Very unprofessional staff. They don't even try to answer your questions. They should get trained to serve the community, or at least to provide efficient service. The other night, my husband and I got into a car accident when we just minutes away from home. Luckily it was nothing major but the police arrived just mere minutes from the phone call. Unlucky for us, our car was not drivable so the police called for a tow truck which arrived within 10 minutes of the call. The tow truck guy was super friendly and made the process very easy for us. We visited them the following day, per our insurance request, and asked for the car to be released so that our insurance can tow it to the car shop. The entire experience with them was very easy and friendly. If you're having trouble finding their tow lot for the Fullerton location, you'll have to go all the way in towards the back past the warehouse. My dumptruck broke down and needed a tow, called a few companies who where just trying to rip me off for a 5 mile tow, upwards of $3,500.00 what joke. Anaheim, fullerton tow came and saved the day. Roger was so knowledge, he new what the problem was with my truck by just looking at it, I had now idea, I thought it was the transmission he saw the way the right rear tire was tilted and new it was the axle had broke or came loose, he was right the axle completely snapped. Roger expertly hooked up the truck, even though I had about 4 tons of concrete in the back, he wasn't concerned, he obviously has been doing this for aa while. My car was impounded on 5/15 10:45 PM , I ended up picking the car up the next day on 5/16 12:12 PM and saw i was charged for 2 days of storage fee. I Immediately ask why i was charged two days and all he said was "today counts as 2 days" as you can see on the photos he had the audacity to change the time to 10:45 AM to to maximize the time my car was there for. its either hes a scammer or doesnt know how what AM or PM is. As I tried to claim my belongings given no staff was in sight I was met with yelling from multiple low level employee. With the pandemic and the shortage in staff, it took us 2 hrs for our tow truck to make it to this facility. By the time we did, it was 6pm and these guys pictured here were so unwilling to help. They gave us the run around and harrased us for $500 when in reality we didn't owe anything. We had arranged with another employee that if we came back later that night, no fee. These guys were horrible to work with. It was like dealing with narcs or gangsters the way they treated us. She is extremely rude and i was asking questions about how to get my car out because i've never been in this situation before and al she could do is blank stare at me and tell me "i don't know". #1- whoever the front desk girl is, is an absolute BITCH. She wanted to have a big ass attitude on the phone & wanna charge me $83 for me to just pick up my house keys from their office that THEIR staff forgot to give back to me since it was attached to my car keys when I had went to go pick up my property from my car. He called me letting me know that he's still at the office (even tho the girl from the front desk said everybody left @5pm ") & asked how far I was from them then offered to wait for me to come grab my keys from him with no charge! He honestly was the ONLY helpful person here at this tow yard that was willing to go out of his way to drive my car up to the front of the tow yard since it was raining & I didn't have proper shoes on to walk to my car, he was patient while I was gathering all my property out of my car, & even went out of his way to call from his personal cell phone to contact me so I can pick up my house keys from him! But when I came to retrieve my stuff out of my car, the man (in the photo) that came to take me to the back, was nothing but RUDE and had an attitude. High roof sprinter van, DOA pinched space in front and back and they Snagged it out after several hours.
