We bought a range/oven, refrigerator and dishwasher through the Tacoma store for our remodeled kitchen. Corey was helpful and patient as we went through the selection process. Everyone was accommodating and friendly as we split the delivery into two trips and then rescheduled the second delivery several times. The deliveries were performed without any wheels. The guys carry all of the appliances on a strap. They also set the refrigerator (340 lbs) on a floor guard before rolling it into place. All of this served to prevent any damage to our new hardwood floors. We had never dealt with Albert Lee before. We checked them out because all of the general contractors we talked to work with Albert Lee. Now we are fans too. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE INSTALLATION IF YOUR PLUMBING HAS PVC PIPES. This message needs to be at the center of Albert Lee's website. But it's not, it comes as a surprise hidden text in their messaging. You know what, don't even think about doing business with Albert Lee. They certainly don't have any understanding about what a customer is. My dishwasher's delivery got delayed multiple times. That's understandable, it's COVID, there are supply issues etc. But when it finally arrived, they didn't install the dishwasher because they didn't like the fact that plumbing had PVC pipes. They stated that there's a company policy to not touch to PVC pipes and they even asserted that most plumbers don't touch PVC pipes. To be honest, the email they sent mentions plastic pipe's being a reason to not install the machine but I made the purchase on the phone and they should've mentioned this policy before making the purchase. Installation crew admitted that this was a common problem but apparently Albert Lee isn't doing anything to be forward with their customers but instead they choose to surprise them in the last minute. Also, they didn't even think about the refund of hefty installation fee before I called them and complained. Sales agent almost sounded like they're doing courtesy with the refund of the service they didn't provide!!! I hope my refund comes through, otherwise I'm returning the dishwasher. read more

This was a stand out customer service experience. I don't write many reviews and it's been very frustrating over the last couple years dealing with customer service at so many companies. It's been terrible. Albert Lee was the exception. Our dishwasher broke, I purchased one over the phone with Manny the next day. The price was the same as everyone else, and it was in stock. Much to my surprise when I got the invoice I had actually gotten a bit of a discount that I knew I didn't technically meet the requirements for, but he gave it to me anyway. And he didn't even feel the need to tell me how "they never do this but for me, they'll make an exception. How incredibly lucky I am. blah blah." He just quietly did it. I called the warehouse the night before and asked if they could have it ready to go right when they opened. No problem. When we got there, they had already retrieved it and had it right at the loading dock. They told us we could bring the old one, all the packaging, etc back anytime and they'd come right out to get it and they did! Wow, imagine. Thanks for a great experience. read more

Delivery and installation was on time and flawless. Appliances are Albert Lee's expertise, not some sideline. We are happy with the whole process and our new equipment works great. The 3/5 star rating on Yelp should have been enough but the neighbors recommended. The lack of professionalism on the retail floor should have been the second red flag. "Looks like a dump," he said coming back. They missed every mark here. Knowing our product was busted and we were hand washing, magically the more expensive model could be there sooner and their team wasn't available to Install even 6-8 weeks out. Magically their buddies could install and the product would be held for 2 weeks. Wrong again. Rude email yesterday telling us they were dumping the box in our high rise condo and refusal to receive would relaunch a 8 week clock as we spend the summer cleaning dishes. Someone yelled at inventory and some middle manager took things way too literally. I ordered a $2,000 Miele and this feels like the Salvation Army guys are in charge (which I am sure the SA would be much more professional). Their reviews are so bad a full time staffer below offers some damage control.... look at the dates.... On April 14 they write, deliver and simply refuse to hold for a week or two. Yet to open the box which awaits their "buddies" - magically something else will happen that will require an additional cost before we are over with this. read more

My wife and I bought an Electrolux Washer and Dryer set (stackable) a few years ago. Just after the warranty ended the washing machine broke down. I called Albert Lee for help on the repair end to which they offered absolutely no assistance. I also spoke to the salesperson about the fact that when I was a child, our family's washer and dryer lasted from the day I was born until I was nearly off to college. "Huh?" Was the reply I received. I finally was able to find a repairman, who let me know that the cost to repair the machine was about 3/4 the cost of buying a new washer, which was just under $1000. My experience with this store and their lack of service or support was appalling. Will never buy another product from Albert Lee Appliance. read more

