Work is good, this review is to warn you about accounting and service for their installations. I paid via check and cash when doing a water heater and recirculating pump. 4 years later I called and needed service, Nick (owner) says I owe a balance still?! (Umm) it was for the cash portion. He was holding my feet to the fire that I owned him that money. (I need to prove he said) I was able to get my carbon and digital copy of check. AARP was referred to me by my dentist two years ago for a Repipe. Nant came down and gave me an estimate that was competitive and was able to set up an appointment for the repipe for the same week. I really expected to give this company 5 stars. They were prompt, they got us booked quickly, they worked efficiently and were pleasant to work with. As far as the piping work goes, we have no complaints. We got exactly what we paid for. What took this from 5 to 3 stars is that while they were working they accidentally stepped wrong in our attic and stepped through the ceiling into a light fixture in our kitchen. And that's not the good review deal breaker- accidents happen, we get it. It's that they basically said, oh well, have your dry wall people fix it. As though this was an expected, typical expense we should have planned for and not a mistake entirely on their part. Further, they told us that the light itself wasn't broken, the bulb was just popped out of place and could be put back in. Upon further examination the light itself was absolutely, obviously broken and had to be replaced entirely. We also discovered that they stepped on one of our recessed lights somewhere else in the house and caused damage to the ceiling all around it as well. This would still be a 5 star review if they had been honest about what they did and offered some compensation for the damage they caused (discount or repairing it themselves). But instead we had to pay hundreds more dollars out of pocket, on top of all the other costs we were incurring, to repair the mistakes that they left us with and lied about. Hard to say whether I'd recommend them to anyone, maybe if you have tons of money to patch extra holes in your ceiling? read more

We needed a full-house repipe and called All American Repipe & Plumbing based on a co-worker's referral. They were thousands less than others, so I was a bit skeptical. However, at the completion I was satisfied with the decision and would use them again. It has been over a year since the work was done, and we have not had any leaks. I was not able to give 5 stars for the overall rating, because I had to call them back too many times to get everything right. However, I would give them 5 stars for customer service (Nant, Joanne, Mark, etc.)! They never hesitated to come immediately when needed. Also, they were fantastic at coordinating the job! They took care of coordinating everything from the inspections to the drywall repair. During the installation, they never hesitated (or charged extra) to add an additional valve here or a spigot there. I have recommended them to others since. read more

We chose All American Repipe to carry out the re-pipe project because Nant claimed they offered a warranty. However, when an issue arose the next day, they refused to fix it. The problem occurred when the drywall contractor, who was patching the wall, discovered a leakage at the tub's drain connection. I asked the drywall contractor to assist the plumber in sealing the leak, although he was hesitant to do so, he did make an attempt. The following day, a city inspector arrived. I informed the inspector about the status of the tub's drainage. It had been functioning perfectly before the re-pipe project, but now I was uncertain if it still worked. The inspector recommended using the tub for a few days to ensure that the re-piping hadn't affected the drainage connection before the final inspection. I explained this situation to Nant, who insisted that the drainage problem was unrelated to the re-piping. Immediately, he initiated legal proceedings against me. I have already paid nearly 90% of the project fee, and now I find myself dealing with both the legal issue and the unresolved drainage problem. I had my rental property repiped with PAX-A upanol by All American Repipe & Plumbing back in Aug, 2019 . The project was executed by Nick Kongmani and his fellow workers. The repipe was. completed with one day. In addition, our hot water heater was also replaced. Late April in 2024, my tenant told me that he noted a small leak behind the kitchen sink but there was no water found underneath the kitchen but the water was leaking between the kitchen wall and stucco outside into the backyard concrete are. Having pictures taken when the repipe was done, I know that there were Pax line coming to the same area and then connected to the copper fixture to for the hot and cold water lines. Nick immediately came by on Saturday and investigate. By breaking the stucco in the general area, Nick and I noted there was small leak between the PAX A that was connected to the copper fixture. He acknowledged the leak and he repaired the leak right on the spot. A few days later, he came back and restucco the area that he had to remove to find the leak. I am extremely pleased with All American Repipe & Plumbing for standing behind the product and workmanship. Nick was great and I really appreciated his integrity, workmanship and his commitment to the customers. I have recommended All American Repipe to many of my neighbors , friends and relatives and I will continue to do so. My existing house was also repiped by All American Repipe by Nick and his fellow workers in 2019 as well. So far, the PEX system is still working well no issue whatsoever. read more

