To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to share a very disappointing experience that occurred at your Albertsons location on Bicentennial on June 17, 2026, at approximately 9:54 PM. I operate six businesses in Las Vegas and understand the importance of customer service and representing a company professionally. Unfortunately, the customer service displayed by your staff last night was completely unacceptable. From approximately 9:51 PM until 9:55 PM, two employees were standing at the front entrance with their arms folded, turning customers away despite the store being advertised as open until 10:00 PM. If the store intends to stop serving customers before 10:00 PM, that policy should be clearly posted. Otherwise, customers should be allowed to shop until closing time. What was most concerning was the attitude displayed by one of the employees. As customers expressed frustration about being denied entry before the posted closing time, she openly mocked them and stated, "We would like to go home," and "We already closed all the registers." Those comments are inappropriate and unprofessional and reflect poorly on your company. I remained in my car for several minutes afterward because I was genuinely stunned by the interaction. During that time, I observed approximately eight customers being turned away. What made the situation even more troubling was that at approximately 9:58 PM, two teenagers wearing tank tops and shorts were allowed into the store, while an older gentleman who approached immediately afterward had the door shut in his face. They did not appear to be employees. As a customer who has shopped at this location since it opened and spent a significant amount of money there over the years, I found this treatment extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I will no longer be shopping at this location. Customers have many choices when deciding where to shop. If Albertsons does not value its customers enough to serve them during posted business hours, I am certain another grocery store will gladly earn that business. I do not necessarily expect a response, but I believe the store owner and leadership team should be aware of how customers are being treated. The location is very good but it's unfortunate that they don't build another grocery store for Inspirada area because during busy times Albertsons can run out of things like chicken, bread and other items. The staff have always been friendly to me and they always are very hospitable. The quality of the items sold are good and I love their app for discount offers. This two star review is dedicated specifically to the meat department, not the store as a whole. I do my produce and smaller items shopping at this store at a regular basis since it's closest to my house. I've never had any issues with anyone and everyone is always welcoming and helpful. On Friday afternoon a man working the meat department, didn't catch his name (white-heavy set, short hair) took my order. I said hello, nothing said back. Ok, no biggie, some of us have bad days. I asked for one lb of carne asada. Instead of picking from the displayed meat he went and got some from a container behind the counter. I open my bag of meat to throw it in on the grill today and what I got was a couple of peaces that looked like extras after cutting the steaks. What got me is that almost all had a large amounts of SILVERSKIN. IMO meat is meat but the combination of the crappy attitude and deliberately going to a separate container and picking out the scraps is what pisses me off. read more

Normally the employees are friendly but today was a first. The employee in the aisle w the ankle length braids (I didn't get her name) who refused to move so a customer could get by needs an attitude adjustment. Despite a polite 'excuse me' she glared defiantly and wouldn't move. When asked if it wouldn't be easier just to step aside (there was another customer w cart right there) she asked if I wanted to fight about it. Seriously wth?!!! Anyone else tired of being ripped off? Albertsons has gone through a lot of effort to make it super complicated to get the sales. Going to the grocery shouldn't be this much work. Prices have gone up everywhere, I get it. At the very least, stop making it work to get the sales you offer. Even if you jump through all of the hoops having the app and scanning half your groceries, they don't program in a lot of the sales and you have to police them at the register. I generally go to Costco now. At least everybody gets the same prices there without all that work. read more

The worst money I spent, I ordered the Turkey meal package for yesterday's Thanksgiving. The turkey is cooked, but need to be warmed to 3 hours ? I should have bought the fresh one & made it myself..all the sides are frozen, again I should have bought the sides fresh in the deli section. The worst $79 plus tax I've ever spent. Terrible service. Closes about 10-15 mins early every night consistently and will make direct eye contact with you while locking the door in your face. Their curbside workers are incredibly lazy, several times I've placed orders and had items marked as unavailable and then found those same items in their regular section. read more

Maybe it's a snapshot of the Inspirada neighborhood itself, but something is wrong with this Albertsons, especially considering it's supposed to be in a more upscale neighborhood (Inspirada). Food and other items are more out of stock than you see at other locations, the crowd and the parking lot are surprisingly sketchy for this part of town, and the customer service is burnout-quality. Maybe this is the kind of crowd that's living in Inspirada now? A lot of sketchy renters of questionable character renting from brokers and other property hounds? It's also a somewhat challenging parking lot to get into and out of, in no small part because of people parking and driving weird and unpredictably like they're trying to get in accidents. If you live in Inspirada and you need Albertsons, I guess you don't have much of a choice (your next nearest Albertsons is at least 15-20 minutes away). I live in a nearby neighborhood and came down a couple times thinking this may be an easier option than other Albertsons, but no it's actually kind of bad. If you can avoid this location and shop elsewhere, I'd recommend you do so. read more