We bought all Bosch kitchen appliances from A.L. a few years back. There are just 2 mature adults using them lightly. The refer door handles have now broke 3 times and the dishwasher handle has broken 1 time. When I called to try to get help they wouldn't because the appliances are not under warranty. They gave me Bosch's 1 800 # where my wait time was estimated to be 29 to 62 minutes. The handles including labor cost over $300. to replace. We will now have almost $1,000. into handle replacement. We spent a lot of money to purchase these appliances but figured Bosch's reputation and the appealing design made it worth it. Never again! read more

This is a WARNING to anyone considering Albert Lee. Their staff are not experts in this industry and cannot give sound advice. Consult your own plumbing/electrical before purchase. We were not impressed at all with their customer service either. Edited after seeing their untruthful response to this review: they are super familiar with covering their tracks in a public setting as you can see to their response. What motivation would I have to get on here and state this? It is a warning to anyone else who may wish to do business with them. Seeing other 1 star reviews you can a see a pattern of bad behavior and shady business practices. Each with it's own timeline that is most likely false or heavily skewed. Their timeline in the response is completely FALSE by the way. We were offered NO SOLUTIONS by Albert Lee. We also had to wait over a week for a resolution while they got their act together (who does that?). First time I called I didn't even get call back. That's how they prioritize their customers. Their response line by line: "Your Sales Associate Bonnie discussed stacking your units at the time of purchase on 3/1/21. There was a cabinet above the units that would prevent the units from being stacked. Bonnie informed you this would not be possible in the space as it was." She said we'd have to remove plumbing and electrical, not cabinets. "· On your sales order it clearly notes the laundry units purchased would be placed side-by-side, per your request. Here is a link to your sales order and delivery ticket" This seems obvious because Bonnie said they couldn't be stacked right? "· Bonnie offered the option to purchase a stacking kit for future use. You declined to purchase a stacking kit from Albert Lee due to uncertainty of being able to move the cabinet." This just not true. Bonnie didn't offer this at all, we called and spoke to customer service who informed us about the stacking kit. We tried to buy one through Albert Lee but never got through to anyone after being on hold for a long time. We called back again and spoke to Mike who instructed us to purchase off Amazon. "· After we delivered the units on 3/4/21, you had already removed your cabinetry in order to stack your laundry units and Bonnie informed you that you'd be required to hire a third-party installer to complete the stacking job." Bonnie did say that they couldn't do it, but we talked to another person at Albert Lee who said they could which is why we ordered the stacking kit. But that's where we are in disagreement since the units could have been stacked in the first place. "· You purchased a stacking kit from another vendor and attempted to stack the laundry units yourself. You reached out again on 4/20/21 for us to stack your laundry units. You were informed, again on 4/20/21, that this is not a service we provide after the initial delivery , nor do we install products purchased from unknown vendors as it poses a liability." We were not informed about any of this before delivery. Would have been a good thing to talk about to a customer no? However, how does purchasing a legitimate stacking kit from someone else pose a liability? We could have bought through them, and returned the one we purchased but that was never offered to us. Even so, Mike from Albert Lee told the model to order from Amazon which what we did. "· On 4/23/21 our Store Manager sent you a list of our install partners to assist as well as a link to LG Service to help with additional resources." Finally they say to F-off. Absurd that they think this is how you resolve an issue like this. The store manager (Eric Mulkin) we talked to, wanted to talk over us and was more interested in making sure they weren't liable for stacking the units. He even admitted the sales mistake by Bonnie since she was the one that steered us down the wrong path. He said the salespeople needed more training. We trusted them and have our best interests at heart and to guide us through this process. Unfortunately for us our error was to needlessly placing trust in what seemed like a reputable company. We spent over $2k with them and at first were actually very happy with them. We liked Bonnie, the install guys were great. It's how they took this seemingly softball issue and turned it into this situation that is just absurd. We would bought thousands more from them as we just bought a home and need all new appliances. Things have gone down hill from the service expected of a high-end appliance retailer. After spending close to $100k on our prior house for appliances (60" Wolf, two 26" SZ, SZ wine refrigerator, two sets of W&D for two laundry rooms (Electrolux etc.) we purchased from them for our current house to replace an older washer and dryer with a new Electrolux set. We went with Albert Lee because they were authorized sellers and installers (so we thought) and we weren't sure a Lowe's contract person would do the install and level them correctly. The installers arrived, pulled out the old set and then said they couldn't install the new set since there was a water flow meter (turns off water if a leak detected and can be unscrewed easily from the line). There was nothing in the paperwork or preparation work saying this was an issue at all. You'd think we could simply remove it and have it installed, but you would be wrong. When I called Albert Lee to talk to my salesman (not available) the receptionist shamed me and said "we [Albert Lee] don't do our own installs, this isn't our issue." I told Vanessa I paid for Albert Lee to install and that is why we bought from them vs Lowes and she said they just hire people and transferred me to another snippy, snarky saleswoman (Renee) who said they might not honor their service plan and that it was my fault for having a water flow interrupter. I said there was nothing on the paperwork says that, it does ask if plastic or metal hookups (and we confirmed we had the right hookups) and that if it was such an issue and something they newly were not handling, they should disclose that or ask or do something. She rudely accused me of "not divulging it" and I said I would have been happy to if they'd asked, it didn't occur to me since newer, high dollar value homes have this feature as pretty standard feature and we'd carefully reviewed the paperwork and confirmed out plumbing connections (and paid for the upgraded metal hoses too). She was accusatory from the outset, when I had been nice but wanted to confirm that if we hooked up the water the $$$ service plan they sold us would be honored. She claimed she had no authority and there was no manager on duty and didn't know when there would be a manager (convenient ). I wanted assurance that they won't try and not cover something if anything goes wrong years later since we bought the expensive five year service plan and she was not helpful either way and said she has no authority and all I could do was refuse delivery. But the old washer and dryer were disconnected and in the driveway and the installers wouldn't reinstall since they yanked them out already, and they wouldn't wait while we did the scary job of screwing on the water lines and then completing their nonplumber portion of the install. They said they would level them. They lack all customer service and acted like I was trying to scam them vs asking them for a solution. I would not pay for premium, "white glove service" from Albert Lee again since they contract out to whoever - probably the same guys who do Lowes. it is not the installers fault, they are taking orders from the used car salesman style folks at Albert Lee. Never again Albert Lee. You lost a long time, high value customer. And I will tell everyone I know who is buying appliances, building or buying a new home about our experience. The attitude was the worst thing, it was so instantly dismissive once they had the money vs apologetic or understanding. The accusations that I didn't "divulge" this really took the cake. read more

