Food, fast service, it's clean, and it's calm I come here all the time since I love their fries and noodles. It is very enjoyable.
New go to pho spot, usually come here weekdays lunch so parking is usually easy and convenient. Broth 10/10 Service 10/10 Free noodle refills with pho order (comes out hot which I appreciate) Good meat quality Also the steak garlic noodles is worth a try 10/10
As a Vietnamese person, this is goooood pho. The first pho place I've been to where the broth isn't visibly filled with grease. Only thing is there's little to no onion (plenty of green onions though). But yeah, the second you open the door, you will smell that pho The service is also nice, I've got no complaints there. The reason I docked a star though is because this place is lowkey really dirty The soup spoons came out with specks on them so I wiped them off. The cup of water has like a film of who knows what on top. Makes me wonder how clean the bowl is before they put the pho in it.
If you're looking to enjoy some tasty Pho, and you're in Fullerton, this is your place to go. As the name implies, this restaurant is all about Pho. Simple as that. And, it's really good. They have a really nice selection of the various versions of Pho that you to choose from, including some high-end versions like Pho with Wagyu or Filet Mignon, all offered for a very reasonable price. In terms of layout, this restaurant has a very nice interior space. They have booths that line the wall, and also the front window, providing this restaurant a very open and airy feeling. The booths are well situated and very comfortable. They also have a few tables, used when place gets crowded. And yes, it sometimes does. Overall, it's a really nice place to dine. As stated, this restaurant focuses on Pho. They do offer a few other items like Fried Eggrolls, Roasted Bone Marrow, and Fish Sauce Fries. Whatever you choose to order here, all the food is really good, well prepared, and made with exceptional ingredients. This restaurant has a limited drink menu. But that's fine. The drinks they offer suit the needs of their customers very well. Besides, what more do you want to drink with your Pho than Vietnamese Iced Coffee? One of the fun things about all about establishment is that they have a delivery robot. This robot will bring dishes and drinks to your table. It's always fun when you look to your side and there's a robot talking to you and letting you know that he's brought you something tasty to either eat or drink. Overall, this is a good addition to the Fulton community. A great place to eat some very tasty Pho.
Came for the first time and was not disappointed. For a Sunday mid-day our total wait time to sit was about 6 minutes. Inside, everything looked really nice. They even have a robot come by to bring certain food items to the tables. Parmesean wings appetizer came with 3 different dipping sauces and was cooked perfectly. Best thing on the menu IMO. Combination pho also tasted pretty good. There was plenty if meat and the broth tasted smooth and herbal. The broth didn't taste rich like other pho broths I've loved, but definitely wasn't bad. The meat on the short rib that came in it on the bone was super tender and flavorful. Garlic noodles with prawns was good. The noodles were a little too dry for me and maybe needed a small dash of salt but overall the dish was good. Make sure you check in on yelp to get a free tea. That tea was so delicious, I would certainly pay for it next time. Lastly is the service. Everyone was super helpful, explained the menu, notified us they were a cashless restaurant, and checked in frequently.
Love that it is unlimited noodles with the Pho, the spring rolls are fresh the fish sauce fry's are pretty good .
TL;DR - one of the better OC pho spots with deep, hot broth. Beef belly pho + unlimited extra noodles and the free herbal tea with yelp check in = yes please. But no free sliced onions is major downside and why I knocked to 4 stars instead of 5. This spot is my favorite pho spot in OC personally. While the Pho Tai Bung is technically the "cheapest" but after having tried a few of the other options such as filet mignon, Wagyu, and bone in short rib.... The beef belly just slaps hardest. The broth is deep without being too salty and while they don't offer cilantro like many other pho spots do... (I love cilantro) I don't find myself missing it when I try the broth. I don't feel the need to add sriracha or hoisin sauce to my broth either as the flavor is great as is. Unlimited extra noodles is always such a plus so take advantage of that. The amount of noodles that comes with the initial order is probably smaller than some other spots but I prefer that so that I could always eat perfectly slightly undercooked noodles. Servers are always attentive and plenty of seating so no issues with parties or seats. The robot servers help make orders come efficiently and fast as well. The biggest con I would say and it's honestly a pretty big one for me personally is they recently changed their menu to now charge for sliced onions. This might be the first pho spot ever that I've had to pay for an order of sliced onions. (All Koreans know to make that sliced onion "kimchi" with sriracha and hoisin sauce). But the fact I can't do that freely is why I knock this a point. It's that important lol. Even the amount that comes with the $2 charge for side of sliced white onions is barely enough for 1 person. I get that prices are rising... but giving out free extra noodles and not free sliced white onions is just confusing to me. Or at least give each person in your party an included order of onions. All in all... All about pho is still my fav go-to spot for pho, yes more than Sup Noodle Bar. But sup noodle gives free onions so it's a toss up.