BEWARE: Despite all these great reviews, this company did thousands of damage to my property during a $6500 repipe and $2000 dry wall repair to my 2300 sq. foot home in December 2021! On 12/3/21 Sergio's Plastering Corp (highly recommended by Nant Khambounheuang, Manager at All American Repipe) did a ton of damage to my property. Nant hid the fact that Sergio has no license nor a bond to do dry wall repair. On 12/4/21 Nant, Sergio Castillo, and a third man spent over 4 hours at my home cleaning the dry wall mud and dust from my carpets, furniture, high end stereo, cabinets, windows, drive way, etc. There was damage to my dishwasher, kitchen cabinets, air ducts, shutters, flooring, front door, masonry, etc. On 12/7/21 Nant Khambounheuang returned a 2nd time to my home to inspect more damage! This is when he offered a $1,000 refund. He promised 100% satisfaction guaranteed and said he would NOT leave my job until all work and repairs were done to my satisfaction! He lied. The next day he abandoned my job and has never returned since 12/7/21. On 12/7/21 I asked Nant to give me a copy of all the receipt to prove he used genuine Uponor materials for my 12/1/21 repipe job as was stated on my contract; three months latter, as of 3/16/22 he has NOT given me these critical receipts! My repipe contract stated he would use 100% genuine Uponor Pex A, bushing, and fittings. (Without 100% genuine Uponor parts the manufacturer's 25-year warranty is VOIDED.) I also asked Nant to give copies of each employee's Uponor Training certification to show each person was properly trained on installation procedures; if Uponor products are not installed per their guidelines, your 25 year manufacturer warranty is VOIDED by Uponor. As of 3/16/22, Nant has still NOT given me any receipt to prove he installed genuine Uponor products and Dahl angle stops in my home! What he gave me was a receipt dated 12/3/21 for 24 Dahl angle stops; but my repipe job done on 12/1/21...two days BEFORE the 12/3/21 receipt was printed. By around 12/19/21 Nant refused to respond to my emails pleading for help. Instead Nant hired lawyer, Jack Kortz, who has been selling real estate since 1988. His realtor's license is SBN # 138297. From December through most of January 2022 NO responses from Jack Kortz, All American Repipe, Nant, Sergio, or Novica. I once trusted Nant Khambounheuang100% implicitly! I was shocked the first time I learned he gave me false information; I was more shocked when he abandoned my job. I was even more shocked when I learned he over charged me for my job and refused to issue any refund. I am EXTREMELY shocked to learn after waiting for THREE months, he refuses to give me copies of the receipts for all materials used in my 12/1/21 repipe to prove he installed genuine Uponor parts. Holy cow, these guys are AMAZING. They went above and beyond in so many ways. I'm sure it made things easier that our house was vacant, but the repiped our entire 3000 sq ft house in less than 8 hours! Nant was super efficient and gave us a quote that couldn't be beat (our contractors' plumbers quoted at almost twice as much) and another quote I got was at least another 50% more. They honored the estimate price even though I got back to them a few months after I got the quote. Mark the foreman was super nice and answered a billion questions b/c we were anxious about leaks we had had and he said that if it was from the pipes it wouldn't be a problem b/c all the old pipes were gone. If it was the drains, then we'd have to get a plumber. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and Mark pointed out a leak in a drain they found--so glad! Nant even came back the next day to finish up a small issue that he didn't have to do. Kevin and Joanne in the office were super friendly and did everything they said they'd do, from scheduling inspections, pulling permits, calling me back about whatever and referrals for plumbers to do our repairs. After getting referred to them by a friend, I got them to give a quote for a repipe. Their quote included repipe and patching (no painting). While their quote as mid level, we decided to go with them. They were very quick with their communication and work. The repipe was done in one day since they brought in six guys. I watched them work and they were very good with covering the walls and floor. They cleaned up before they left. Waiting a week for the patching since we needed an inspector to swing by. I think the patching could have been a bit cleaner, but all in all, it was good. After we got the work done, neighbors came by to tell us they also got their house repiped by these guys and mirrored my thoughts. Our repipe was completed over a year ago by the All American Repipe and Plumbing team. We have been very pleased with the results but i wanted to take a moment to share something that is very cool. During the repipe process, the crew supervisor approached me to ask if i was looking to add a softened/filtration system in the future. I said "yes" and he offered to "hard pipe" a system in my garage where i would eventually connect my system. Additionally, he offered, and completed, a separate line from the hard water to my backyard spigot. He explained this would allow me to water the backyard plants/grass and bypass the salt softener/filtration system. He completed both of these at no additional charge. I made no promise or indication I would use All American to install a softener system in the future. Flash forward a year... I used a different company to install my new softener/filtration system. Workers who installed my system were shocked that a repipe company would install a hard line assessable connection AND a bypass line through the house to my backyard. Both of these additions saved me about $500 from the company that installed my system. This is just another example of how All American Repipe and Plumbing is a wonderfully operated, honest company with superior employees. And... their work is awesome! Found this team through Yelp and the reviews from previous Yelpers are on point and exceeded my expectations. We have a 40 year old house (no leaks) and wanted to replace our galvanized piping with PEX.... before something broke. I'm giving them five stars because of the following key points. 