I came in for a case of Marble Double Whites and got them fine, they actually had a deal on them which is great. But the reason for me leaving 2 stars is the lack of training on customer service skills for the cashiers here, i don't know if all of the cashiers treat customers the same as mine did but Elena, was very rude. She didn't say Hello, ask how my day was, she had an awful attitude with me; she had a rude tone of voice when asking for my ID. And lastly, she condescendingly told me "Enjoy your beer" as if I should be ashamed for buying a case of beer. The managers, especially the Mexican male that is always walking around stocking things, are also usually rude and act like they do not want to be there. I have also had this manager tell me: a person with a disability to get off of the carts made for people with issues walking, i am not sure of his name, but he is always rude and unwelcoming. PLEASE ALBERTSONS CORPORATE, FIX YOUR STAFFING ISSUES, TREAT THEM BETTER OR SOMETHING BECAUSE I AM CONSIDERING NOT EVEN COMING BACK TO THIS STORE BECAUSE OF HOW RUDE THE STAFF IS. The pharmacy is horrible. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. They were rude, judgmental, condescending and slow. I was out of my anti-anxiety meds. I called my Dr and she authorized an early refill. I called them and told them the issue and asked them to expedite it. They said they would. I went there 5 hours later and was asked to wait. After waiting 30 mins and watching 2 of them go on break, I challenged them on whether they were working as fast as they could and they became abusive. I had a panic attack and left. I will never go there again. I can only hope they end in bankruptcy. read more

The customer service is not storewide. The people in the meat dept. We're extremely helpful with cutting a larger roast than what was in the case. However at check out things took a 180. When scanning the groceries I noticed that the "clipped" coupons were not showing up. Brought it to the cashier's attention and was told it would show up when I went to pay. That would be great if it was the case. So after I paid and saw that in fact I did not get the savings I again approached the cashier only to be told that now I had to go customer service to receive a refund. Customer service was closed and after waiting for the person to show up (as I only assumed the self checkout cashier would of course call for assistance) I had to go back and ask for someone to be paged. When help showed up I was told that they knew the discount was not be taken off on some of the items, (if you know then why was I missed informed?) and then was told that I had received it on others. I had to insist that this person use a calculator to verify the discount was not applied. Then on the soda pop products I was told that the discount must not apply to the "diet version" or that i was over the limit. I insisted that they send someone for a price check to verify that the sale did include all versions and that they count the items on the receipt and verify that i was not in fact over the limit of the soda pop. Then after all that when I had a chance in my car to review more closely I discovered that I only received the sales price for 1 of the 2 items. i've lived in this area for 30 years and in the last three years Albertsons market has turned to trash. Now they have gimmicks like with the bananas instead of by the pound they sell them by each instead of asparagus by the bunch it's by the pound their prices have exceeded greed and on top of it the south checkout is absolutely horrid. The employees stand around instead of helping people they just lollygag until the employee is summoned by the customer. This is a pretty good store. The selection is adequate and it's usually not too crowded. And, it's next to Target if you need to upgrade your wardrobe. I like using the online coupons for ice cream and spirits. Only downside is sometimes the cashier line wait seems a little excessive, even in the express line. This is one area for improvement. read more

I normally come to this location just because of convenience. I have not had a problem with this store because I usually come early in the morning before 10am or later at night anywhere between 6pm-8pm and it is decent. It is usually a hit or a miss with the cashiers, you'll either get someone who wants to be there and do their job or just someone bagging your groceries and sending you off on your way. I have noticed that the cashiers that don't care are the one's who end up just talking and gossiping with their co-workers the whole time during the transaction, sad. Sometimes I've been here and they've ran out of a few things I've needed from produce, but overall there are some good deals just need to keep an eye out. read more

The cashier would not allow it, said it was a store policy! The young lady paid for her formula and left! Good supermarket, generally has all the same products as everyone else. Doesn't have anything that sets it apart from other supermarkets. I was looking for a milk alternative which they did not have and they had no space for (so they don't carry it) so it seems they only carry basic groceries that you can get anywhere. During one visit there was a horrible smell of raw fish, I have no idea what was going on and it permeated the entire store, it was quite off-putting so I avoided coming here for a bit over a year, now I returned to check to see if they had my alternative milk, they didn't and they also did not smell bad so it was a toss up for me. It appears tor e generally clean and is very well lit, it is a fairly large store so they have plenty of everything if you are only looking for basic groceries. So its not outstanding, but it's good for a basic supermarket. read more

this is the closest grocery store to me. I tend to come here out of convenience, however, I may just go to the store down the road. a couple times, the produce section hasn't had what I'm looking for. one day, they had no fresh lemons or limes. This weekend, they had no broccoli with the stalks unless I wanted to pay more for the organic (I didn't). they only had broccoli crowns -- arguably the best part of the broccoli, but I also enjoy the stalks. I went to the next store down the road, and they had regular broccoli, but it was a bit more expensive than Albertsons. The prices usually aren't too bad, and all the employees with whom I've interacted have been nice. I wish they had better selection. read more

This location is not that great. Always has a weird smell immediately from walking in, throughout the store, it's unexplainable, you need to just go in and smell for yourself if you don't believe me. The layout is so chaotic, I worked retail for 8 years and understand schematics, layouts, and the retail flow. This doesn't flow, it just leaves you walking back and forth looking for items. I have tried shopping here since my location on Southern closed down. I can't do it anymore, I will stop in if I'm right there and think of something, because it is still better than smiths or walmart. But I will stick to the location on enchanted hills for my shopping needs read more

Another remodel going on. Darn. Never had any issues over the years with the occasional return or missing items not being replaced. Started going to Smiths and had many issues with items not making it and also over rings. I still shop both but prefer Albertsons and have gotten used to the same people working there year after year. Feel Pam is like family. Lots of new faces since this COVID thing, hope they don't lose the customer service I've grown used to. read more

Not alway happy with the grocery store staff, they are usually rude, but the pharmacy staff is great, especially Rita, she always takes her time to be helpful and answer any questions I have, always asks about the family, we have known her since the old Albertsons on southern Blvd, as long as she is working there we will continue to go. read more
