Now 3 for $9.99 like that's a deal? Pollo Asada to take home and cook $7.49. Every item in the store seems like a money grab suddenly. Whole Foods will be a block away in a few months. Your competitive edge for a slightly inferior product should be pricing. But store wide you're sky high suddenly. The store has a fresh, open feel that reminded me of Sprouts. Everything was well stocked, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They offer an impressive selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, fruits, vegetables, and many other grocery items. There's also a sushi restaurant inside where you can enjoy Happy Hour specials or sit down and have a meal. In addition, they have a pizza counter where you can purchase pizza by the slice, along with sandwiches, desserts, and drinks. We decided to try their flavored lemonades, and they were absolutely delicious and refreshing. Overall, we had a great experience and definitely wish they had more locations throughout the Valley. The first thing I noticed was the entrance it's positioned on the side of the building facing smaller neighboring businesses. It's a bit unusual and honestly made me second-guess parking and going in at first because the exterior gave off a slightly off vibe. The layout just feels like it could be clearer or more inviting. Inside the bakery section, a very friendly gentleman was going through and tallying up leftover baked goods. I asked what he was doing,( because I'm noisey lol) he explained they were accounting for what was left some items get sold and some get discarded. We were there for an hour plus, walked away after spending more than $300 just for BBQ sauces, salad dressings, pickles, chocolates, pasta, canned tomato products, jams, jellies, cheeses, wines, liquor, every kind of spices, etc, we are denied by Safeway. If I didn't know better, I'd think that AJ's is owned by Raley's, which we shopped at for 30+ years. A lot of upscale, well-dressed people in the store... very high-end in nature and curb appeal. Wonderful selections in everything: beautiful produce, cooked food for hungry shoppers, a clean place to eat, and a superlative deli. Very nice people. Prices? I really like the layout of this store better, it feels more organized and comfortable. They also do a better job keeping their coffee and creamers well stocked, which is a win in my book. This location has a self-checkout, which I appreciate on those days when I'm not in the mood to make friends. Today, the self-checkout machine was down, but the chick was quick to let me know and kindly helped me out, so that was a nice touch. Overall, it's a Circle K, so it's not my favorite spot, but it gets the job done when I need it.

This is a gas station with a Deli inside of it. While I have never eaten at the deli, I have pumped…read moregas various times and also stopped to get snacks. This is the gas station that is closest to my house so that's the reason why I have stopped various times, but after a year of poor service, I decided that I would drive the extra few blocks to get my gas and snacks at a different gas station. The customer service has been poor every time I have stopped by. The gentlemen working there will pretty much ignore you when they don't have anybody at the front desk until you ask for help. When they aren't ignoring you, they carry out your transaction without eye contact, or any kindness at all. I don't know if they are like this with everyone but it's been my experience. I think a year of giving them a chance is way more than enough time.

They're always delicious and today I see they've added taco plate for taco Tuesdays 9am-1pm and they also have lunch specials at 9-1pm as well... breakfast is out out 5am to 9am. It's been awhile since I've been here so I'm happy to see they added all these afternoon choices. Earlier today I couldn't remember that it was on via Ventura exit so I stopped at another gas station & burrito grill and pad 9.00 for my burrito. It's not even that tasty and I just got here to this market , I was determined to drive around and find it.... and their burritos are still only 5 to 6.00.... unbelievable!