It is incorrect that there was a pricing error. The competitor was offering discounts as I was doing a bulk purchase. In my first email exchange with Jan Nina, I intentionally hid the competitor sales person's contact information, so you couldn't play tricks (which you actually did afterwards). Jan Nina very cleverly asked me to provide the actual quote reflecting the discount, so she can ask her management for the price match. When I forwarded the actual quote, she forwarded my email along with my personal contact information, the competitor sales person's contact information to Fisher and Paykel without asking for my permission. Fisher and Paykel on the other hand directly called the competitor's sales person (his phone number and extension was on the quote that I provided) and asked him to withdraw the discount because of Albert Lee's complaint and the manufacturer's price fixing policy. Did you ask for my permission before forwarding my email with the quote to Fisher and Paykel which has my personal information, my home address, my phone number, etc. to Fisher and Paykel? Kelly - that is not what happened. Here's the actual timeline: -9/8 Bought the washer. Upon the salesman's guidance, I switched models as I was told that they had "7 units of this model in stock at their Ballard warehouse". He told me that my name was on one of them with the only delay being getting an installation date. 10/26 installation date was set, but I was assured it would happened much sooner if I was flexible since I was local. -10/19 Albert Lee calls me to confirm 10/26 installation date -10/21 Albert Lee calls me again to confirm 10/26 installation date (2nd guy didn't know first guy already called 2 day earlier) -10/23 Albert Lee calls me Friday night to tell me that my dishwasher isn't in stock (3rd guy didn't know the first 2 guys had already called me earlier in the week). They have no idea what happened and my installation date has been cancelled. I was offered one KitchenAid dishwasher model (that had been discontinued by the manufacturer) and would put me on the calendar for the next installation window since they had already cancelled my 10/26 install. Next available date was 6-8 weeks out. -10/27 Albert Lee mgr called me about 45 min after I posted this review and I told him that I no longer would do busy with their company. read more

