Two weeks ago, I came in for a procedure/treatment and purchased some skin care products. One of the facial cleansers made me break out in huge blisters, literally over night. I thought it was perhaps because I was on vacation in a different climate, so I waited until I got back home and I tried it again. This morning I woke up with blister like sores on my temples and neck. I drove over to ALLURE and asked to exchange the product for something different. No one told me at the time I couldn't, nor did they explain the return policy, nor did they offer me any advice or give me a receipt stating any of the above information. I explained the situation to the esthetician at the counter. She asked if I had dry skin, I said yes, she responded by telling me that this cleanser was "the worst and most harsh" cleanser that I could possibly use on dry skin and that I shouldn't be using it at all, and goes on to tell me that, unfortunately (for me) the very day I purchased the product, was coincidentally the exact same day that they changed their refund policy and that I can't return it, or even exchange it. BUT, the aloof esthetician continues to give me her card and explains to me how she can give me a facial and recommend the correct products for my skin. I'm sorry, but you are a facial Medspa. I was here getting a treatment when I purchased this product. You sold me me a product without asking me any questions about my skin type and obviously not paying any attention to notice my type of skin by looking at me. Since you are supposed to be trained in the field of "facial medicine" and professionally schooled in the world of skincare products, to some degree, ( this isn't the cosmetic aisle at Walgreens) I would think that you would want to make sure your clients are using the right products for their skin and that they are happy with them. For me to come in and ask to simply exchange a $26 product and you refuse, but offer to sell me a facial so you can sell me the correct facial products is outrageous. That $26 decision cost you several clients who are friends of mine, who only came here because of me, and it cost you my business, and I'm not getting any younger. If you won't stand behind a $26 product , you certainly won't stand behind a $300 one, or a $1,000 injection. I guess there's a reason behind your extravagant open house last month. But if you are not loyal to your clients behind the facade of free sushi bars and unlimited champagne, you'll never remain successful no matter how many gift baskets you raffle off. read more

Easily the best experience I've had for both! I am from San Francisco but I am already planning to fly down here when I can for services. Now onto the laser....you guys I do not event know where to start but listen up! This laser is different. Like different, different. It's the latest technology and if you've gotten laser done before you know that sh** can hurt and is boarder line barbaric. Allue Medspa is blessing the world with the newest laser and NOTHING else compares. I was waiting for her to start when I realized it had already begun! How?! What?! Mind blown. It felt like she was just rubbing a slightly cold ice cube on my body. She was amazing and no pain at all! I am so sad I did not find them sooner before going through all that pain AND spending $1000's of dollars at the big box competition, who let's be real, just doesn't even compare. I can assure you that management will come back and spin this in their favor! I paid for 3 times more than was needed with NO RESULTS! Don't walk, run from this business!! I located this establishment on Groupon and called them to inquire and discuss the advertised specials. I was told that they would match any Groupon offer so I made an appointment. At our meeting I informed the nurse that my business was taking me to Hollywood to meet with representatives of Facebook and I wanted to look my best (frown lines between the eyes) with the advertised Botox special for around $150.00. I was told that I needed close to $750.00! WHAT! I informed her that I was not prepared to spend that much, but was talked into over $550.00! again I stated that my main concern was the area between the eyes. After a week with my trip looming and no noticeable results, I contact their office and the nurse hesitantly made me a follow up appointment. I went in and was told to wait another week and SHE would make it good! But, before I left, she changed her story and now said she would have to run it by management. I also explained that I had had Botox years before at a different location for $150.00 and the results were great the following day. Two weeks later (after my trip) I wasted more time meeting with their manager who pushed it off on the owner! who did nothing! $750.00 wasted! Don't waste your money at this place, its a sham! I informed them that I will be filing formal complaints with the AZ Attorney General, BBB, Channel 12 on your side, Mesa Chamber of Commerce and small claims court to recoup my funds! Been coming here for about 1 year and the staff and results are always pretty amazing. What makes me stay a loyal client is I can always count on the same results the same time and they usually always have more affordable specials each month than most other places. Nurses take the time to ask what worked last time and if you would like any thing different, and then listen to what you would like. I love Allure Medspa. Their prices are competitive and I never have any problems booking appointments. Their hours are very convenient too. I get my Botox and my facial peels from the girls there. Amanda is the aesthetician I see for my VI Peels and she is super good. The front desk girls are always friendly and I love how they give me a follow up call after each appointment to check on my satisfaction and answer any questions. I have been coming here for years. They are so overbooked now that I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, only to have it cancelled day of, and rescheduled ANOTHER 3 weeks out. Pretty bad when you have to walk around with issues from your previous service that went wrong. Customer service has always been terrible at the front desk, I assume they have been trained to ignore requests for better service. I will not be back, unfortunately. read more

I had a great experience for both visits. Between my 1st and 2nd visit the RN I saw and requested for the 2nd appointment left. I understand this happens. But I was never informed and was moved to someone else's list. I have no issue with this but I think the courteous thing would be for Allure to inform clients booked that a change needs to happen. I bought a discount on Groupon for botox. I've had botox done many many times at different places. But I was trying to save $. So about 5 days after getting my 20 units of botox, I started to get terrible hives that kept appearing and disappearing all over my body. It was very scary. I've never had this happen in my life and I'm 44 years old. They were very prominent and covered large areas of my body. I had to miss work because it was itchy and unsightly. About 4 days after that I started having severe abdominal pain. I ended up in the hospital. I am a super healthy person with no health issues at all. They checked my blood and said a had a severe bacterial infection and they would not let me leave. I had to get on very high doses of antibiotics for days in the hospital through IV. 8 bags. Then had to take very high dose for 10 days after I got out. I'm not sure if all this was caused by the botox, but that was the only thing I did different. So I'm not saying their brand of botox caused this, I'm not sure. But I did want to tell people just in case it happens to anyone else. I also want to mention that I had a peel done here on another occasion. The price the lady gave me was $10 higher then the price on her pricing sheet in the room. For the exact same thing. This place isn't trust worthy in my opinion. Their are better places to go for these beauty services. I have pictures of the hives if anyone wants to see them, let me know. read more

Don't waste your time or money here! Worst customer service and product! After two years, I am no longer a patient here. I have been for Botox twice this year and both times it didn't take. (One time it was even injected under the brow in a area that is not approved) I scheduled an appointment this last Wednesday for a touch up and when I called to verify my appointment they said I had canceled it through text message. Weird because I never text them nor had I received a text message from them and I let them know that. They rescheduled my appointment for today (Saturday) at 3 pm. When I show up the girl at the front tells me that she shows I canceled again through text and they don't have time to see me. Again.... I never received a text and I did not cancel my appointment. Something is obviously wrong with their scheduling system. I drove 30 mins for my appointment today only to be turned away. I asked her to talk to a manager to figure out what was going on because it was the second time in a week that this had happened and I didn't cancel my appointment. I showed up at 2:52 for my appointment that was schedule at 3 and I asked to be seen. I believe the girls name was Alisa and she was totally rude with attitude. She has me wait in the front for 15 mins only to come back and tell me that they would no longer provide me services. All I did was schedule an appointment to be turned away. I had never had issues there in the past. In fact I had referred a few of my nieces and their friend. There are many other places in town that provide these services that value their customers time with better customer service and product. read more

CeCe is a great nurse injector. I am on blood thinners and I have NO bruising post injection!! I purchased two Groupons; one for Botox and one for Juvederm. Unfortunately I was only able to use one (I did not read the fine print) Groupon. Allure would not honor the second Groupon, not even a credit of the original amount toward the Juvederm. Poor customer service practice. I won't be a return customer. read more
