My go to nail place was fully booked and I was in need of a SAME DAY/ SAME HOUR Mani/Pedi. So happy I reached out tho this nail salon. They were able to see me that same hour and were even able to squeeze in my husband for a mani. The salon is clean, their music playlist livens up the energy, and the nail techs are friendly. I recently visited this salon to have gel polish removed from my hands only, as you can see from the picture it's just a couple of fingers. Most of the polish was already off nonetheless, it had to be removed completely by the tech. When it was all done, I was charged $30- I could not believe it! It only took 15 mins and didn't even get my nails polished. I will never go back! Simply too expensive; $10 more I could've gotten the full set. Will never go back. read more

Don't let the no-frills vibe fool you -- Nail Nation is a hidden gem. The staff are genuinely some of the sweetest people, and they have a real knack for making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Everyone here clearly knows their craft, and I've always left happy. I have my go-to person (I'll keep that to myself -- a girl's gotta protect her appointment slot ), but honestly I think you'd be in good hands with anyone on the team. I haven't gone anywhere else in over three years, and I don't plan to anytime soon. If you're in Burbank and looking for a nail place with heart, this is it. read more

Just coming back to say how much I love this nail salon. I've been coming here consistently since 2018 and I've always loved the cleanliness, the hospitality, and how they're not afraid to get creative! They can get busy later in the week but I usually go on a Tuesday or Wednesday early afternoon and they're able to get me in. I typically just call day of or the day before to schedule, but they do take walk ins. I always have anxiety asking for a design and I usually won't unless they're slow, but they've always been so accommodating, reasonably priced, and kind about it. My nails always last and if for any reason I need a quick fix, they make it happen. Van has done my nails the past few times. She's so sweet and talented! Highly recommend! read more

Made an appt. In advance for 5:45pm. Showed up on time and there was at least 4 ppl waiting. I checked in and they did not say anything aside from "pick a color" and they never said anything else. I waited 1 hour for someone to FINALLY seat me on a massage chair and soaked my feet for another 30 mins. To add to this, ppl that came AFTER me were being seated and serviced before. They didn't start on my pedicure until 7:15!! I got to the salon at 5:45 and left the salon at 8:20. I STILL WENT BACK.... Again.... I called ahead and asked for an appt with Van. They confirmed she was open for 3pm. I said over the phone "are you sure because I'm going during my work lunch i don't have time to wait" they confirmed and said "yes come at 3" I got there at 3:05 and Van was "finishing up" a customer. They told me to have a seat at the table. 3:15 hit and i was still waiting. I said is she almost done my appt was at 3!??! And Van comes over and says 10 more minutes. I GOT UP AND WALKED UP. They are very inconsiderate of ppls times and could give a shit about appointments. They only tend to their regulars. Never going back and i wouldn't recommend new customers to go either. read more

I've been going to Nail Nation Studio for my nails for the last couple of years. I'm super anal about my nails and I have yet to be disappointed. Both of my techs are amazing. Super courteous, super thorough, super friendly. The vibe of the salon no matter the day or time is always upbeat and friendly. Everyone knows my name and always greets me. A friend booked us appointments for pedicures on a weekend morning. They are located in a small plaza but since we went early enough, there was plenty of parking. There is a Baskin Robbins in the same plaza which just feels like the perfect treat yo' self experience after a pedicure. We walked in and were greeted but they didn't really seem to ask about our appointment. There were chairs open so they just sat us down. About 20 minutes after our arrival, the place started to get busy so maybe appointments are essential if you're coming in during busy hours. I have to say, this was my first pedicure. I had no idea what to expect going in. I had no idea what the options meant. I had no idea what the protocol was. Once I sat down, the technician offered me their menu (is that what we call it?) of services and asked me to pick one. Since it was my first time I went with a basic, straightforward pedicure, no gel, nothing fancy, but I did add the scrub for an additional $10 charge. The pedicure also comes with a little leg massage which was nice. The scrub, I felt was really quick and didn't really add much. They filed my heels for 2 seconds. So I don't know if I would get the upgrade next time. The technician was really quick but efficient. She brought me folders of different nail color options and I chose a pastel purple shade. She quickly did my nails. She didn't hurt me, kept checking in, making sure I was content with the progress of her work. I didn't tell her it was my first time but she still made me feel really comfortable and allowed me to voice my preferences as opposed to just assuming what I would like, so it was a good experience overall. It's been a month and my pedicure still looks immaculate. I definitely would return and treat myself more often. They also have a loyalty card where they stamp your card each visit and you get your 10th one free. read more

