While this National Rental Car doesn't have an Emerald Aisle, they do have Anne Marie, who will get you your car quickly. This is the first time we rented a Hyundai Santa Fe which was new and clean and nice and big enough. Thank you, Anne Marie, for the gracious service!

It was obvious that whoever had the car before had been eating in the car. I went back inside and they offered another car but the computers were down and there was a line at this point so it was going to be a few minutes. Instead I asked if they could provide a disinfecting wipe so that I could clean the car myself. After that incident the car was fantastic. However, it was very disappointing to find the car so messy and dirty in the first place.

I rented from another agency who would not serve me without a mask. I had lost mine and that agency said they did not have a disposable one to give me. The Enterprise staff helped me out so that I could be on my way even though I wasn't renting from them today. This is one of many reasons I pick Enterprise!

When I turned in the vehicle, and flew out, they didn't process for a day and charged me for turning it in a day late. Spent about 40 minutes on the phone, to get those charges refunded. Very shady business - don't use them and if you do, check final receipt!

My reservation was booked in advance, I and several others are waiting 30 minutes or more for a car rental that was prepaid and checked in. There is no explanation as to why we are waiting nor are they sympathletic to elder or families with children. Instead, they tried to push me into a larger vehicle for nearly $400 more than my reservation price. I even asked about smaller vehicle options, but was still told they would charge more and would not honor the original reservation rate. At that point, after traveling all day, I was essentially forced to go from rental counter to rental counter trying to find transportation just to salvage the start of my vacation. It's ridiculous that rental car companies can accept reservations without guaranteeing the vehicle or honoring the agreed-upon pricing. This industry desperately needs stronger consumer protections and accountability. A reservation should actually mean something. Overall, this was a stressful, disappointing, and unacceptable customer experience.