1) I met three other companies for my repipe project, and their sales team provided a quote right on the spot while the competition did not submit their proposals until 2weeks later. Their rates were competitive and they were available. 2) They only specialize in repipe projects....while the other plumbing companies were going to subcontract. They were on schedule. Project started on Monday 8AM..... and my house was repiped by 6pm!. Tuesday was City Inspection. Wednesday was patching (by another contractor )..... that's right.... my two stories 2.5 bathroom house was done by Wednesday night. 3) They had 5-6 guys work tirelessly on my house.... this team was knowledgeable and professional. I'm sure somewhere is a glowing review by me for the excellent work done by this company. I was very happy with all aspects of my initial install of Pex in my mobile home. A full Repipe several years ago. Both showers have always leaked and while someone came out several times I was told each time it was because I changed the shower heads. I wasn't using the ones they supplied. That got old so I've just lived with it. Last week I had a guy come out to level my home, something you have to occasionally do with mobile homes. He took many pics while under there where All American had simply ripped open the vapor barrier under my couch to install the Pex. They hadn't bothered to reinstall the barrier. So I'm paying $900 to have this repaired. Live and learn, if you're having work done under your mobile make sure you mention returning your coach to the condition they found it in. read more

My house had a leak from outside of the main pipeline and backyard pipeline, which is a headache because the main pipeline is under the concrete, it would require to open the concrete to fix the existing pipeline which would cost a fortune. 4 plumbers came for an inspection and estimate, Nick is the only one who is professional to do full site inspection to check the leaks and can answer all my questions. In addition, he also provided a solution that doesn't require to open the concrete, which is to install a new pipe under the garden. Their quote is also at a reasonable price. On top of that, due to City inspector's requirement, they've also came 3-4 times for the repair in order to meet City's requirements. Most importantly, they always come and fix the problem promptly. After an emergency that flooded parts of the house, Nant came out to repair the cause of the flood. He was knowledgeable and on time and didn't hesitate to crawl under the house to get the job done. While under, he noticed some water and after testing, concluded that it was probably from the flood the night before. He also advised us on a few other issues and offered us to text with questions. He then showed us how to check our water pressure(which was high and likely contributed to the flood). He gave an estimate to install a regulator, which we accepted. While doing that job, he graciously helped with another item we were trying to fix inside and wound up saving us a lot of hassle and money (it turns out we don't need the parts purchased, so those will be going back). I started the process by inviting five providers to bid on the job. In my garage where the water comes in from the city, there is a tankless water heater, along with a whole house filter, a water softener, and a water flow meter. According to most of the estimators who came to my house, the plumbing is not as straight forward as some other houses that the providers had dealt with. As the bids I received all rely on a similar form that describe the scope which is not sufficiently clear, I created an addendum describing the scope in details, along with my expectation on crew, material, schedule, workmanship, preparation, clean up, and warranty service. The three providers I contacted, in my order of preference, all refused to accept the addendum so I was back to square one. Undeterred, I went on searching again and eventually found All American Repipe. Bid Process (5 stars) - While other providers shied away from the addendum I created, All American stepped up to the challenge. Nant, the estimator who came to my house, is a practicing plumber. Having talked to over ten providers during my search, knowing that the estimator has actual experience with repiping and plumbing makes a huge difference towards my confidence regarding the services to be rendered. Office Staff (5 stars) - I interacted mostly with Joanne although Kevin helped out a couple of times when Joanne was tied up. Joanne is always courteous. She is on top of the job. She utilized texts and emails to keep me informed. She is responsive to my inquiries and demands. Crew (5 stars) - All American referred the patching to another provider, Sergio Plastering. I did not ask but during the course of the job I was able to ascertain at least half of the All American crew are licensed plumbers. Both of the crews are courteous, proficient, and respectful of my home. Schedule (5 stars) - The repipe crew completed the repipe in one day as promised although the job didn't end until after 8pm. All subsequent tasks were all arranged and completed in the most expeditious manner possible. Material (4 stars) - I had wanted to have Uponor quarter turn valves installed but All American would not warrant the installation unless Brass Craft valves are used. Furthermore, the crew reused a quarter turn hose bib I had and replaced the other one with a multi-turn instead of a quarter turn. Repipe Crew - Workmanship (4 stars) - The crew did a good job. I