Bought a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Salesperson was helpful. He told me it would be a few months for delivery (thanks to 2021 pandemic fun). I got an email the night before the promised delivery date, and the delivery people, Troy and Uli, showed up on time. They were very professional and efficient. Had to remove the screen door to fit the washer/dryer through the door, but quickly set everything up, tested it, and replaced the screen door. Still waiting to get my dishwasher, which is promised for March 2022. I may update this review based on how well the washer holds up. I'd asked about top-loading models because I was replacing a front-loading model that was full of mold. The sales person convinced me that top loaders use a lot more water, and as long as I'm careful not to put too much detergent in (~ 1 tablespoon max in most cases), a front-loading washer should be fine. The model I got has an automatic soap dispensing feature, which I hope will help prevent problems. read more

We bought a new refrigerator in January 2021. The door was dented. Then the ice maker stopped working and water started leaking from the door dispenser. A replacement door finally arrived, but when the repair person opened the box, it was even more dented than the original dent. So he left it in box, but refused to take the giant ass box and dented replacement door with him. So now it is taking of a large amount of floor space in our house. He did fix the water leak but not the the ice maker. I have been calling and emailing and can't get anyone who can send someone to repair the ice maker and take the dented replacement door and giant box that it is in. read more

We ordered a new range hood from these folks, telling them what hood we already had. They said they could install it in two months. Well, they came after 2 months, took our old hood out and THEN said we needed to have a cabinet shelf adjusted. We had that done in *one day*, and then called Albert Lee to finish the installation. Nope, we were told that it would now take them ANOTHER two months to come back and install the new hood, leaving us with no vent hood for that time, since they took away our old one! Insanely poor service. Edit: Because someone canceled their installation Albert Lee came to install our appliance after only a week. When you buy an entire kitchen full of top shelf appliances and they fail to communicate clearly on delivery or product specs then blame you for incorrect orders, you wonder why you trusted them. My very lovely Wolf range came with Natural Gas fittings. I live in an area where Propane is all we have. Nothing on the order information I signed saying one or the other, but I know I was asked the question when we were in store and I know what my answer was. Now all they can offer is the phone number for the service company ($500 in service charges and $75 in parts). The rep doesn't even seem to care. I guess it's good to be in certain businesses during the pandemic. I'll never buy from Albert Lee again. read more

Just had the best customer service someone could ask for. We are building our dream house and went to other appliance stores and didn't have anyone interested in helping us nor great selection. We came to Albert Lee and within 1 minute of coming into the store - Joe M. asked what we were looking for and spent probably an hour going over each appliance, the different brands and all the details of each option. With building a new home there are so many challenges and the cost of all new appliances was a bit overwhelming. After spending time with Joe we feel super confident and informed of what our options are and excited for our future appliances. I can't recommend this place or Joe more. Also there was a guy grilling outside and had an amazing sausage and slaw sides for free. Definitely should check this place out! read more