She does really clean work and takes her time to make sure everything looks like! I go every 2-3 weeks now. I also enjoy pedicures from Hannah! She does a very nice job with removing my ingrown nail. I will not come here again, came for the great reviews. I was finally getting pampered for my baby shower weekend and birthday week. I had two guys doing my nails, my nails are so thick and I explained to them the picture I wanted because it goes with my baby shower theme. My nails are crooked, very thick, and see through! I went to another salon to fix their mistake. Was not worth $135 at all, & I still gave a tip when I shouldn't have. When I go to a salon they usually give me recommendations what could be close to what I wanted I received none of that and I got cut numerous times. He also put that tool he cut me with back with everything else, cross contamination. read more

Amazing service!!! I came today for the first time, off a blind hunch as I discovered you guys today. I got a builder gel Mani with Van and a gel pedi with Sandy. Van was super detailed and even did the water bowl method for my cuticles which is never included in most builder gel services. Sandy was super gentle with my feet and got all my ingrowns with no pain at all ( almost magical). Prices are super reasonable too and actually a couple dollars cheaper than my go-to salon. I have been here twice and have no complaints! Both times i did have an appointment, so not sure how a walk in experience would be like. I've booked both through the Yelp app and by calling. I changed from a salon I was going to in north Hollywood since I was looking to get Gelx. I had one of the male employees and I would highly recommend getting him! He took his time in both the removal of the nails as well as application. Both times I showed him a picture and nailed the design! They do say to tip on cash, but I'm the worst and always forget cash. So I have cashed on my card both times. I will definitely be making this my new nail spot! read more

I just had to come back and review the gel x service Tiffani provides. I was a bit skeptical to try gel x because I was scared they would just pop off or break easier than acrylic but let me tell you, Tiffani doesn't disappoint in this area either. My gel x set lasted me 4 weeks without a break or any popping off. I will attach a picture of how good my set (along with my cute Xmas design) still looked when I came in to get a fill. My wife has visited this salon twice and said they're one of the better salons in the area. Both times her gel nails have lasted 3+ weeks without chipping, cracking, or peeling. I had the pleasure of working with Luna & I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received. She was so meticulous with the removal without rushing the process. I asked for a classic french tip for that's as close as possible to the natural pigments on my nails. I love the results so much. I'm so bummed I'm from out of town, but I'll make sure to visit here whenever I'm in NoHo!

What sets them apart from other places is that they really care about your nail health (won't overdrill/overbuff, very careful with removals, etc). For my birthday, my friend and I decided to get our nails done together, and I thought Organic Nail House was the best place to go. Julie was my tech that day, and she was absolutely lovely. I got hard gel nails done in Japan, and it took awhile to remove, but she handled it with such care. My nails still felt strong. I chose to do white 002 with #13 chrome and it turned out so beautiful!!! I am literally obsessed with this new color and can't stop looking at it in the light!!! I may want to just do this combination every single time!! The salon itself is a very relaxing environment. Especially coming on a weekday, it was extra peaceful and lovely. Also, the owners of this place were very nice and cleared up the misunderstanding we had during my first appt. I appreciated the genuine and kind follow up from them, which means a lot to me! I do love the quality of work they do here, and they'll continue to be my go-to nail salon!

I came back after a long nail break and today was my third and final visit. The last two appts were a little bit off, all the little things that used to make this my favorite place were hit or miss now, but today was almost insulting. The woman doing my pedicure right away seemed new and unsure about everything she was doing. Cool, I'm patient. But it wasn't really the relaxing vibe I was paying extra for- a lot of bumbling around, leaving the scrub on my legs until it started to itch, cleaning the whole basin while my legs were cold and wet instead of drying them first, stuff like that. I was really dying for some pampering today so all of that stunk, but fine. She barely took any length off my toenails despite asking her to cut them short not just file. The clipper hardly touched them. I had to ask her to go back again and she did and they are STILL longer than they should be. But the part that was insane: during my 10 minute leg "massage" (which was only 8 minutes), she was literally texting with one hand and half massaging me with the other for maybe half the time. I was staring right at her in disbelief. I should have said something but I honestly felt weird demanding she massage me better? I wanted to relax, and that would have felt so uncomfortable. At one point she was just absentmindedly scraping her fingernail up and down the bottom of my foot, totally lost in her phone. I've never experienced anything close to this here. When I paid, the woman at the desk asked how it was, and I hesitated (this woman was right next to me) but said, slowly "um... okaaaay, but" and she cut me off "great! You owe $53"- she obviously didn't care, so I decided not to bother. The polish is nice even if my toenails will have to be cut in maybe a week max. That sucks. I still tipped 15% since I usually tip 25 or 30 because they are usually that good, but now I wish I'd tipped less. Absolutely wild experience.

*One positive note: the inside is beautiful and clean.

My brother and I get the very best pedicures that we have ever had!!!

I came in at 5:20 PM and didn't leave until 7:15 PM, The older lady who did my pedicure also seemed rushed, cut me during the service, and overall it wasn't relaxing at all. I paid $150 total for both services, so I really expected better work and more attention to detail. I think the salon should make sure technicians are properly trained and that the quality matches the prices being charged. No one has time to go back to fix things
