This place towed my car ..had it impounded for 2 hours..and charged me $410 to get out. They didn't even put the proper time they impounded the car on receipt. When I came to pick it up, they tried to tell me it was going to cost $510!?...I told them I was just quoted $410 in cash before I came to pick up. Assigned through Geico roadside assistance. Called the towing company to confirm the quoted arrival time and to let him know what level of the parking garage my vehicle was on. The owner answered and I told him my name and I had order for a row for his company via Geico. He said "I'll call you back" and hung up. After about 20 mins I called him back since he did not call me back. Received a "this voice mailbox has not been setup" message. The owner finally called me back and let me know that they would be there in 30 mins, did not acknowledge they would be late. When I explained I was in jeopardy of losing my time slot to get my car fixed at the repair shop I lined up, he said he would try to put a rush on it. 20mins later the driver then called and said he would be another 20 mins. I asked what was going on and what was causing the delay, he said he was just the driver. The driver arrived with a pick-up pulling a flat bed not a tow truck. The driver was not sure if he could tow me because it was in a garage and the clearance may be too low. He drove away without saying anything else and just left me there. Note: This happened around 2018-19. I had to repost due to a defect that moved this back to an unpublished draft in Yelp. read more

They call you just to cuss you out because they come hours late, so it's your fault if they come late to tow your car that you set up the day before, so they knew way ahead of time when this tow was supposed to happen to be prepared. I had to give one star because that is the lowest you can go. I call this number multiple times to try and retrieve my car and to find out how much I owe and when he did answer he hung up right away and then after that I would call and a song would play immediately and just keep playing and playing until the call hung up. He then I assume it was him, sent me a text, saying he would call me back, which he did not. And when I tried to call back again, it just rang and then went to the musical audio again, not even going to a voicemail, just disconnecting. The text message just sent the address, which did not match the address I received from impound clerk, nor does it match the address on yelp. Then another text came through asking me to join his video call which was super weird. When I got there he refused to break down the fees for me and simply said, "you will get a receipt". And threatened to add a gate fee ($148 more, which I didn't even have on me) to my payment although he said gate fee would be after 5:00, and I made it there before, on top of the gate being wide open. Albert and his driver were awesome! Had to move a chassis from HB to Santa Ana, and had to get the chassis from a loading doc onto the flatbed. Driver was great. Showed up exactly when Albert said he would, was very skilled in getting the flatbed raised to the exact height we needed to get the chassis safely on the truck, and even was overly cautious about making sure the trucks lift mechanism didn't damage the concrete for the loading doc and used some 2x4s under it. Followed me back to my place, and very skillfully loaded the chassis right into my garage. Price was exactly as quoted, which was a very fair price. Very pleased with their service, and will certainly be calling Albert and his team again. Thank you Albert. Your driver did a great job. read more

I have a 92 GTR that got denied by a different towing company because it was too big a liability to do. Jerry Martinez came to help and from the jump he was ready to help me tow the car or help me find someone that could. The car was a lot harder to tow than I had thought and Jerry never complained about it once. It was around 11:30pm and this guy was sweating from how much physical work he had to do to be able to make it happen. It was also good to see that he had the technique and skill to do it correctly and not damage my car even though it's lower than most vehicles.