I bought a Dacor built-in refrigerator/freezer from Albert Lee Appliance Store in Silverdale Washington to replace a 23 year old Sub Zero one. Since my home was out of this store's service area I had to pay to have it installed. The sales rep Robert Grey told me that he highly recommended an installer and when I called to arrange installation they quoted me a price of over $1700. I suspect the he may have gotten a referral kickback but I don't have any proof. I called back and asked for a less expensive installer and the rep said that he was not aware that his recommended installer was so expensive and gave me another company that only charged $1100. They installed the Dacor but over night that refrigerator flooded our kitchen. I called Albert Lee and they said that they would replace it and sent another Dacor unit to install. That Dacor also leaked water when dispensing ice or water, so Albert Lee sent another replacement but when they unloaded that one the delivery driver said that the water line was damaged and that it too would leak so they did not install it. I gave up on Dacor and bought a Monogram from Albert Lee Appliance and that one worked fine. We lost a lot of food each time we had to change the defective units because we had to unload them the night before the installers came. I asked Albert Lee Appliance if I could get some sort of compensation for all of the trouble that we had and the rep Roberts Grey said he would check and let me know. He did not call back so I called their customer service department directly and they said that they had never been informed that there had been any problems so I called Robert Grey again and specifically asked him to report the problems to their customer service department. I did not hear back from anyone at Albert Lee Appliance so I called them again and talked to the customer service manager and he told me that they had still never been told of the problems we had and that they would check and get back to me. That never happened. I made one last attempt to talk to the service manager but he never even called me back. I talked to the store manager and he declined to do anything. It is clear to me that Albert Lee Appliance does not care about their customers and I suggest the you shop somewhere else if you need an appliance. read more

Initially we were happy with Albert Lee. We are doing a kitchen remodel and spent about $35,000 in new appliances from there. There were delays initially of about 2 months for the dishwasher, but there was frequent contact and apologies about that and while frustrating, we were understanding. We are now in the phase of needing those appliances installed. We have them all on site in our house. We have emailed and called for an installation date as have our GC and can't seem to get one solidified. Meanwhile we have been living without a kitchen. We have already paid in full for all the appliances and installation... and are still living without a kitchen and no installation date on the books. The earliest install is apparently two months away. Hoping to hear from them and have an opportunity to update this review. Update: they put us on an add on list and got us confirmed for install tomorrow. We are so happy with this new development! read more

I've shopped at Albert Lee Appliance for about 15 years. I've remodeled 2 kitchens and purchased most of my appliances from Albert Lee. The store looks like a dump from the outside but inside they have all of the high end brand name appliances. On Monday evening at 5pm my wife and I went to Albert Lee to buy a Wolf range. The cost of the range was $5,666.99, so not a cheap product. I told the saleswoman I wanted to buy it today. She explained on top of the purchase price it would be a $250 installation fee. This of course is an optional fee but if I didn't pay it I'd need to install it or hire someone to do it. I told her if I'm spending that much money, the installation should be free, plus this range is replacing a very similar one so how much work could the installation be? She said the $250 is just the basic fee and there's no accounting for the installation time required. My wife asked if they would discount or waive the fee and she said "no". I ended up buying the range from Skylar at Metropolitan Appliance since the saleswoman at Albert Lee didn't seem to care if we bought the range or not. She seemed more interested in staring at her computer like all of the other zombie sales clerks there were doing. Metropolitan Appliance is a short drive down to the SODO district. I recommend anyone interested in an appliance should go there to receive better customer service. read more

We had a very small, dark, cramped old kitchen, and needed to replace the very old oven-range and fridge-freezer with something more compact. This is a challenging time to get appliances, but Palmer Balke at Albert Lee was able to quickly locate just the ones we wanted from Danby, who specialize in compact appliances, and in just the right color, too--white. Our installation today of the new refrigerator -- by Troy, with assistance from Robert -- was outstanding. They arrived within the window of time I was given, really knew their stuff, installed the fridge and its separate ice-maker perfectly, and explained every step of the installation process as they proceeded. PLUS: delivery came just THREE DAYS after purchase; other stores had quoted us up to THREE WEEKS. The refrigerator itself looks great, no damage, fits well in our kitchen, and is functioning well. Ordered washer and dryer from Albert Lee in Bellevue for new home a month prior to closing and conveniently arranged for delivery on same day as moving day. Albert Lee took the money, then notified me of 6 week delay in delivery. Now I'm lugging my laundry around and trying to coordinate my day around doing laundry away from home. Additionally it's challenging when you do hot yoga and need to do laundry immediately after class. Each interaction with Albert Lee has been fantastic, they have pulled us out of the fire now twice. Will not shop for appliance elsewhere again. This all happened during Covid, so it is very hard to get major appliances ANYWHERE without waiting at least a month. We were in a bind because of terrible customer service via Costco.com. We were without a cooking range for two weeks at this point. Called Nick at the Bellevue store told him what I was looking for, a Bosch induction slide in range. I even gave him the wrong item number which was the lower model than the Benchmark Series, this was not realized until later in the conversation. This was mid Feb, he explained they would not have any Bosch in until May since there were already 10 people in line waiting for their appliances. He did a little more digging and found they had a damaged unit that was not accepted and returned, he would get back to me with the details. He very promptly called back and shared it was an upgrade to the one I was looking at, it was the Benchmark series which is what I actually wanted in the first place! He provided me with photo's, he also spoke to the Bosch rep, since there was a considerable dent to the back of the unit. He assured me the area in which the damage was didn't have anything integral to the unit there. They could deliver it March 11th, they were really booked up, great, but please put me on a waiting list since I am readily available for delivery. After looking at the pictures I called asked if they could plug the unit in and confirm the convection fan could work fine. He promptly called me back said he could do that but it would take some time but they could deliver it the next day and gave me to option of taking delivery or insuring it was tested out. They unfortunately found a little more damage on the vent area that would be visible, that was disappointing but heck it's a part that can be ordered and replaced easily. Go ahead deliver it but please if you can test it that would be great. They were able to test it, it tested out great, they delivered and installed it the next day! They even bent the visible vent back to shape, there are some plier marks but honestly not a big deal at all you have to look for them. Not only do I highly recommend Albert Lee Appliance but working with Nick from the Bellevue store was wonderful!! Great communicator, responsive and problem solver. read more

