Horrible customer service. I used to go here and order delivery all the time. The pizza itself is a step up from Papa John's. However, their online delivery doesn't take discounts and you'd do better to automate the help then have these jerks here. I was placed on hold for five minutes twice and when I told her I was calling back in and will go somewhere else if I don't get my order taken soon she simply put me on hold again. It's a pizza joint. For what it is, it was great. There was good food, decent and friendly service, it was close to our hotel and they offer a 50% discount for hotel guests. We fed 16 hungry people for less than $150 and had a great time. read more

If we could give it zero stars we would. The bbq chicken pizza was great but the staff working this evening was rude. The lady behind the counter was unwilling to provide us with plates and cups as they were for paying customers...hello, we had just ordered a pizza. We overheard a woman behind the counter go tell another worker to see if people had gotten lemonade instead of water...apparently, she did not like what she saw and dumped their glasses out. I've been going to this Alfy's all my life. I'm now 31 and since the recent change of dough i'm never going here again. They went from a nice chewing taste filled dough to this new nasty super thick tasteless dough. It's like they changes the best thing about the pizza for change sake. Whomever thought "Lets change the dough drastically" should be fired. I recommend throwing away the dough and burning the recipe. BEWARE the dough has changed in the last few months and as a long time customer i'm saying its now not worth a dime. I hate Dominoes and i would rather have that. This was the worst pizza I have ever paid $18 for. Let's put that price into perspective: the same $18 I paid for a medium pizza here would also get me a medium pizza at, say, The Rock Woodfired Pizza. THAT pizza is amazing, and worth $18. This pizza, however, was roughly on par with DiGiorno frozen pizza. The crust tasted like flour and had the consistency of stale biscuits, the sauce lacked anything special and I suspect was marinara sauce out of a can, and the toppings were few and far between. We have eaten at Alfy's in Monroe many times and always get a nice meal and a good value for the money. The salad bar is always clean and fresh and the pizza has always been top notch. It is always nice and clean and seating is comfortable. The customer service could be a bit better but is not horrible. I will definitely return and recommend! read more

Save your time! We had the WORST service when trying to order pizza for delivery. First they told us they didn't have, and have never had, the pasta mentioned in the coupon we were mailed (coupons only for the Monroe store), so we ordered a different special. When we called back 1/2 hour after it was supposed to have been delivered, they didn't even offer any discount...just said they'll deliver a new one right away. She said some new employee didn't enter our name/number order in the system right, so it didn't get saved. Ordered a replacement pizza. Repeated the address THREE times to the woman, and gave the phone number again. When the pizza still didn't arrive, we called back, and the same woman accused us of not giving her the right address! They never even called to say the address was wrong, so we think they didn't put the order in again. By this time it was 2 hours after we first ordered. We told them we'd never come back. I can't believe the awful service, especially with two new pizza places coming into town this summer/fall. Apparently they've forgotten that it's easier to keep a customer than to win a new one. read more

I recently for the first time trying to order a pizza from an online app that was connected to Alfy's in Monroe it turns out that they no longer participate in this app and so I never did get my pizza when I called they told me I would have to ask the people that I ordered it from through the app on my phone for a refund which I did it's been 4 days and I still haven't gotten it when I called the manager of the monroe Alfy's they told me it really wasn't their problem they didn't offer any kind of complimentary pizza for my trouble and just said that I would have to deal with it myself and if I wanted to be so I can reorder it and pay for it again I find that to be completely out of line rude and just poor business how was I to know that they are no longer associated with this app as far as I'm concerned it was their responsibility to make sure that they we're disconnected from any advertisement of this phone app and again they probably should have just given me my pizza and worried about the money themselves I'm pretty sure it wasn't broken them read more
