I called this morning (a Monday) and got in for same day service for a new windshield replacement after we'd been experiencing a leak on the passenger side. The price I was quoted over the phone (and later charged) was extremely reasonable, actually less than I was charged for windshield replacement in 2020. They even showed me that the leaks were caused by damage to my car's body during that 2020 installation, and they sealed up the gouges so we won't have any more leaks, fingers crossed. What a relief! The folks I dealt with were friendly and professional. I watched them working with customers in person and on the phone, often trying to find the best deal for the customer among all available options. After being quoted $332 by a different company, A co-worker recommenced Faith and called late one afternoon in my behalf to help me find a replacement window for my vehicle. Joseph answered and was very pleasant and helpful. He informed my co-worker that that my window will be in store the next morning for 1/3 of the price. So I called around looking for a windsheild for my 02 chevy silverado spoke with owner they said they could get me in first said they would be here between 3-5 showed up at 6:30 then I sat outside watching guy install he was having trouble removing molding with the glue around windsheild he ended up breaking windsheild trying to remove glass all in my truck splinters, then he was having trouble on riverside with molding so he had to use a Sawzall with a paddle bit to get behind glue well it worked but after he removed the windsheild I noticed that he had damaged my headliner I just had replaced last month and when I pointed it out he said I didn't do that! Well sir im standing right here with you. Is my reply so I call owner of company and tell him he tells me if driver said he didnt do it he didn't do it I have picture and of the windsheild and the head liner damage and when the owner called the driver with me standing there the driver is getting pissed and starts saying he will kill a mother f'er i told him that accidents happend just wanted some kind of recognition of ehat had happend and maybe be sorry about is and maybe discount the windsheild or something but instead the owner just hung up on me and the driver put my window in slapped my truck back together and drove off fast down my street i took pics of plate and of damage called police and let them know incase people want to act crazy then my wife gets on there website and sees a 2 star review and someone else had left a bad review 8 mins prior i do not recommend this company to anyone if i ws you stay away they are cheap but you get what you pay for now my 200 dollar windsheild is gonna cost me another 150 in headliner replacement. Semi truck windshield I'm a truck driver and driving with a cracked windshield is not an option. The company I'm leased on with was in able to find a windshield so I did it the old fashioned way and started calling and found Faith low price auto glass. I arrived a bit early on the following Monday as I was told they can get fairly busy. The front desk receptionist, Marisa, is a true delight. Polite and professional, Marisa had my info as soon as I walked in. Even with 8+ customers ahead of me, I only waited 45 minutes tops to get in and out. Called at least 15 places and the lowest quote I received was $285 and that wasn't even with taxes and installation added. Not to mention the highest was over $400. I called several high rated Yelp auto glass places, and these guys were the cheapest by over $50 (second place was Deep Ellum Auto Glass). The crew here was fast and efficient, all the way from the initial quote to finishing the job. Also, it brought me to a part of town a couple of miles east and south of Fair Park that I would be pleased never to return to, although it reminded me how parts of Dallas might have looked 100 years ago. I wanna start off by thanking the business for taking me in last minute and as soon as I arrived, they knew who I was. It's what I love about non "big" franchises. They had the only driver side door window glass for my car in Dallas that wasn't dealer. In other words, they came in clutch. Very much appreciated service. If you're not near the south Dallas area, or have never been, but don't wanna pay the mark up price for a glass, this is the spot to go. I made the 40 min. drive into somewhere I've never been but it was sure as hell worth every second getting there. You get a different side of Dallas in other words. $225 is what I paid. Compared to what dealers quoted me. $550/$480. They kept their word, and if you plan on paying them a visit make sure you keep yours too if they have to order something for you. Very inexpensive, but doesn't sacrifice quality. Huge debris on the highway flew into my windshield a couple weeks before I was to sell my car (thanks semi that decided to drive on the shoulder!) Knew it would affect the resell value, but did not have a lot of time to deal with getting quotes from lots of different shops. Called Faith Auto Glass based on yelp reviews, and was quotes $120, installation and labor included, just over a third as much as the company that partners with lots of insurance companies. They told me to call the day before I wanted to come in to make sure they would have it in stock and said I did not need an appointment. I showed up late on a Saturday morning and he asked if I had an appointment. Well, nope, because someone told me yesterday I don't need one BUT I DIGRESS. So it took about an hour and a half. They switched over my toll tag and registration/inspection stickers and it looked great! No seal or alignment issues. Like I said, it was sold a couple weeks later, but I still had the car through an ice storm and snow storm and it survived just fine. My only minor problem would be with the waiting area. The restroom and vending machine had out of service signs on them. So there was no water available. The waiting section is tiny, about 8 chairs side-by-side, with TVs playing soccer. No seating available outside to escape the people that insisted on yelling on their phones much to the angry looks directed their way from everyone else. Maybe if there were a bench and water cooler available, it'd be a little better. Bring headphones! read more

You get what you pay for. Yes, they are cheaper than everyone else. But the glass is Chinese and not as good quality as factory glass. It's the same kind of cheap glass Safelite uses. It chips and cracks easier than factory glass. However, it's a fraction of the OEM price, and if you don't care about longevity, it's a decent solution. Do check the labor though. They nicked my steering wheel with one of their knives, and they positioned my windshield wipers incorrectly. There was also black silicone smeared on places. I would say if you have a reasonable deductible, take it to the dealer. If you have an older car and don't care about the lower quality glass / labor, then this is a perfect solution. read more
