The shop itself is clean and a grab and go vibe. There are a few benches for waiting. Also, brace yourself for the parking situation. The plaza's lot is notoriously cramped and chaotic, especially during peak hours. You can also order online for pickup so you can be in and out of the plaza. It's lively inside with some seating for the people waiting. I joined their rewards program with my phone number before I ordered and got points immediately. Because my friend also used my account I was able to get a dollar off of my drink. I ordered the large mango sago blast at 50% sugar and light ice. We sat down and waited maybe 10 minutes before our drinks were ready, which was pretty fast, considering the amount of people in the store. I'm usually used to my mango saga drinks being thicker but this one felt more like mango yakult. It was still delicious, but it was just a little surprising. There was no line at the two kiosks, so we went over and were amazed at the prices for the value you can get! I absolutely LOVED my Four Seasons tea for $4, which came with boba, coconut jelly, tea jelly, and coffee jelly. It's the first time in my life I'd ever seen more toppings than drink in my drink - and I was happily in awe. We waited at the benches on the side for about ~7 min. The inside is clean and is more of a place to pick up your drink and go, as there weren't any additional seatings. There's a small lot you can park at behind the building. It might be a little tight, but there were a few open spots for us at the time. If you need a more spacious area, there's street parking too. read more

After a period of no activity, a staff put a bunch of drinks down, but no one called out our order number. The guy ahead of me finally got up and started checking the drinks and gathered his order (ala self service) which prompted another staff to rush over (to make sure it was truly that guys order, not to offer service). That prompted me to go check also and sure enough my drink was also ready. I wonder how long we would have all stood there ... anyway, the drink was okay for the price. My bf is abstaining from caffeine and I didn't want any late at night, so it's nice that there are decaf options available. Originally, I was going to give this place a 3 stars, but for the way they treated my best friend, a 1-star was necessary. We went here for my early birthday celebration and my friend had to use the restroom. Not only is there no sign indicating saying the bathroom could be used by "employees only", but the bathroom door was wide open for anybody to use. She went inside and the employee literally told her she wasn't allowed to use it. Talk about rude. Not only that, but my friend ordered a drink that was extremely too sweet to drink. She kindly requested if she could get her drink less sweet and the workers looked extremely hesitant and upset before doing so. However, their solution to fixing her drink wasn't to change her drink. Instead, all they said is that they could add more ice for her...as if that will fix an already oversweetened drink?! As they were fixing her drink, they were making faces amongst their coworkers with each other and I could see that they weren't happy to remake her drink. For my experience, I ordered a regular Black Milk Tea and it was passable - it wasn't the worst drink I ever had, but definitely not the best. You're in better hands checking out another boba shop or Quickly's in the same plaza. Any place with terrible customer service to me or my friends will automatically get a 1 star from me, regardless of how their drinks taste. Please do better when treating your customers with respect.
