This makes Marriott Beach Club look bad for having a company like this as an option for renting. Never renting with enterprise in general again. We were instructed to return the car with half a tank because that's how we received it. As a courtesy, we filled it up a little more than half way since the place we got gas was 15 minutes away from the hotel. We were charged $20 for returning the car at a quarter tank which is completely false. Yes.. it's only $20 that they overcharged us for but it's the principle behind it. If they scammed us out of $20, who knows how much they've scammed other customers. We only drove the car for 141 miles the whole time we rented and have our bank statement for how much gas we put in the car on the day we returned it. They refused for us to send proof. Customer service sucks too. The girl who answered was already iterated upon answering. The guy at the desk seemed busy so he said to just drop off the keys in the box. BIG MISTAKE. We should have waited for him to turn on the car and look at the fuel gauge with him. Either their staff is very careless and didn't look at the fuel gauge correctly, or they took the car for a joy ride at the expense of the customer. We're not one to complain, but this company is ripping people off. I'm sure they've scammed others before us and people haven't caught it or don't care to go through the hassle. Bottom line.. as frequent travelers, we're not renting with enterprise again and encouraging our friends and family to not rent with them.

My car was at Les Brodie Waipahu for repairs and the manager at Lex Brodie promised to pay for the first day of car rental. There was however a mix up and poor communication, and this has happened before, so I was charged for one extra day. I tried calling today, Saturday and waited on the phone for someone to pick up, and finally after a long wait, someone did, the manager Jorge. I explained to Jorge the situation, but he was not friendly nor helpful, I kept trying to have to tell him to call Lex Brodie and talk to them and fix this overcharge. Should've he have thought of this himself? So, I am still waiting for the accounting department of Enterprise Waipahu to refund my money and I hope they do. Overall a nice diversion and unique way to see the leeward (west) coastline of Oahu. Good for children especially. Staff very hospitable.
