Manager Chris Alba personally gave me his direct contact information and assured me that the replacement glass would arrive "that week." That was weeks ago, and despite multiple attempts at follow-ups, I've been completely ignored. It's incredibly disappointing that a business can take the insurance payment and then fail to complete the service or even provide a basic update. The only way to get in touch with anyone at the shop is to be there in person. The only reason I didn't give this location 1 star is because my past two experiences here were handled professionally.
