As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

They sent out a technician who did not know what food to put in the two cages and left us with defective cages. The company left the cages for approximately two weeks - most of the time they did not work, had the incorrect food, were closed and locked because of Sundays! Amazingly they did NOT catch the raccoon. The one technician who seemed to know what he was doing suggested we request a full or partial refund. The owner flatly denied the request, saying he had lost money on us! That implies he would have been doing the same disservice to other clients and collecting fees. I call that dishonesty. Five hundred dollars upfront for nothing. Needless to say, we have ceased using them for pest control. Buyer beware.