Albert Lee is dishonest, and their customer service rep is horrible! They came one hour later than the delivery window provided, and did not even inform me that they were going to be late. They had requirements for plumbing which they did not mention in the handout form nor did the sales rep mention this even once. I have been clarified all requirements needed for installation several times over email and in person. This is very disappointing. The sales rep was rude, and said nothing can be done, and was not sure about their policies, not was it in any written document provided for me. I paid the whole amount in full, but the quality of service was extremely poor. I would not recommend Albert Lee for purchases at all! They deceit customers. read more

In store service at Albert Lee was very good. Our sales rep was Renae Martin and she was well informed and gave us the pros and cons on the different ranges we were looking at. The problems we have had are with the installation and the role Albert Lee played in that. We bought a new range in mid-August and it is still sitting in our garage and not installed. The installations for ranges bought from Albert Lee are done by Damian John Installations. This company has an monopoly and they are difficult to schedule. They are totally inflexible. The problem is especially complicated when you have to schedule a visit for the electrician first then followed by Damian John. Unfortunately we were never told that the new range required a 4 wire plug. For the previous range a 3 wire plug was used. In our case we scheduled Damian John without knowing about the 4 wire requirement. So they show up, can't do the installation but charge us anyway. Next we find that we can't fit in their schedule for another month. But we first have to schedule an electrician. It has been impossible to schedule a visit by the electrician and Damian John on the same day. We do finally have a schedule with the electrician coming next Monday, but Damian John can't come until the next Friday. Albert Lee needs to make it clearer what is required for the installation. They also need to have at least a couple of installation options so you are not at the mercy of a business like Damian John which has a monopoly. read more

I purchased a dishwasher from Albert Lee Appliance in February 2022. During installation of the appliance, the control panel of the dishwasher was damaged as were the hardwood floors in two different rooms of my home (entry and kitchen). Before they left I was told to sign a paper that installation was complete and that someone would be in touch regarding the damage. I spoke with them later that day, and to their credit they got me scheduled with Appliance Service Station for one month later. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to acknowledge or accept responsibility for the damages done to my floors. I provided them with photos and videos of the damage that very day, including the fresh shavings next to the groove that their hand truck had gouged in my hardwood. I had to call four times over the course of two months to try and get a response on the floors, and after constantly being told someone would be calling me back I received an email simply stating: "I have passed this info onto the managers of the warehouse and they feel that this damage was not done by the Albert Lee install team." Good to know that they don't FEEL that the damage was done by them. Fact of the matter is that it WAS done by them. They have refused to refund the delivery fee and have refused to pay for damages to the floor. I will avoid this vendor at all costs in the future. read more

