***SCAM COMPANY PIRATE TOWING !!!! **This company towed mine and about 18 other people off ball and Euclid without permission or consent from the lot owner who gives us permission to park there overnight on 6/22/23 and took it to profession towing in Fullerton on Manhattan st where they rent a lot . I will be there bright and early on 6/23/23 with everyone's else's vehicles who got towed to get a full refund . Sad part a lot worker joking said we did it to make the days quota !! Sad running a shady business like that ! Shame !! Taking money from hard working people just to ruin everyone's day ! I would highly not recommend this towing company for these reasons: 1. I set an appointment on a Tuesday early evening for Wednesday (the next day) at 9:00am to have my vehicle towed. They did not send anyone out and told me they were delayed. It was not the drivers fault. But they were 1 hour and 40 minutes late. I was late to work. They knew ahead of time so really there was no excuse. 2. I had the yelp deal where you spend $95 and you get $125. I talked to one of the guys there and he got upset and told me I didn't tell him about the deal. I did mention Yelp has a discount. He disregarded it. On the deal it does not state anywhere that I have to tell them at any point before hand about the deal. When I said why? So you can mark up the price? He got quiet. When I told him that's fine I will make sure to post a review and report it to Yelp as I have to in order to get my money back he was very rude, raised his voice and almost hung up on me. 3. I paid in cash and I had to call 5 times to get an invoice. I still never received a proper invoice. Which is very shady and unprofessional. 4. I called and talked to the owners wife. I was supposed to get a call back, never did. 5. Talked to the husband (owner) told him I was going to call back. I tried and they are no longer answering my phone calls. I tried to resolve the issue and give them a chance to at least right their wrong or take some ownership in how they behaved and conducted there business. But they did nothing of the sort. I have never had such an experience before. I am a very easy going and understanding person but this was just beyond unfair, unnecessary and really just a horrible experience. The positive I will say is that the driver who helped me was really nice and helped me a lot. So thank you to him. read more

We called around and found Alberto's willing and able to tow are motorhome at a reasonable price and very prompt and courteous and gave us a quote and that was all they charged . So this my first time ever using roadside assistance with GEICO and they recommended these guys, so you have to follow up with GEICO if you want to complain or cancel is what I was told. Anyhow... Initially is all went smooth, I got the text that said ETA is 12:43 (as pictured). Once is hit 12:43pm, I ended up calling to see whats going on, the lady was friendly who answered and said it would be 20 more minutes. How she came up with that without contacting anyone is beyond me but I said ok, another 20 minutes of being even later for work but so be it. After another 20 minutes went by, still no one to be found, no follow up call. I called again and I asked her to have him call me. He called about 7-8 minutes later and said he'd be there in a few minutes. After finally showing up 1 hour late, we got it all done and dropped it off at the mechanic. Before leaving with my ride I reminding the tow truck driver to leave my car keys with the mechanic which is obvious but I decided to be nice and give a friendly reminder. I get a phone call about 15 minutes later from the mechanic saying the tow truck driver left without dropping off the keys., Now more time wasted trying to get to work as I had to call this lady for the 4th time and have her call her guy to turn around and drop off the keys. Dont get me wrong the guy was nice and the truck they used to tow was is amazing shape but the time management and taking off with my keys makes it one too many issues for me on this one. I thank them for towing me but 2 hours of waiting to go a mile down the road is out of control imo. UPDATE: Thanks to the owner for reaching out and explaining that you dont service that area but that could have easily been explained when I called for an updated ETA. Pete was my tow truck driver. GEICO coordinated the tow when my RV/van broke down. Due to bad cell service, I missed phone calls from the first driver and Alberto's canceled the tow. I was at an address and was sitting in the van, so I'm not sure why they didn't just show up. When I called them back, they said they canceled the tow due to my non-response. A bit frustrated, I implored them to just show up. It took 2.5 hours fir them to arrive. Pete showed up and made it look easy to get our 10k# vehicle on his flat bed. He gathered me and my service dog in the truck, brought us to the dealership, which was now closed. He made sure they were able to help us. Then Pete went above and beyond by transporting me to a close-by hotel and waiting till I was all set. Being in a strange city-we were on vacation-it was good to have someone who knew the area. It was a rough start with dispatch and the confusion with them showing up. However, Pete's arrival, his calm and very pleasant demeanor, along with his concern for helping to be sure I was safe more than made up for the rocky start. read more

This is a bad company! I might give them more than 1 star (which is really 0 stars) if they ever return my call and actually do the job, but since they charged me for a job that was never done because they had a new driver who didn't know what he was doing, and now they won't respond to my calls to send another driver or give a full refund. This is to say nothing about the fact that I was told that the driver Chance was on his way by Michael the dispatcher and then still waited 1.5 hours in the middle of the night just have him say I don't know what to do. I hired this company when my motorcycle's battery died (at the DMV right before my driving test, in pouring rain) and was helped by Dario. He was very professional and cool and appreciated his help with the bike. Had no issues and would give him & the dispatcher 5 stars no prob. The only reason why I give them 4/5 stars is their pricing was a little higher for a motorcycle pick up after a couple of other quotes I received after I made the deal for them to pick me up but the dispatcher was very friendly and even called to provide an update on Dario's ETA. My car had a flat tire and I called many tow service companies. Alberto was the only one who had a fast response time. They also gave me a good deal despite being late at night. Within an hour a truck came to assist me. Dario was the driver and he is very friendly and professional. He got my car on the tow bed delicately and carefully to avoid any scrapes. We had a great conversation on the ride back to the designated location. It's cool me and him drive the same car :). Pete is the man!! He was so laid back, super cool, very reassuring. He did what no other tow company could do for me. My truck had a busted lower ball joint and it wasn't an easy task to tow.. or so I was led to believe. I had gone through my insurance to request roadside assistance. In the span of 2 and half hours and 2 tow trucks/companies, no one either wanted to attempt to take my truck or even bothered looking at it. The first truck was from OC Roadside Inc. Terrible service, the guy was on his phone the whole time talking to a cousin or something, looked around the truck and said "Can't do it" and left. Useless. The second truck was from Armstrong Towing Service. The guy was friendly but he didn't want to "damage my truck" and was too afraid to attempt to take it, even though he had my consent. Then comes Pete, the man!! Super friendly, takes a look at the truck and immediately begins to work while striking a friendly conversation. Reassures me he'll take care of it. Within minutes, the truck is loaded and ready to go. Unbelievable. Within 15 minutes we're at the shop. Had I known this from the start, I would've requested Alberto's Towing first. Hands down. This place towed my car ..had it impounded for 2 hours..and charged me $410 to get out. They didn't even put the proper time they impounded the car on receipt. When I came to pick it up, they tried to tell me it was going to cost $510!?...I told them I was just quoted $410 in cash before I came to pick up.
