Probably the nicest dentist office I've ever been to. I think Dr. Chen is also an interior designer?! Her office looks like a modern chic hotel lobby. I had my first visit the other day since we just moved to the area and from the moment you walk in, they have the nicest front office lady and everyone else I met that day was super nice! I happen to luck out and had the most gentle/nice dental hygienist ever (which I was so nervous about, thanks Jamie!) then I met Dr. Chen and she's not like any other dentist I've been to, she really took her time checking my X-ray and talking to me, it's definitely more than 5 minutes dentist visit at the end. REALLY!! I have NEVER been treated so well by a dentist office staff! From the first call to Katie, the Receptionist, I felt like my business was valued and I could immediately tell this office was professional and accommodating. Once I arrived I was welcomed with great energy and smiles. My Dental Hygienist, Shelly, was so kind, patient, thorough, and gentle. I'm kind of a baby when it comes to pain, but I could barely feel her working on my teeth. I literally closed my eyes at one point to rest while she was working away!! I am really impressed with them. They have very modern equipment. They even have the new digital panoramic xray machine-yeah! Today I had to have two fillings done and I was amazed that they didn't need to do the rubber dam thing. The new apparatus that they used (don't know the name) allowed me to breathe easily, with no feelings of claustrophobia and allowed the jaw to relax on it (especially nice because I have TMJ and my jaw used to hurt from being forced open so long during a filling). I had a good experience with them last month for my first teeth cleaning with them but the experience with the fillings made me want to share my relief and gratitude. Thank you again! read more

I've had pretty bad experiences with previous dentists and so I wanted to find another dentist that could possibly assist my needs better. I found Inspired Dentistry on Yelp and was easily impressed by the rating. I read the reviews and they sounded so great! My first initial contact was with Ariel over the phone. She sounded very welcoming & asked me questions regarding my insurance & dental history. She helped set up 2 appointments easily. She also advised me to complete forms prior to my visit so I wouldn't have to do all that the day of my first appointment. I arrived at Inspired with Jessica at the front desk. She was also very welcoming. Great attitude for front line staff! I didn't wait too long until dental assistant, Daria called me in. She was really nice and made me feel super comfortable, especially while taking my X-rays. She even offered me a blanket since the office was a bit chilly. Kathy, the dental hygienist, came a few minutes after my X-rays were done. She was also great! Loved how she was really gentle when poking through my mouth. She also asked me multiple times if I was doing ok. I didn't wait too long after that to be seen by Dr. Chen. She was very thorough in checking my teeth & looking over my X-rays with me. She also thoroughly explained my options which I really appreciated. She made sure I understood what the priorities are regarding my oral health. After being seen by Dr. Chen, I was directed to sit with Yana. She printed out and explained my dental coverage & what my expected out-of-pocket costs would be. I really appreciated that. I haven't been to the dentist for quite a long time and after reading all the yelp reviews I immediately knew that I had to see Dr. Chen. Every person that I came in contact with was amazing. Yana was very thorough at breaking down the cost of some dental work that I need and would like to have done in the near future. Amber was super awesome and went above and beyond with the cleaning I needed. She was very informative and was great at answering all my questions. I'm definitely going to see her again for future appointments. Dr. Chen really took the time to explain what she was seeing in my x-rays and gave me detailed recommendations on a treatment plan and what to prioritize. Overall I can honestly say that this was the best experience that I've ever had with a dentist and their team. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Great, easy to get to location, private parking and wonderful dentist and staff. What more could you ask for? It had been almost 40 years without seeing a dentist because of several horrible dental issues while growing up. I was not looking forward to this visit but I was more than pleasantly surprised! Great, private parking, nice staff greeting you as you walk in and pleasant, clean office. A staff member (Jessica) took me back to the room and took x-rays. She explained everything clearly to me and was quick and gentle. X-rays have REALLY changed in 40 years. She then explained what Dr. Chen would be doing that day-just a meet and greet and reviewing the x-rays to see what needed to be done. Dr. Chen came in immediately, carefully reviewed the x-rays, looked at my teeth (each one) and then proceeded to recommend LESS than what I was expecting!! I thought I'd have to have 2 teeth pulled immediately but she said she could save one by just filling it, pull the other and we could worry about anything else later and thereby saving me money!! Really??!! Who does that?? And after Dr. Chen's recommendations, Jessica took me back to her office and looked up dental plans that would best fit my needs! Holy crow!! I'm a patient for life. Between the wonderful staff, Jessica and Dr. Chen I feel blessed that I stumbled on to this dental office I HIGHLY recommend them to any one looking for a wonderful dental experience. read more

I was referred to Dr. Chen by a friend who took very good care of her dad. So I took my dad to her. He has needed so much work, but all of the staff worked together to organize his care, and figure out what kind of dental insurance and benefits he even had, because I didn't know. My dad loves going there because the staff, hygienists, and Dr. Chen are so nice and he says he "doesn't feel a thing" when they work on him. They have stayed late to accommodate my schedule, and they fit him in quickly when he needed to have his crowns adjusted twice. Dr. Chen and her staff seem to be very skilled and compassionate when working with seniors, exhibiting extreme patience and kindness. The business office staff have been so helpful in scheduling his care and determining the order in which to do specific work to make the best use of his benefits, while also prioritizing his dental care needs appropriately. Probably the best endorsement comes from my husband who is the most critical, when he has told me, "they are very patient and seem to be very experienced in working with mature adults."