This restaurant is located in a busy plaza. I went on a weekend afternoon and parking took us some time but thankfully we were able to get a spot not too far from the restaurant. The restaurant itself is bigger on the inside compared to what you see outside. Clean and staff are easy to spot walking around as they wear dark colored clothing. I was meeting friends here so I can't speak to how long the wait was since my friends arrived first and already had a table. Though I didn't see anyone outside waiting and there were open tables. I got the pho chin and it was delicious! Brisket wasn't tough and was easy to pull apart. Also, the restaurant is yelp friendly! Check in on the app and you can get a free herbal iced tea! Overall, I had a great experience here. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting some pho in Fullerton!!
I have to join in on the heavy love for this place, I was blown away with how satisfying everything was! A clean restaurant with a modern but simplistic taste, a calm environment to enjoy a meal.. The food and service covered it all for me. I got in on garlic noodles, fish sauce fries, and the filet mignon pho. I can't even begin to decide on which one I liked best. The garlic noodles made for a great appetizer, really started me on the right foot. The fries became addicting the more I ate. We shared these among the 4 at our table, but I battled them to eat the majority. The pho was a real blessing. I am not one for pho (or any soup-like dish) if it is not cold or raining, but no regrets here. The broth is fresh and enriches anything within it. The filet was tender and full of flavor, the perfect addition with the broth. I guess my only complaint is I feel like they shorted me on the meat. One of my buddies ordered the same, and I kid you not, he had at least 2 times more filet in his. I should have called it out, but I was filling up fast and lost my drive due to complete and full satisfaction. Our waiter (I think his name was Anthony) was excellent! He was fun, that's the easiest way for me to describe the experience. Outgoing to the max, could go along with the jokes he walked into at our table, really driven to make us feel welcome and comfortable.. Cant wait to go back!
This is one of my husband's and my favorite pho spots. We've been here several times, and it has never disappointed us. The pho is always flavorful, the broth is rich, and the ingredients taste fresh every time. It's definitely one of the best bowls of pho we've had in Orange County. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even when it's busy. If you're craving authentic Vietnamese pho, I highly recommend giving this place a try. We'll definitely keep coming back!
Service is always very fast, I come here with my boyfriend all the time and the waiters are always so friendly. I usually get pho bo vien but this time I got pho xe lua. The herbal tea is very refreshing and pairs great with the pho. The atmosphere is very clean and the waiters are very attentive as well as kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pho spot!

Food was amazing but service was inconsistent. When we first entered the restaurant my friends and I noticed how it was smoky inside. I instantly knew that I was going to smell like fried food after leaving and we were right. They need to have better ventilation or bigger exhaust fans in the kitchen. Anyways, the food tasted good, loved the pho broth. Their portions are big, especially because I ordered the pho with the 2 bones. We also ordered the fish sauce fries (a real must-try!) and the egg rolls. I mentioned that service is inconsistent because we ordered drinks and my coffee was served in a regular glass and my friends' drinks were in a to-go cup, which we didn't ask for. What we asked for though were small plates because we ordered fries and egg rolls as appetizers and they didn't provide us with plates.

Must try fries!! Pho is very good, nice clean beefy flavor but not too heavy, very good balanced. Service was very nice and attentive and ambient was open and clean. I liked their open kitchen, you can see what they are doing. Down part was, bowl is bit small, so I requested extra soup, and short rib with big bone was not tender. If you're thinking about going Sup noodle bar don't, go here instead. This was our second time here (technically we went to their Cerritos location) and it tastes even better here. Not sure if this is their OG location or not. Negatives: -parking, you'll need to find street parking or park in the tight parking lot across the street. Positives: -taste, just as good at the Cerritos location or even better. We got to try the wings this time because we had a loyalty coupon. The wings were very good. We got the pho xe lua which came with a good portion of meat and we got the fish sauce fries again (they were even better this time because they had extra sauce on them). -Value, don't forget to order more noodles. The noodles are unlimited, all pho places should do this. I would probably not go to another pho place that charges more than 15 dollars without unlimited noodles because that's just a rip off....... -service, we saw the manager from the Cerritos spot here today and he was very helpful. Frequent flyer at All About Pho! Food is so good! Especially the fish sauce fries, a must if you're going here! Definitely a unique flavor but as a fellow Filipina I grew up with fish sauce as a staple household condiment. I can say they definitely taste like fish sauce with a hit of sweetness. Pho is flavorful with a strong beef broth flavor. Noodles cooked al dente. A plus is that noodles are unlimited when dining in. I also love their pickles onions