I have been shopping here for convenience for the past 5 years and never had a bad experience. I don't really understand why this place has so many negative reviews, especially those complaining about other patron's behavior... When you have issues with a customer, go to the store manager. To me, this supermarket is clean, staff is more than friendly and competent, always smiling and willing to help. Shelves are always stocked and lines are not long. It got expensive since Covid, pretty much like anywhere else. I know what I can shop there for a good price and will go across the street for whatever else I need at a better price. The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly, here is where things go bad for me. I shop in the morning, they do NOT have checkers other than one at self check out until 8: 00 AM I am told which isn't true the time seems to be about 9 to 9:30 on a good day. I'm sorry I do not want to check out and bag my groceries myself, last year I spent 10,867.15 at Albertsons. I shop here often and come into contact with many thoughtful professional, long term friendly employees each visit. I like the store , it is clean and organized and the parking lot feels safe at night. I want to shine a spotlight on a newer employee who went above and beyond over the holiday weekend. Ellen in the deli has helped me often. Frequently on busy nights I get a chicken meal deal. I was in late looking for dinner for my grandkids and she had a big smile and familiar friendly greeting for us all. She then offered my granddaughters samples of chicken nuggets . She offered us samples of sausage. I was impressed. The food was hot and good. We ended up buying all sorts of stuff we had never tried before. Crab salad , chicken Caesar salad , rib tips , macaroni salad and potato wedges . I always see this stuff but if it hadn't been for Ellen's outstanding service I would still be getting a chicken dinner! I can't wait to cone back and take her dinner recommendations for our next busy evening! Today around 1pm I was shopping in your store and received the worst customer service from the young male cashier working register 7 and your Female Customer Service manager. I noticed the price of 12 pack of sodas I bought weren't the price that I saw them for. So I asked the Cashier if I could get a refund and he tells me "GO LOOK FOR THE MANAGER SHE IS WALKING AROUND THE STORE GO AND LOOK FOR HER BECAUSE I CAN'T HELP YOU GO LOOK FOR HER" I told him no how about you call her for me and he reluctantly did. But that is not how you are supposed to talk to a customer. Manager gives me a dirty look when she walks up and goes and checks the price the part where it says I must buy 3 to get the sale had been folded back so I did not see that until I saw her unfold it. Once I saw that I asked your CSM for a refund and she took the 12 pack out of my cart and slammed it on the counter. Your employees at East Vista Way store lack customer service. I still bought 3 other 12 packs of soda so I still spent money in your store I don't understand why such the bad treatment? read more

The grocery delivery department is always so helpful. This is my go to store for delivery and usually everything is great. Every once in a while things happen and they are always willing to fix things. Customer service is a priority. The store itself is always clean and well stocked. I don't know where to start, love Albertsons. But yesterday I saw something nasty. Will not be buying my fried chicken here anymore. Watch them clean the warmers. Once again there were no shopping carts today around 11:00 am. This is the only grocery store I've been to that doesn't have carts at the store entrance. When I told one of the cashiers she said they are working on it. When I went to the parking lot there were no Albertsons employees gathering carts. I try to do most of my shopping at Frazier farms and sprouts so I don't need to go to Albertsons, but sometime they are the only choice. Over the past few months this store had gone downhill...rude employees, empty shelves, very high prices. read more

this place is a joke. they literally don't staff people to work the check out lanes. you can only self check out even if you have 600 items. they only stock the floor if the store is really busy, if there's less than 100 people there theyll wait till there more traffic and people to get in the way. basically the goal is to make shopping as unenjoyable here as possible and they're doing a great job read more

I like going to this supermarket. I find the staff to be friendly, and prices to be fair. The store is kept clean, and they have a good selection here as well. It's also in a nice shopping center with other good stores. Sometimes in order to get the good price you do need to buy in quantity however. read more

