I had an apointment with this place but i decided to cancel because he was telling me over that phone that because my car was lowered he probably couldnt do it and he was telling me that he wont touch the coil overs to raise vehicle. i would have paid more money i need my car raised to stock height and alignment so i can stop having my tires eaten up so fast. read more

Went to get alignment today and he did my front but not my back and I asked him why ? He said was on spec already. So I went to another shop and told me the rears need adjustment. Now why didn't he adjust it?? Well I thought about it, he's running out of time for the second appointment and he's also always on the phone!! My rear toe need adjustment I was willing to pay.. the guy has no Personality and seem grumpy maybe coz he hates his job!! Don't go to this guy if your car is lowered hahaha he hates it!! So glad I took my vehicle to The Alignment Man, Frank. I purchased a pre-owned 2012 VW Touareg. When driving on the freeway it would pull to the right and start shaking at high speeds. Took it into Frank and was advised that the alignment was way off, which he corrected. He did such an amazing job that I took my Mercedes in for one also. He said that car was fine. Made an appointment over the phone to get an alignment for my 2019 370z nismo. I let them know my car was lowered with fully adjustable front and rear SPL camber arms. I had to wait an entire week to get an appointment. When I brought in my car they took it back and ten minutes later brought it back out and said he doesn't have time for it and whoever is willing to do the alignment will charge an arm and a leg. The next day I called IWC Motorsports, they scheduled me in the same day, charged only $125, car drives straight as an arrow, no tire rub on the fenders, no scraping, and the got my alignment specs back to OEM. I recently lowered my Subaru and ended up with negative camber at my back wheels. I'm not in to that look and wanted my tires firmly planted flat on the ground on all 4 corners. I brought my car to the Alignment Man, aka Frank. I brought him brand new camber adjustment bolt sets for both the front and rear, but found that I only needed 1 bolt in the rear to make it all work to plant my wheels flat on the ground. Mission accomplished. I do need to return to have new toe bolts and hardware installed (found out during the alignment that the prior owner beat up those parts), but I walked away knowing that I went to an alignment 'EXPERT.' I will return to the Alignment Man for all of my future vehicle alignment needs. Highly recommended! read more

It was a pleasure carry on a conversation with the owner as Israel completely aligned all four of my wheels on my BMW. Frank is friendly knowledgeable guy. I arrived for my appointment and he started immediately. I mentioned to him that the outer edges of the front tires on my Mercedes CLK had worn prematurely. He was totally familiar with this and told me this was a common issue on these cars. The factory settings were set with too much Toe-in and he could compensate the adjustments so it doesn't happen again. The car was ready on time and drives perfectly. read more

Not knowing what he would find, whether it would be a one hour or three hour job, he scheduled me to come in on a Saturday morning.