that help cut through the savory broth. Egg rolls are nice and crispy, paired well when you wrap it with the fixings and dip in fish sauce. Coconut matcha is not overly sweet - it carries a light earthy taste from the matcha with a light coconut flavor. Pairs well with the food while adding a refreshing taste. Came here for our pho fix in DTF and it hit the spot! We got the pho special and the pho brisket, both were delicious--great portion, tender meats, and the broth had so much depth and flavor. Definitely one of the better pho spots in the area. The rice paper eggrolls were a standout--perfectly crispy and super tasty. I love that this place only used high-quality meat and their beef bone broth is cooked for 48 hours using Vietnamese Sá Sùng and Japanese techniques with rich umami flavors.the soup is flavorful and my favorite one is the perfumed fish sauce fries everything tastes good! Ordered the Pho Suon Bo (2 bones) and the meat is SO soft that it falls off the bone! Soup broth is flavorful as well. If you do eat here, make sure to come hungry because they offer free refills on pho noodles and pickled onions! What's nice about the free refill of noodles is that they are put into little bowls that help retain heat, so you can have multiple rounds of warm/hot noodles even if your broth cools down. Overall, had a great time here and would definitely come back. Staff were very friendly and attentive and there's plenty of parking in the back lot. read more

If you are looking for a rich and flavorful broth, this is the place to try. We ordered two pho noddle soups, fish fries, spring rolls and egg rolls. You know how hard it is for a Vietnamese guy to tell you a pho restaurant outside Westminster is good? This is it, look no further. If pickled onions and unlimited noodles isn't enough for you then please continue reading. Their best seller is excellent and the entire bowl is filled with meat, from fall off the bone short rib to nice chewy bo vien. Broth is delicious (and apparently doesn't have MSG, but that's not my priority) and you get options of thick or thin noodles. I think only the thin noodles are unlimited. The real winner for me is the pickled onions. Mix with some hoisin and sriracha and used instead of a dipping sauce I can go through 3 plates of these on my own. Highly recommend, expect to see me while my pho hyperfixation is going strong! read more

Trendy yet really high quality menu in a busy energetic space. There's a bot helping to deliver the non-scalding menu items which is kinda cool. Parking is super difficult so allow time to find space and walk over. Pho Xe Lua Diverse blend of thinly sliced beef belly, beef tendon, meatballs, braised brisket and one large eye opening short rib that if appropriate, you are free to gnaw on the tender trimmings as it soaks in the rich flavorful broth. This is an A+ unique dish that will surely raise eyebrows. The issue then becomes upon the second visit, do you try something new, and risk not experiencing a sure thing?!?! I'll have to decide next time.... You can also ask for more (unlimited) noodles if you want! Fish sauce fries! These are amazing. Must order. Crispy, guiltless shoestring fries tossed in sweet and sour fish sauce and herbs. I know, it doesn't necessarily sound appetizing but trust me, you'll know when you try it. There will be no left overs and you'll have to be mindful of leaving space for your entrees. Spring Rolls Mid range and freshly made. Cut into smaller bite size thirds so you can divide and share easily. Coconut Kumquat Tea As a little treat, I ordered it and it was very good - not overly sugared and super yummy flavors. First time here, it was a cold rainy day, so definitely hit the spot. It was super busy, but sign-in for the wait list was easy and once seated, our server took good care of us. TLDR: Good pho at a good price. I have a soft spot for restaurants that offer unlimited noodles, and this place definitely hits the spot. Pho Xe Lua: The beef belly was good, but the brisket was much better. I decided to skip the tendon because I wasn't feeling it that day, but they threw in a few more meatballs to make up for it, which I appreciated. The meatballs were decent, but I'm yet to find a pho spot to hit this out of the park. The broth was clean, light, but packs enough flavor to not need anything else. The fresh noodles had a good portion in them, and the thin pho noodles that came in when I got noodle refills were standard to most pho places you'll find. Service: The staff checks you in via the iPad near the front entrance to get you in line, and they're very attentive after you're seated. There was weirdly a "shortage" of clean spoons during my visit, but those were provided immediately after a batch from the dishwasher finished cleaning. My husband, my son, and I always come here for dinner! My son absolutely loves pho! Every time we visit, we're welcomed so kindly and warmly. Okay- HIDDEN GEM IN DOWNTOWN FULLERTON!! the food was amazing. The BEST PHO IVE HADDDDDD!!! Their fries are famous for a reason. I was cared because I don't like anything fishy, but these fries were TOP TIER. The spring rolls were so good too. Loved the shrimp , LOVEDDDD the peanut sauce. The drinks are so pretty and so yummy!! Thai tea is sweet and creamy. I got the butterfly lemon tea and it was good! I need more pho NOWWW. That broth was so delicious and the noodles were perfect and the proteins were cooked so well. The service was good! My server was so funny. They also got these little robots going around which was SO COOL. The vibe was okay, from the outside I was expecting a modern vibe but it wasn't. It was nice and homey. 10/10!!! read more