UPDATE: Cashiers still mishandle produce at checkout. I've seen one slide toss bananas and peaches across the counter after weighing them. Now I got sick from the deli fried chicken. On Friday 11/3/2023 I picked up the 8 piece (4 legs and 4 thighs) dark meat that occasionally will be on sale for $5 during their $5 Friday specials. At the time I showed up, there wasn't enough left to make a full set and had to wait a few more minutes for the next batch to be ready. When I got home I ate the 4 legs and some snack veggies and started feeling queasy. I took an antacid tablet and managed to keep it all down. The next day I ate 2 of the leftover thighs and immediately felt indigestion. I took another antacid, but it didn't help. My mouth filled with saliva and I threw it all up. It was definitely a bad batch of chicken. I didn't want to risk it again and tossed the last 2 thighs in the trash. Then that had to be taken out to the dumpster because it stunk horrendously. Now I'll never eat their deli fried chicken again. read more

This place is always out of stock on items. You walk down the aisles on a Monday morning at 11am and most of the items are out of stock. When I told the person in the front she said we do double the business as the other Albertsons so it's just the way it is. Also the courtesy clerk Tavis is rude and will avoid human interaction as much as possible. I asked him to hand me a bag and he pointed at the stack like I could grab it myself. Today I came in around 4:15 pm to order some Fried chicken from the deli. When I pulled up to the counter there was a young male and an older lady working the deli.I understood that they might be understaffed and it may take some time to complete my order. So I asked the gentleman if I could place an order of a 16 piece fried chicken and he had asked his co-worker " what he could put the 16 piece order in ? " she stated it would take 15-20 minutes to cook the chicken. Again I understood they were understaffed and stated that I didn't mind waiting. Ten minutes go by before I'm acknowledged again by an employee this time I'm met with the lady and she asked if I needed any help ? I asked her about my order and she answered with " I wasn't informed " and continued to have a puzzled and confused look on her face instead of trying to assist me. She claimed she had just got there but she was present the entire time I was there. Then she stated that it would take 20 minutes to cook my food on top of the 10 minutes I was waiting. In frustration I walked out of the store. I'm a regular customer here and have never encountered this experience with an employee. I usually have a great customer experience with the deli department but today was a different story. Let's do better please because I enjoy shopping here and much rather shop here than other grocery stores. read more

I had a great time and experience here. I was looking for small packets of butter for my sour dough bread and a worker that can't speak helped me and took me over to V his coworker and I thanked him for that. V asked around to see if they had small butter packets and told me they didn't have any but she did show me the butter section and I had a great time talking to her , she's a really nice and out going employee, she said she's new there and for her being a new employee she rocks! Hey there, I just wanted to add to this reviews, I was sorting through and found Alex V's review on 4/26/2020 and I had a similar disturbing experience at this store. I am handicapped and asked an Albertsons employee to help me find a motorized shopping cart due to my disability, and the staff member; Mary - coincidentally enough.... said "You do not look like you need it, I am too busy, go find someone else". This was so hurtful, and when I saw Alex's post it motivated me to speak up and let our community know what happened. This is so rude and unfair, I don't know what the "culture" is in this store, but it looks like a pattern of abuse, reading what I just did, how disturbing. Clean store, very organized and the employees are usually very friendly. I shop here a lot because of the convenience. I went to the self checkout today and the almost bald African American man with the glasses went out of his way to make me feel uncomfortable and watch me extremely close. I'm just a 30 yr old housewife shopping for some snacks... like chill. Is it really worth it for $30 of snacks? If you don't want people at self checkout, have more cashiers. We went to this location as it's convenient for us since it's between our parents house and our place. We went to get salmon from the meat dept and asked for our salmon to be cut into 4 big pieces since we were buying a giant piece. The guy at the meat dept was lazy and played dumb like he didn't know what cutting salmon into 4 pieces ment. How can they let peoplelike this work here? Albertsons always stuck me as a higher tier grocery store with people who are very helpful. Albertsons is still a good grocery store. However, when it comes to curbside orders they really need quality control. I was told that the reason for substitutions or no item found is because they are limited on time to complete the order. Also, if a customer placed and order today and decides to pickup tomorrow their info is no longer available on the arrival in the computer. So, if a customer that placed an order day before and goes into their email notice and says they have arrived, they will be sitting in the pickup spot for a very long time. The phone number that is displayed at the parking spots is the number they must call. Just too many steps gif curbside. Customers info Who would be able to stay in a computer so when they come by to pick up their groceries inventory knows that those products have been picked up. However, if the customer does not come by to pick up the groceries I would think inventory needs to know that the products are back into inventory So wouldn't the info still need to be in the computer? Makes no sense. The employees who bring out curbside orders are always polite (actually more polite than some of the cashiers). Super thanks to the curbside service. Especially during the pandemic. There should be more customer service employees around the store looking for customers who are struggling to reach for products (customers on scooters, with walkers, etc) 60% of the customers are the elderly and the physically challenged. The world lacks customer service as it used to be and to bring it back can make a great difference. read more

