was patient, precise, and did a wonderful job. And their prices are reasonable! $25 for a mani and pedi. Oh and I LOVE how my nails look. read more

Dropped in because this place was the first one I saw that was actually open and I am so blessed to have stumbled upon it! I was helped by the wonderful Lilly, with a gel manicure and spa pedicure. She took her time; being careful, precise and very thorough! My nails are shaped perfectly and the gel polish, I chose, was a brand new color. Therefore, the brush wasn't broken in, so, she made sure to apply an extra coat. Not to mention, she was very sweet and nice to talk to! Will be back in two weeks! read more

Ok this place was terrible. I've been here a couple of times before so I decided to come here again since my normal two places were full. When I walked in there was a gentleman sitting and I told him I made an appointment at 4 (it was 345, I was perfectly fine waiting) It seems all was good and well. I was initially going in for a gel mani and gel pedi because I have a bunch of errands to run. He sat a bit longer then started drawing my water. Finally I got to sit. (Again I was a little early I was perfectly fine waiting until it was 4) first thing the water was extremely hot. Easy fix just said it was hot and done. Not a problem. He was so slow with everything I started looking at the time, but I figured, if he's doing a good job I do not mind. There is one other person there and you can see that she's taking care of the most people and it seems that they over book themselves I'll tell you why in a minute. So, two people working but there's now a walk in. About 4:35 he says to me ok, do you still want gel? I say yes. He looks a little bothered but we go on. When I realize how slow it's going to be I just say let's move on and just do polish. 5 o'clock hits. He's finished and walks away. I look down and see one of the messiest most horrid jobs I've seen. Polish all over, not clean, looks patchy in some places. Just a mess. Finally who I think is their daughter tells me that the lady is going to do my hands in another area. (She just started working on the walk in)Ok. The guy isn't doing it, and now another person walks in. The lady who is supposed to be doing my hands just started doing some one else's feet. Ok but what about my appointment? I had enough and realized that I'm not going to leave here in a timely manner. I can't wait another hour for my hands and have them look as horrible as my feet. I've never done this until today. I had to tell them I needed to leave because it was messy and I was ready to pay. She said ok. Then the lady stopped doing the walk ins feet just to come over and say, oh I can do your hands now. No thank you I need to go. She attempted to clean up the mess on my feet(still messy even after this) and I paid. No I'm not a jerk, I still tipped because work was done, but don't waste your time here. Edit: as soon as I started walking away she said the the other people that had walked in that she would do her nails at the location she was going to use for me. This lets me know that they definitely are over booking and bad with their time. Was she just going to leave the walk in halfway started and do a full set of nails? Again, don't waste your time here. There are way better options in Burbank. The only reason I didn't give this place a single star is because he didn't cut me. read more

They do good nails but the customer service sucks! They sit there and talk about you in their native language even more so than other places and it's SO uncomfortable. I went on Thursday, May 21st, 2015 a round 5:30pm. They took me but seemed unwilling to do it because they had a new appointment in an hour (they close at 7pm). The owner was doing my gel nails and she was doing it in such a hurry, she got little particles on my nails and took it off with tweezers and ended up leaving little holes on my nails. She tried fixing it by applying more polish on top which made the holes more visible There's only two ladies working here, they need more staff. Horrible service. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! Got manicure gel and within the first week the nail polishes started to chip and easily slid right off my nails!!! When I went in to get nails done, the worker seemed like she was rushing even though there was plenty of time before they closing hours. The gel nail polish looked a bit old but I didn't question it. Which in a way I understand it was not the best decision on my behalf- however I figured the salon would place some kind of accountability for their products. I always get gel manicure and it has NEVER EVER. Chipped off sooo easily and soooo fast. I called to inquire about my disappointment and the owner was not sympathetically all. So.... Pains me to give a bad review. However when you're the owner of the business in question you should have a basic knowledge of how to remove nail gel. I had to keep chiding her to please give my nails time for the acetone to penetrate so that my nails wouldn't get ruined ,meanwhile she's yaking on the phone,looking at me as if I was interrupting her. My nails came out looking nice afterall. I went back but this time I had removed the gel myself. She did my nails but why where the edges sloppy? So this place is my nail spot. If you're expecting a lavish spa with champaign and chocolate covered strawberries this is not your spot. However my girl GIGI is amazing at acrylics and gels. She shapes them perfectly, and they stay on for a month. My pedicures always look great too. Gigi and lingling are both very sweet once you get to talking to them , and are so kind to my 3 year old daughter. They're prices are super affordable. Came here as a walk-in with my sister and it wasn't busy so the ladies took us in. I didn't get the name of the woman that did my nails but she is the one that wears glasses, she did my nails and I'm very happy! Very precise and clean gel manicure! The shop was clean and orderly!