NOT good. They SELL YOU on their WORDS, BUT BEWARE, as I certainly feel DUPED! I was told by my sales rep. at the Bellevue store, that if you buy these "Speed Queen" Washer/Dryer Units they will last 'forever.' She said the parts are solid in these machines. I believed her. Now, $2,800 later, my BRAND NEW washer BROKE after the 3rd load. There was a horrible grinding sound during the 'spin' cycle. (I think I would be more understanding IF they REPLACED IT INSTEAD of having to WAIT for a repair person 10 days later. More about this added below). Furthermore, NOW my dryer is NOT drying my clothes. The repair person who has worked exclusively with 'Speed Queen' UNITS his whole career told me you will get 3-10 years at the MOST out of these units. I believe Elizabeth should have KNOWN ABOUT THIS AHEAD of TIME. To add, Albert Lee's managers seem to frequently be 'gone' or 'out,' or 'on another line' EVERY TIME I try to reach one of them. On another note, I want to add that Albert Lee make it VERY DIFFICULT to RETURN your appliances. INSTEAD, they want a repair person to come out and look at it, and then ORDER PARTS, etc. As it is, a MONTH LATER you will be LUCKY if you are able to wash your clothes again. So far, I am going on 2 weeks now. It's not too fun! GO to COSTCO INSTEAD, where their RETURN POLICY is MUCH, MUCH BETTER!! read more

I wish I could give Albert Lee Appliance a 10 star review. I have been a customer of Albert Lee Appliance ever since I moved to Seattle in 1993. Albert Lee's staff, both sales and Customer Service, is simply the best service I have experienced in Seattle. Their sales teams give their customers the best price and value possible. Albert Lee's Customer Service is absolutely extraordinary every day every time. The Customer Service promptly helps a customer and stays engaged in the service problem until the problem is resolved and the customer is completely satisfied. During COVID, I have had two Albert Lee customer service engagements. Both times, Albert Lee's Customer Service team remained engaged and followed up constantly. Honestly, in a time when most companies were playing the "We aren't giving good customer service because of COVID" card, Albert Lee's Customer Service team kept delivering world class service and consistently exceeding this customer's expectations. UPDATE: I'm actually glad I wrote this review, since not even 2 hours later someone called to fix the issue. The person we called earlier to check in supposedly got our appointment mixed up with someone elses? I'm not sure if this was the case or not, but at least my fridge is here as arranged last week. I just wish we wouldn't have to go through the trouble of doing this run around. The delivery guys were awesome! Very friendly, super accommodating and were even able to get the fridge into the kitchen, which wasn't on their list of things to do, but they offered it for the inconvenience we had earlier. Thank you! By the way, this was the last piece to complete the kitchen with new appliances. We already spent some $$ at their sale two years ago on a new stove, microwave and dishwasher. In case there is anything else we need, I think we might go back again. I also sent friends to the sale earlier this month and they spent a lot of money on their new kitchen, so I am glad we got this worked out. ---------------------------------- So not happy right now with them. We went to their appliance warehouse sale and bought a fridge from them and paid for delivery. They had choices on what time frame you want your delivery and we got into the first week after the sale. A guy called a week ago and said the fridge will be delivered Wednesday and they will call with a time during the day. Well it is Wednesday, no call received and we had to call to find out that "surprise" the fridge won't be delivered as promised today, it will most likely be Saturday before they are back out in Redmond. My husband cleared his schedule to be able to drive home any time of day plus I had a seller on craigslist lined up to take the old one out Thursday to move it to his cabin. Albert Lee doesn't care, cause we bought at the sale and are therefore not top priority and hey, they already got the $$. Now my husband went through the trouble of clearing his schedule, no one would have called to even tell us that they won't be delivering today and on top of that, we have to clear our schedules for Saturday, so they hopefully, maybe, finally get us the fridge. Sub-par service and I won't be buying there again, sale or regular store. read more

I knew better. Every time I buy something here I regret it. This time I only purchased from them because they are now the only approved vendor for Miele products. So I call at 4:45 PM to get service on my Miele product that is having issues after only 16 months, and get told, "they've went home for the day. You'll have to call back after 9:00 AM." Really? You're only open during the hours that many people work? You've never heard of voicemail? You can't take a message? Thanks for nothing. read more