Albertsons Drive and Go service is really a joke. Just tried it today and it was anything but easy. Drove up to the Drive and Go parking slot, used the app to login and say I was here at the store for pickup. After more than 15 minutes, no groceries. The app said the order was picked up. Had to go into the store to find my order. Finally got the order, but the order included substitution items and was never notified of the substitution. Really bad experience and will probably never use it again. Target, Walmart pick up service has been excellent and will be using them more in the future. read more

Service was terrible today! Cashier was so unfriendly and and short and rude with me because I immediately had to return some thing realizing that I didn't have enough money for the grapes that ended up being 16.99 what was my fault because I didn't realize they were priced per pound. But when you get an attitude from the cashier, and then you also get an attitude from the manager on duty, who looked at me like I murdered somebody because I had to return grapes, you just don't even want to go back. Honestly.... Ewwww! Not one smile from either employee, and I even tried to make light of the situation and I apologize several times to the cashier. And his attitude was unreal! what a shame! I shop here all the time, and I absolutely love two of the cashiers. But it seems like they keep hiring these young Adults who know nothing about customer service! You don't make your customer feel like a burden because they had to return something! The cashier was a young adult man who had black hair and black rim glasses. Okay, what is with dogs allowed in a grocery store!?! Guy comes in with large dog on a leash. No obvious special needs dog, just a big dog. While this genius owner is looking at stuff, dog is sniffing merchandise - produce, other people's' carts, etc. How is this okay? I wanted to confront the guy but my wife didn't want me to - okay, I guess. But the guy really was a jerk for bringing the dog. I love dogs but they don't belong in a grocery store - there are people who are scared of dogs, allergic to dogs, kids are in the store at face level with the dog, etc. And there is food in a grocery store that people will eat, and they don't need a dog sniffing on it first. Dogs belong outside being dogs. And who needs " emotional support" in a grocery store (even if this was the b.s. reason claimed)? Finally, good luck to Albertsons if someone is bitten by this dog in their store. If it were me I would sue the crap out of them! The store should have a strictly enforced policy, as should other stores, that unless there is a true medical need then dogs are not allowed. read more

Because we are in rush we totally forgot to buy the flowers for my daughter school so I went here and brought flowers and I needed two wrap to split the flowers but costume flowers desk was closed at that time so I asked Jose F and he was super helpful with his Co-worker Nancy . I'm not sure why this location has such bad reviews. I've never had a bad experience here and I frequent this store about twice or three times a week. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The cashiers always have a positive attitude. Yes there can be a wait to check out sometimes but they are pretty good about calling back up. This store used to have self checkout. Not sure why they got rid of it. As far as pricing, I usually get what's on sale for the week and plan my meals around that. They also have great clearance on a lot of items throughout the store. Their produce is great (yes a little expensive) but the convenience outweighs the negative. read more

When I shop at this location, it's usually because it was a last minute decision or I forgot something, before I'm homeward bound. I haven't been through all the isles. When I do come it's usually in the produce area. Or if I'm tagging along with my husband he will be in the meat area. I find the produce area to be well stocked and most of the time everything looks great. It will continue to be a stop and shop if I forgot to purchase something. read more

It's really sad the employees don't even wear a mask right a produce guy dark hair and tall on Saturday the 25th wasn't wearing it right it was untied not covering his nose at all then the dairy guy same thing. RUDE check out person. The short Hispanic women at the check stand with all the Tattoos on her neck ,was very rude to on the other day. Now I see why this store has only 2 1/2 stars. I asked if someone could get someone to help me, and she RUDLY told me but I was not talking to her said " we cant leave the check stand to help you ". I understand that but I was talking to a women that was walking around the front on the check stand with a different shirt on, thought she was a front end supervisor.