would give five stars if there is no correction needed and everything turns out to be almost what I expected. Rather than detailing the misses in this review, I chose to write the owner of All American a private email listing the areas where I see improvement opportunities. Hopefully future clients of All American would benefit from my effort. Patch Crew - Workmanship (4 stars) - From my own experience having seen many patched dry walls, patching dry wall is like an art form. I had used the word 'seamless' in my addendum and that apparently is unrealistic expectation. I asked for that because I have seen it done. All American, on behalf of Sergio Plastering, told me beforehand seamless is not what they can achieve. After the work is completed, I know why they could not make that promise. Preparation and Clean Up (4 stars) - Quite decent although there were some clean up that I had to do afterwards that should not have been necessary. Warranty Service (5 stars) - A leak was discovered after the patch crew left. It turned out the kitchen drain pipe was knocked loose, probably by the patch crew as there was no leak after the completion of repipe a couple of days ago. All American was able to send a plumber the next day after receiving my report to fix the leak. Sergio Plastering came by a week later to replace the particle board damaged by the leak. read more

I don't think I will ever work with another repiping/plumbing company. Yes, my experience with All American Repipe & Plumbing was that good! In the last six years, I've had a leak in my piping four times. Horrible. Each time a different company would come and fix the leak but it was always so expensive and never lasted. Finally, this past month there was a leak bad enough that my kitchen floorboards warped! WARPED! The floor was even hot because it was a hot water pipe that had leaked. I researched for two entire days because I was sick of being burnt by bad jobs and false promises from plumbing companies in the past. I must had read through about 50 reviews for more than a dozen companies in the greater LA area until I decided to go with AAR&P. And with this five star rating I'm giving them, you can bet that I had an awesome experience working with these guys. When I called them for an estimation, I actually ended up having the phone handed over to Nick, the owner. He was very polite and listened to my concerns. He assured me that they would have someone over the next day to take a look. Nick even mentioned that if I were interested, they were currently repiping another house near me and could go over the next day for a visit. This is gold being able to see firsthand their work and expertise. The next morning, Nant called me ahead of time and asked if I was ready for him to come over. How cool is that? In a world of flakes and late people, him showing up 10 minutes earlier than scheduled was much welcomed. At this point, I need to preface the rest of my review by first mentioning my dear mother. Let's just say she is a very particular person and the woman KNOWS what she wants and has no qualms about letting you know. Having said that, Nant was EXTREMELY patient. After my lovely mother's interrogation, we went over to the other house to take a look. Once there, both Nick and Nant took my mom and me around for a tour and showed us the pipes and other material they use. (FYI - the house owner was there as well.) Most repiping projects take them three days - repipe, city inspection, and then patching. However, because my house is over 3,100 sq ft with 3 full baths, a laundry room, and a kitchen all very spread apart, Nick told me that they wanted to do a good job and make sure everything gets done correctly so they will take an extra day to get the repiping completed. Over all, the entire project took 5 days (3 days repipe/1 day inspection/1 day patch) because they ended needing a third day to finish some loose ends. However, the results spoke for themselves because even the city inspector told me that "These guys really knows what they're doing. Truly one of the best works I've seen in the thirty years I've been doing these inspections." You can see in the pictures I'll be including in my review the transitions of their work. Absolutely phenomenal. We've had a quite a few remodeling jobs over the last 15 years at this house but I don't think I've worked with another team of people who were not only professional, knowledgeable, but also SO PATIENT and nice. My mom was so impressed she made the team of guys lunch and dessert (potstickers and cheesecake, both homemade)! Seriously, here is my shout out to the entire team - You guys rock! About 2-3 weeks after they completed the job, Nick even called me to ask if everything was okay and were there questions. I really can't say enough nice things about ALL of the guys who work at AAR&P. Throughout the entire project, I had to make several phone calls for my mom to ask them questions and Mario, who usually answers the phone was very helpful and Nant always got back to me. Seriously, I wished I had called this company six years ago when that first leak happened. I would have saved myself more than $6000. Sigh. You live and you learn though, eh? read more

Best experience ever. Nick, the owner really take cares his customer and friend. We notice a leak on kitchen roof on the weekend. Turn out it was a pinhole leak. We called him and he came to our house within hour. He went to our attic and replace the copper in no time . Great response time, at reasonable cost. Always come with a jokes too :-) After that, I trust Nick for taking care of my need. We even called him to help us installing new RO System in the renovated kitchen. He did everything nicely and neatly. Leaving the place nice and clean in no time. Another great job done, another happy customer. Thank you Nick! read more