I was having trouble with a digital coupon at my checkout and it turned out that I was about to pay for someone else's strawberries! They were on my screen and on my bill-- but I had only bought ice cream to salve my poor ego and heart after finding that a "friend" had scammed me. A super nice employee rushed to help me and made sure I got my digital coupon and that I only paid for my grocery bill. Rough day. But ice cream is medicine! This Albertsons had a nice selection. Picked up a prescription at the pharmacy for my wife the morning of 02/27/25. The lack of customer service was shocking! Stood at the queue and the young lady behind the counter (Corey H. ?) didn't even acknowledge me...she just stepped up to the register without a "Can I help you?" or "Next in line?"....no eye contact....nothing. She literally had a "What do you want!" look about her. She really made it seem as if I was bothering her! It's was borderline rude! As a 40 year veteran of hotel, retail & customer service, it easy for me to spot a person with no customer service skills. If you don't have people skills, you don't belong behind a counter! I use the pharmacy at the CVS in the same shopping center...I recommended to my wife that she do the same. read more

Today I went through the self checkout. I scanned my things and started to pay. A worker (didn't catch the name but had an accent) walked to my machine and started wiping it. I asked if she needed something as her doing this was preventing me from paying. She said she cleaning it earlier and noticed it was dirty. Well it seems to me she was profiling me. It was very rude. If she needed to clean the machine she could have waited until I was done as I was trying to pay. I have never had an issue at this store and I love Albertsons, but this was completely unacceptable. Don't ever come here. Look around at other prices and you will see this store jacks up their prices by 50-200% and takes advantage of inspirada residents. I rarely go to Albertson's since the remodel but I ran in for just one item yesterday. The minute I walked through the door I was hit by the overwhelming fish smell. Fresh fish doesn't smell. When you smell fish, the fish is old. So anyone who is buying their fish here is very likely buying old, not fresh, fish. I remember when there was an Albertsons on Lake Mead at Rampart. It reeked of fish stank every time we walked in. We were hopeful that when Raley's took over, the smell would go away. Not sure why Albertsons smell like fish when neither Smith's nor Von's do. Guess Albertsons buys the fish that Smiths and Vons don't buy. As I approached the deli looking for cocktail breads (which they didn't have), there were several big flies hanging out there and in their bakery. It's just gross. Yesterday evening, Hubby and I watched an old episode of GOOD EATS with ALTON BROWN. Coincidentally, the episode was about fish. And guess what Alton and the fishmonger both said? Fresh fish doesn't smell. Maybe a little ocean smell but definitely no fish smell. If the fish smells fishy, it is not fresh. Period. End of story. read more

They are our neighborhood grocery. The good, produce, bakery, deli, meat specials, clean, easy parking, friendly team, day-old clearance items and sale items. The bad, sometimes ice cream has thawed and refrozen, prices sometimes high, meat department not the best. The ugly, their lousy app...no service in the store and stuff has to be loaded to get the sale price. So even with the bad and ugly, they still earn four stars, glad to have them in the neighborhood. read more

This store starts closing hours before it closes too early. Locking entry doors to discourage people from entering. Locking all doors several minutes before closing. This place is absolutely criminal. First of all, they are essentially on a retirement community. Moat of their clientele is 60+, yet all their "deals" you have to use an extremely dysfunctional app. I'm 37 years old and very tech savy. The app is an absolute disaster, and they know people are going to get confused and pay full price. Their prices for the quality are an absolute joke. At the register I asked to cashier to confirm my coupons and reward savings bc I've had issues with the phone number on my rewards & I don't usually use paper coupons. She verified both. As I wander through life I seek happiness, open the fridge to ponder what should I have. In the sea of boxes and plastic containers there is nothing fresh or colorful. Time for a shopping trip! One of the downfalls of this store is their is no gas station attached to this store, but luckily the motorcycle and car get really good gas mileage. It's not one stop shopping for me here it's only gas for the body, not the mechanical steel horse. On this trip to the store it's time to replenish the chips and salsa. These are staples in my house, since besides coffee and water Mexican food is my go too food. Need all the fixings for those perfect nachos and yummy avocados are the delicious toppings that makes it heavenly . The produce department here is wonderful and the avocados are oh so abundant !! The best way to make your lifestyle changes is to eat and make your own sauces. Such as salsa and guacamole for dipping those chips in and putting on top of tacos. The produce section here is highly organized with fresh and delicious produce. The quality of the fruits and veggies is fantastic. The colors are radiant with so many choices of flavors of veggies. The organic section of produce is amazing too. The fruit selection is great and well stocked with fresh berries and bananas just to name a few things present in abundance. The store here stands behind their produce too. The staff of the store is always restocking and cleaning the area. One can see the pride that the employees convey as they ensure a great customer experience always. Friendly waves and beautiful smiles are abundant as you walk through the aisles to shop for what you need. The positive vibes are oh so radiant like the sunshine lives here.
