    Bomb tacos upstairs
    Supo P.

I really love coming to this place. Have been here many times, at the hookah lounge upstairs and the downstairs area for parties. I will say their food is always delicious. Theres nothing I have had here that tasted anything less than a 5star. The service is always good here and the hookah is better than most places. Their music is always really good as well. They dont have much alcohol options and I wish they had glass hookah but neither of those stop me from always enjoying my time here. Depending on the day, theres valet parking in the front Or metered parking.

Great please great environment with very good customer service. Their hookahs are amazing. The location is awesome but the parking is really hard to fined other than that this is our regular go to place

    My sad taco order.
    Mary A.

I was excited to try the filet mignon tacos from this place. My order was laughable. The description says it comes with juicy pineapple, guacamole, cilantro, and onions. Only one of my tacos had cilantro, the onions were nowhere to be found, I almost didn't notice the guacamole...oh, and that juicy pineapple? It was little bite sized pieces of pineapple. It was honestly just a regular street taco. I could've gone down to king taco and saved a couple bucks. Safe to say I probably will never go back. It's overpriced for what it is worth. The service was also slow and there wasn't anyone there.

Thank you Gina for the great drinks. She was the sweetest and friendliest bartender

Let me start off by saying that their customer service is everything. We did my sisters 23rd birthday at their top patio and we had the most amazing time ever. All of our friends were amazed at how nice and friendly the workers were. The bartender, the waiter, the manager & the owner made sure everything went perfectly. They served hookah, alcohol, amazing salads and hot dishes which were so delicious. If you want to have the time of your life please call them and book your next party with them you will not be disappointed.

We ordered the Philly and Pastrami to split and share. We dined in which was among a few small tables situated between the shelves of well-lit and visually clean bottles of liquor. Service was friendly but nothing memorable. After about 10 minutes, both sandwiches were brought to our table. They were hot and came on toasted rolls. Not really sure what bread specifically but seemed a bit like French rolls. Crunch crusts with soft middles which helped to cradle the fillings and absorb the delicious meat juices. The pastrami was great and not overly salty. It had a great zing from the crunchy pickles and mustard. The Philly was nice and gooey. The beef had great texture and was dripping with flavor (literally). Both were very good but I personally liked the pastrami better. If you like meat though, neither will disappoint. We will be back to try the other sandwiches. The only down side to our visit was buying sodas at the store. Their prices weren't listed and in my head, I expected them to be $3 or so. The Mexican Coke and small bottle of lemonade were each $6. $20 for a sandwich isn't cheap, but it price didn't make me gag--but I almost physically gagged when i saw soda prices ring up. Next time, we'll get our sandwiches to go and get drinks elsewhere.

The kind of spot where everything looks a little unpolished, but that's exactly why it works. It's very much a "trust the process" situation here. Inside, you've got shelves of imported cheeses, spreads, and pantry items, plus a surprisingly solid produce section. Not huge, but fresh and well-priced. Service is efficient more functional than friendly but they'll point you in the right direction if you ask.

There is also a deli counter with prepared foods featuring both cold and hot foods. The quality is similar to that of a restaurant, albeit a bit more oily. The parking lot is small but serviceable because customers don't tend to remain in the store for long, so turnover is fairly regular.

The service is quick and amicable as well. Not too expensive either. I really enjoy their salads especially! I ordered the Julia's Tuna salad, which was super tasty. I recommend ordering the dressing on the side, since the tuna is already pretty salty. The eggs are jammy and the greens are the perfect pairing. Their tomatoes are also especially sweet. I have also tried the Lorri sandwich, which uses an eggplant cutlet to imitate meat. The balsamic flavor is pretty heavy on that one, since the tomatoes really soak up the sweetness. Definitely tasty! Pretty messy sandwich to eat though, especially with the broccolini. Overall, highly recommend trying Ggiata's out. Casual sit down place, perfect for date night or a casual catch up. I saw that the fried arancini is pretty popular, as well as their fried eggplant so maybe I'll try that next time. First of all, the restaurant is located inside a poke shop, so you can easily miss it. I know I did for about 15 minutes, walking here and there and going up to the second floor since I couldn't find it. They have a logo in the window, but all the signage is for the poke shop, which shares the small place with the sandwich shop. One guy mans each restaurant from behind a counter, like a Subway sandwich shop. Well I got two sandwiches - the Americano and the Va Bene with spicy salami. Both came with a large mess of fresh mozzarella, which I know plenty of people probably love. First time I've had a huge half ball of moz on a sandwich, and I did not like it at all. It actually ruined both sandwiches as far as flavor. The better of the two was the Va Bene, though even this sandwich left little impression. It's just salami and mozzarella on a small unimpressive tiny section of bread. The size of both sandwiches is actually disappointingly small. The lesser sandwich was the Americano. It wanted to be a standard Italian deli meat grinder, but the sandwich was too small, the meats were nothing special, and the moz once again ruined everything. They offer a cheap, basic cold cut sandwich for $5.95, and if you must try this place I suggest trying this before you spend more money. Bottom line is this was a total disappointment, I didn't like my sandwiches at all, and I will not be back. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. The food is just sad.
