I had to give one star because that is the lowest you can go. I call this number multiple times to try and retrieve my car and to find out how much I owe and when he did answer he hung up right away and then after that I would call and a song would play immediately and just keep playing and playing until the call hung up. He then I assume it was him, sent me a text, saying he would call me back, which he did not. And when I tried to call back again, it just rang and then went to the musical audio again, not even going to a voicemail, just disconnecting. The text message just sent the address, which did not match the address I received from impound clerk, nor does it match the address on yelp. Then another text came through asking me to join his video call which was super weird. When I got there he refused to break down the fees for me and simply said, "you will get a receipt". And threatened to add a gate fee ($148 more, which I didn't even have on me) to my payment although he said gate fee would be after 5:00, and I made it there before, on top of the gate being wide open. Your customers' cars will be towed without checking even if they did nothing wrong and and your customers will be pissed and never go back to your restaurants. We called for a tow truck/flat bed and it was hard to find. My wife got a hold of Alberto's and they were on their way immediately. Took Dario, the tow truck driver about 20 mins but it was worth the wait. Dario was really friendly. We chatted all the way to the repair shop. I would definitely recommend Alberto's. Albert and his driver were awesome! Had to move a chassis from HB to Santa Ana, and had to get the chassis from a loading doc onto the flatbed. Driver was great. Showed up exactly when Albert said he would, was very skilled in getting the flatbed raised to the exact height we needed to get the chassis safely on the truck, and even was overly cautious about making sure the trucks lift mechanism didn't damage the concrete for the loading doc and used some 2x4s under it. Followed me back to my place, and very skillfully loaded the chassis right into my garage. Price was exactly as quoted, which was a very fair price. I have a 92 GTR that got denied by a different towing company because it was too big a liability to do. Jerry Martinez came to help and from the jump he was ready to help me tow the car or help me find someone that could. The car was a lot harder to tow than I had thought and Jerry never complained about it once. It was around 11:30pm and this guy was sweating from how much physical work he had to do to be able to make it happen. At first I was going to give this place a 1 star because of the way my situation was handled. I called several times just to have the person picking up ask me for my address 10 times and continuously ask if they could call back in two minutes. I would call back ten minutes later and no one one answer or he would ask if he could call again in two minutes and proceed to again ask me about my address It was a bit sketchy when he asked for my credit card information over the phone and I thought I was being scammed and I was completely over it. HOWEVER. HOWEVER. HOWEVERRRRRR I WAS SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE SERVICE WHEN THEY DID EVENTUALLY GET TO MY PLACE. We were right on time to get my car towed to the shop and I was able to catch the manager right before he left to check myself in! I don't remember his name but the PERSON towing my car did an excellent job and definitely has experience towing and I felt completely safe and comfortable with him towing my car. The communication was off but the actual towing service was just phenomenal! He makes you feel taken care of and makes sure everything is okay before he leaves. He arrived and called me but I didn't answer so he called a couple times and left a voicemail. He then kindly waited 30 min for me. i showed him the location and condition of the car. he didn't have the right truck ( not his fault the dispatcher messed up) so he left and came back in 40 min with the right truck. When I gave them two hours notice they arrived 3 DAYS LATER and then decided to try to shake me down for more money. Additionally, they claim to be available 24 hours but didnt answer their phone until normal business hours. I've never seen a more unprofessional towing service in my life.
